The worst experience ever ever I had here, we are coming here to seek for help. Especially counter A. The staff who is eldest who has the worst attitude. She is not helping at all , and let us keep shut up. She is very disrespectful and super rude.The security’s service is even better than the staff. Very very poor service .

First visit to the embassy, they scrutinize the documents, but not thoroughly. Your second visit, they come up with a new reason altogether. Had they pointed it out at the first instance, lot of time could be saved.Pathetic attitude of staff especially in counter A. Racist comments. Rude to the core. Felt humiliated. Thailand would probably be our last destination of choice, going forward.Phone numbers are namesakes. No one ever answers the phone.

Super helpful and friendly staff. All services available and good advice given. I see other disparaging reviews and wonder which Consulate they visited? maybe not the Thai one?. Or...maybe sour grapes because they failed to follow the rules which are both clear and fair.

Totally unhelpful staff. They were unpleasant and didnt even want to try to help. On top of everything lady were laughing like crazy on that we wasted our time and money. Than we went to other lady and she was super rude(left counter) I dont have words for this kind of service. Disaster

Great efficient visa service! If all your documents are prepared properly you will get your visa next day. Just make sure you have all copy required, there is no copy service!! In case you need such service or receive fax or email use Al Fouqan Bookshop near (2 min driving)

Very bad service, very rude staff. They leave you waiting outside for 2 hours on 50 degrees. They are not answering the phones, I called them 3 days in a row. You cannot talk with anybody there, you cannot ask anything, their english is very bad. I cannot believe that embassy of any country looks like that. Its a really joke!

Ive called on 3:30pm, and had one simple question,1. Can I get any approval to visit Thailand, apart from heaving visa in UAE that will expire in two months, being employed in Dubai and all is covered with paperwork that will show my extension in UAE even after visa expiry...She (lady in Thai embassy) started laughing, and was really rude, cause at the end she laughed more... I taught that embassy or consulate should have nice educated people working there, but clearly was WRONG!!!

Bad experience , the place is crowded and looks like a market not consulate , the lady at the visa counter was disrespectful and you must have the exact amount fees because they dont have change and they dont accept cards!!!!!

Incompetent staff. I agree with the preview comment that a lady who makes visa is very rude. We brought all the document but she didnt like a stamp on salary certificate and wanted to see fresh one. When we explained to her that this is the one you talking about,she said if you arguing with me youre not welcome in my country. You know with such attitude its better if you send her back to thailand and let her work in 7/11 or night market . Went to Abu Dhabi and documents were accepted within a minute. See the difference between Dubai consulate and Abu Dhabi embassy(great job for the embassy staff)

Requirements were not clear, I had to go and come back twice

Thai consulate Dubai has no clear policy on documents requirements for issuing visa. Their website is misleading. When you visit them for visa as per documents mentioned on site then you will be for a rude shock. Consulate staff will keep asking for newer different documents.

Good ghing is this consulate have very systematic process.. But space for visa service is too small to acvomodate all tje applicants some are waiting outside and its too hot.ive been applying visa for my husband atleast once a year but I never get good customer service I just go and submit all docs but the issue is everytime I will ask or clarify something to the personel they never answer in good way and right manner.

Must make a waiting room ,people are waiting outside in summer.Need to maintain the toilet no soap or shampoo and not even tissue paper.

Its the baddest embassy I have see it in my lifePeople there are very rude and they dont know how to work I went there to apply for visa to Thailand and I informed them about my traveling date they told me to make many paper after I finished all the papers and I sent it to them they checked the date and the booking for hotel and tickets they make for me visa with wrong date and they telling me I have to make a new one with new money its really non respectable place I feel sorry to my self to meet people like that and Ill never go to ThailandThanksAhmed
