This is an excellent hotel to stay with family. I was here for 6 nights and enjoyed my stay. I have absolutely no complaints regarding anything the staff was friendly, the breakfast is very nice, the rooms are super clean good Hospitality

This is the worst I’ve ever had in my life, And “ I’d give them zero star if I could” mr Joseph rude behaviorDear PeopleToday I would like to bring to your attention the incident which make me to rethink to go outing anymore in this lovely city.I visited abidos hotel appartments in Dubai Land last thursday and was shocked by the customer service I received.On my arrival I was asked to show my Emirates ID, I shown the application in my phone as my visa is in process and I was not carrying the physical EID with me( which is anyways expired).I completely understood that yes its an mandatory requirement to present the physical EID on such checkins,but the situation could have been better if the same was explained to me in proper way rather than making me sit for an almost 2 hour on reception.It was a friends Birthday party and there were more people checkin the same time.the hotel has 8 other physical EID but the whole party was on stop bcos one person which was me didnt have the physical EIDlet me remind you once again the physical ID is expired, There was an option given to me that if i have license i can enter but only if iam local, Excuse me REALLY 😞Dubai is a place where everybody is equal and same we experienced all these yearsI would like to request people that please do not choose this property for any of your events or parties as its a total disappointment and an false imge of the country itselfWe were traeted so wrong and rude by Mr.Joseph and his coleuges , I cant explain the whole thing here on this page so will stop it here.Iam not even sure if i got the right name but if really this management care for its guests then please teach the staff how to behave and find solutions, You can find my details on checkinAnd may be you can check who allwas on duty that time

One star because the limitation of the wifi is nerv wrecking!! If you stay here with a family and you have to work, Zoom-conferences etc, you will face problems with the wifi access. They limit it to 4 devices, but sometimes it seems, it is limited to less devices and it takes a while to get access. To check your email or to join a conferences might be a problem. In times like this, you get internet via mobile phone while you have the conference on your tablet and the kids need access to study, while your husband needs internet to. No, not possible. It is so important, therefore we would not book again here. If you are here for vacation, other hotels near to downtown or in Jumeirah or AL Barsha would make more sense. They have no wifi limitations.

The entrance to the premises was little confusing as RTA construction was going on the leading roads. Once we checked in then things were all well in place. Crews were really good, spacious rooms,out door pool, restaurant .. Worth for what we spend.

One of the worst hotels I have been .... apart from the spacious rooms there is nothing good about this hotel..... the shower pipe had a leak and the hotel team told me they can only fix it the next day.... no hot water in the bathroom as they have a solar heater and can’t do anything about it .... never ever go to this hotel

Very dissappointing stay..we stayed in this hotel just recently and night shift staff was rude.towels were not clean.be careful with the utensils.check it and count it.we were almost about to pay something which we did not broke.only to know after a very long wait that a glass was broken before we checked in.never go in this hotel.very bad.

Lovely hotel, staff are very responsive and nice. The Sauna and steam rooms were impressive. The gym was also nice, would have separate gyms for male and female. The play area for kids was also nice, would recommend that some of the spoilt and old toys be replaced. I loved the way the hotel staff were quick to respond to requests and enquiries.

The hotel is spacious and has a lovely pool on the roof. Everything is clean and staff are helpful. The kitchen is big but needs more utensils, and pillows are a bit on the hard side. Overall lovely. However, dont trust Google maps otherwise you will not find it.

Loved the entire stay at this amazingly located apartment hotel. The first thing that one really needs to mention is how clean the place is. Very well kept and organized. Contemporary look and feel. We took the two bedroom apartment and were given extra blankets and pillows. Staff were wonderful and helpful, especially housekeeping. The pool hours are good and the other facilities are great. 10 minutes to global village and IMG world. Loved the stay.

Just checked in. Its too far from city centre but that transport service that you offer goes a long way. The rooms are spacious and smart. In fact I now love this place.

This place is amazing, staff are so kind and helpful, rooms are nice, big and clean. Any problems you get are dealt with, since they have maintenance and housekeeping. An amazing pool and Gym are also included. Food is also very good quality and tasty. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my family has swimming pool access here.I did’t stay in this hotel.Fantastic swimming pool on the top of this hotel.They have other Amenities like Gym,kids play area etc.staffs are very kind and generous.my kids enjoyed well in swimming pool.clean and safe pool.For swimming pool access they gave good offer.on the basement there is one supermarket,restaurant,pharmacy etc.

I stayed at two bedroom apartment with my family. We werent sure what it would be like but the apartment was so big, comfortable, spacious come with balcony.Overall the hotel is nice, modern with all amenities, well maintained and a value of money. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Ive been coming here every time Ive gone to Dubai. The staff are nice and helpful and the apartments are big and very clean. I used to cook during my holiday and would come back to find the dishes cleaned and everything is spotless. The location is fine if you have a car to get around. Everything is a 30min drive generally in Dubai, so dont let the location put you off. I loved how cooperative the staff are and I would only ever come to this hotel when I visit Dubai. 10/10. Very disappointing. Located in the middle of the construction sites with the broken roads nearby. Quite gloomy.

Weve stayyed that apartment twice. Both were 2+1 and large. Everything was OK except of distance to Dubai. If you have your own car, no problem. Dont even think to get there by bus, subway etc.

Good choice for long stay guests and who loves to stay away from city. Shuttle service is available to all the major shopping malls. Staffs are very friendly. Roof top pool is nice and pool side BBQ in the evening was quite enjoyable.

Its a very nice apartment. Very specious, but the beds are horrible! Housekeeping really sucked as well. They came to collect our towels and things to be washed, but didnt have clean wash clothes to replace the ones they took😐

Unfortunately, Manager Yousef wasnt friendly he is Unprofessional manager, Rude, disrespectful & obnoxious, I dont like to book again with this hotel while he is there!Air conditioning was not cooling, air leakage coming from the balcony with disturbance.I found it worst experience. Location is so bad & far from the city, No transportation or taxi, Additional hidden cost you will found it when you will pay,

The hotel location was completely out of the way. The staff werent particularly helpful, you will probably get more joy with the staff of the supermarket and pizza shop around the hotel. If you dont have a specific reason for visiting Dubailand, dont bother.

Surprisingly good hotel-apartments. Huge space for a cheap money. However it is in the middle of nowhere and taxi drives are often lost how to get there.

Its value for money, especially if you are travelling with family or friends in big group. The place is cleana and spacious, service is decent. And have complete set of kitchen equipments, so you can cooked your own meal.Close to emirates mall and KFC (love the shrimp), local food is also easy to find, just remember everything start at 11am in dubai, and friday is sunday. 24 hours minimarket is around the corner.Hard to find taxi. And since the building is around corner, just be carefull to cross the street, people at dubai drive very fast.

Great location for those coming from Al-Ain. Close to Dubai Outlet Mall, Global Village, and IMG. Easy to get to roads for access to other Dubai sites.

The location is a very silent atmosphere outside the city of Dubai, DubaiLand is a developing area close to meydan and silicon oasis. This hotel has got some beautiful king size apartments with serviced kitchen and also theyve got welcoming staffs. Theres supermarkets at the entrance of the hotel and I think its good for family stay as well. They provide shuttle buses for tourist who wants to go into the main city of Dubai,mall of the emirates and Dubai mall. It wss really an enjoyable stay there... Thank you abidos!

Very Nice Hotel with fantastic design, near by Dubai outlet mall and easy way to Dubai mall, burj khalifa and Global Village. Room size is very large with fully equipments. hotel ground floor have supermarket, pharmacy and Pizza Restaurant. I enjoyed my stay and I will recommend my relative and friends.

I paid for the 6 month Gym-Membership and this Poolguard annoyed me each visit in a very rude way. Whenever I went to the gym, he came to interrupt me and annoyed me while I was exercising and asked for my room number and told me it would not exist, despite they issue it on the payment receipt. He asked me where I live and many more of all those things that are non of his business. The 6 month were complete harassment. Whenever I asked for the Hotel Manager to complain, he never showed up. Even when I left my phone number for the Hotel Manager, he did not even bother to call me back. He told the receptionist to call me and of course there is no outcome, because they are the last who would ever care. I will never go there again!

Good value but know what your getting into.Abidos rents apartments. My room was a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. Probably 1300 sq foot. Dont confuse it for a suite though in traditional sense.Furniture was adequate but basic. Master was good size with ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom had two twin beds. Its ensuite was a wet space with shower / toilet. Its normal in the UAE but not something my kids in America would be comfortable using.Its very clean. Kitchen was bigger than alot of kitchens in dubailand villas.Downsides. Beds were FIRM. if your use to plush pillow top mattresses you wont care for them.Has small store by entrance. Good for small snacks and such.The location is Great for visiting Dubailand. Of you are looking for downtown or the marina get ready for a 30 to 45 min ride.

They say you get what you pay for and normally that is pretty accurate. We got a 2 bedroom apartment for the price of a hotelRoom at a 4-5 star hotel. Great value for money but of course you have to refine your expectations in terms of luxury because Abidos is not luxury.Having said that, for the most part this place suited our purposes. A large king bed and a second bedroom with twin beds for the kids. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints there.Bathrooms fine, both rooms had ensuites with showers and a bath tub. Water quality was good and temperatures excellent. Amenities were basic but they were there. Towels were the flat tired kind and not big fluffy towels you would expect from a 5 star but again, they did the job just fine.The rest of the apartment was fine but the entire thing was very tired. Balcony door handle that felt wobbly to the touch, kids room air conditioning was either off, or 19 degrees no matter what temperature you actually set.I enjoy cooking and with young kids this is a good easy way to have dinners on holiday when they are tired. The Abidos kitchen is very basic. A small two hob electric stove so small you can’t actually fit pans side by side because there isn’t a small pan provided. The kitchen utensils are extremely basic. Not even a peeler for example. We had to ask for teaspoons to be provided even though the room inventory list mentioned them - as well as several other items we were missing.The toaster’s internal up/down thing (that’s the technical term) was so bent that your bread would fall deep inside and when the thing jumped up at the end of the cooking cycle, your bread would remain deep down and get skewered in the side of the bread meaning you needed a knife and fork to extract your bread every time, ripping it to shreds in the process.Still, there is enough there to make basic meals.Great having a washing machine but it leaked onto the kitchen floor into the drain. Standing at the sink washing up, I kept stepping in the puddle. Staff came to check it and gave up after a few minutes telling me to call them if the water flow is too much for the drain to take.One other thing I can recommend is requesting a high floor room away from the road out front. We were on the 4th floor facing the road and Dubai people like their noisy sports cars and large exhausts. Right up to midnight and beyond, there are very loud car noises and overnight you can hear the beeps from the garbage trucks doing their rounds. Earplugs needed and still I could hear them.On the convenient side, two small supermarkets right across the street as well as a pizza takeaway place about 30m away.Overall, the place was fine. Like I said, you get what you pay for and frankly this place is excellent value. Would I stay here again? Yes but only if there are no other similarly priced options and most definitely not on that side of the building. I did notice in Al Barsha around the Emirates Mall, several “hotel apartments” buildings.

Had a reay bad experience with this establishment. It took about 1 hour for us to get checked-in and the room smelled really bad. They put a air purifier adter we complained and it just made it worse.

The only Hotel near to Hamdan swimming complex, 5 minutes to outlet mall , i spend only 15 minutes drive to dubai mall. No traffic. Staff are so friendly and proffisional. Rooms are huge. Clean, swimming pool is fantastic. I enjoyed my stay and i will come back again next holiday only at abidos dubailand. Barbecue at the roof top was the best during the stay. Recommended this hotel to all my friends and colleagues.
