I came to know about this clinic from a group on FB.I took an appointment with Dr Partha Das in March 2020... We were trying to conceive for 9 years... Had visited other fertility clinic also in uae but didnt have a good experience. Dr partha is the best doctor I have come across so far and also he is a very good human being... He does understand the couples emotion.. I remember the first thing he said to us was every cycle is very important with or without treatment... That was a big thing for us as whichever doctor I met before him they only gave me lots n lots of test and medicine without explaining to us many things...he is not here to make money but he does understand what a couple is going through.. Not respect for patients and they have very bad behavior .. they kept us waiting for an hour while their employees were busy making coffee and ignoring us .. they were ok with us giving them bad rating..The clinic is Not recommended at all.

Im currently on my 36 weeks of twin pregnancy after the successful IVF session with Dr. Dimitrios Kafetzis of Orchid Fertility. Before our lives completely change upside down with the coming of our twins in the next few days, we would like to thank Dr. Dimitrios for his expertise and hands-on service with us since day one. I’ve had a great experience at Orchid. Dr Dimitri is an amazing doctor who did not rush to conclusions. He took his time and reviewed everything several times before making decisions. The staff is very friendly, be sure to keep all your receipts though as payments can be miscalculated. Overall it’s a great clinic and I never got the feeling it’s a profit driven clinic as I did with other IVF clinics in dubai.

Dr. Dimitrios is excellent in his field. He is hands on with everything every step of the way. The embryologists were also excellent with their work. They are explaining everything in laymans terms so that we can understand. The staff were very kind, polite and friendly. Everyone is smiling in this clinic. And for us who are suffering from depression in relation to being anxious in having a baby, this is a good thing. Positive vibes invites a positive attitude. Dr. Dimitrios Kafetzis is a very good doctor. We were trying to get a kids since 7 years but Doctor finally find out, where was the problem and I got pregnant from the first try.All staff are nice and friendly.

It was our Karma or luck that we got a chance to meet Dr Partha. At our first consultation with him, me and my husband realized that something good is coming our way. His step by step and meticulous approach in handling our case speaks highly of his expertise in treating infertility cases. In my opinion, Dr Partha is one of the few doctors that every couple struggling with infertility issues need to consult and experience him. He is just an amazing , humble person full of humility. We have visited few IVF clinics in dubai but was not convinced until we met Dr Partha. We were under his care for few months and followed his advise sincerely. We underwent IVF which wasn’t so straight-forward but the end result was something to cherish throughout my life. We have been blessed with Twins and currently at 28 weeks enjoying every bit of it. The nursing team and entire staff are very caring, ever smiling, and full of positivity. The doctor and his team work even on holidays and fridays if required as was my case during embryo transfer. Personally, I feel, I was at the right hands at the right time. I know for sure this meeting with you, Dr Partha was God Sent. Thankyou once again for being an angel and help us complete our family. Orchid Reproductive might have had several successes but it’s the failures and how they’re dealt with is what defines true success. We’ve had a terrible experience with them back in August. Whilst we accept that IVF is a challenge for some and in our case we were unlucky, the whole process with Orchid was rushed, done while Dr. Dimitri was on vacation so he was advising medication doses via WhatsApp (which I found astonishing and absurd), there were no clarity on the issues expected and last but not least no psychological support especially for my wife who has gone through a terrible ordeal emotionally and physically. More importantly we just received a 2 minutes phone call to tell us of the unfortunate news. There was no follow up from Dr Dimitri or anyone to discuss the issues and how they can possibly be corrected or support us in any way or form. We are truly disappointed and would urge people to think twice before using their services. Again I repeat, it’s the failures and how you deal with them is what defines success, not only successes. Stay away and choose a clinic that is reputable, known for support and follow ups. Choose carefully!

My wife is ivf patient at Orchid under the care of Dr. Dimitrios, I can attest to the quality of care and concern given by the entire staff at Orchid - starting from the the reception to the doctors .. waiting time is reasonable and the clinic atmosphere amused us. the doctors have always explained us what the steps and procedures involved during ivf process and what it entailed. my wife case was monitored very closely by the Dr. and he is available all the time to address our concerns. My wife used to be so worried but doctor always put her mind at ease ! The entire staff Are fantastic ! blood collection, regular scans, egg retrieval, Lab procedures etc .. they are very professional, honest and ethical! also I want to add here if your ivf fails it’s not the clinic fault .. they are a medical provider not God ! I am pleased to say that my wife is now pregnant with first embryo transfer. They are very caring and do everything they can to help the patient.

Dr Sreelatha at orchid clinic is our angel who helped us complete our family. She hand held us through out the process of IVF. Her support both clinically and emotionally is invaluable.

The nursing team are very sweet, and the lab team seem knowledgeable about what they do. However, I consulted with both Dr Kafetzis and Dr Das during my treatment. It did not feel right to have one doctor follow up during pre IVF and then have different doctors doing the surgery and the transfer. While they both seemed informed about my case, I just felt lost the whole time because the injection dosage kept fluctuating drastically with each visit (kept going up and down). When I would ask the doctors about new things my friends have tried in other centers, they wouldn’t know what the science behind it is and don’t seem like they have updated their knowledge. Unfortunately, my cycle failed.

Please, dont go to this clinic If you want to save your Money and Health. They just Talk to you softly to steal your money. I had the worst experienve of my life in orchid fertility.Now I am regretting my decision to chose Orchid fertility over bourn hall and other clinic.. We saved from a long time for the treatment but we got nothing. some doctors dont have knowledge in their field, I think this clinic just hire them to talk to the patients softly and trap them..like doctor . Shreelatha. please dont get trap by her soft talks. your health and money is important ,thereare so many other clinic in the World, I dont want you Regret your decision like me.

Sadly, I had a failed IUI and failed IVF ISCI... Same protocol used for my friend, but no success.

What i feel is that the lab in this clinic is doing a great job there.. Not very happy with every thing in the clinic but im happy about the result and the lab which is the most important part of the ivf treatment .. After 2 failed ivf in a very well-known center in dubai i had a treatment in orchid fertility with dr. Awatif albahar and now i have a 2 months baby girl alhamdillah :)

Dr Dimitrios has been absolutely incredible. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. A genuine concern for the wellbeing of his patients.

I strongly Do Not recommend Orchid Fertility center in Dubai. My experience with them was extremely unsuccessful. I had failed IVF with Dr Dimitrios Kafetzis with no clear reasons of the failures and with many side effects from the medicines that he gave me while he confirmed that there will be no side effects from taking those medicines. One of their nurses gave me improper injection caused huge bruising, redness, blood lumps, itching and pain in my skin and she blamed my skin been sensitive to needles which she was wrong. The cashier woman wanted to charge me extra money because of her wrong calculations but luckily I kept all the receipts for every payment I made to them as proves in case of similar issue. They told me that per cycle should cost no more than 30,000 dirham in total but I ended up paying 39,000 dirham. Also, during my experience with the doctor and the staff I noticed that all they concern about is the money they obtain from the patient and not the patient health. Unfortunately I did not search well before I start my IVF at Orchid as I heard that there are many other fertility centers in Dubai have excellent IVF success rates, excellent healthcare and less cost. I just recognized names who actually work for Orchid and rating Orchid high stars rate, to be honest patients who should rate and not staff.

I highly recommend Orchid Fertility. We have been trying for over two years and it was first when I saw Dr Dimitrios I found out what my issue was. I had seen countless other doctors and done several different tests, with no luck.As I have Endomitriosis, Dr Dimitrios ordered the right test for me and I could find a soulution from there. When I knew my issue I could get pregnant naturally and I got close followups from the clinic to ensure everything went well.

Dr. Partha is expert in what he does. He provides us details of each step, clears our doubts and patiently listens on what we say or ask. We have checked many fertility clinics in Dubai but he was the only one who seems to care in all aspects and skilled at the same time. I see him taking notes and reviewing them which clearly shows he would ensure hed not overlooked even little things. The staff in Orchid are quite nice too, although there were times theyve missed things, those were honest mistakes. So overall, the clinic, the nurses, staff and embryologist and especially Dr. Partha set a high standards in this field and a dedication to providing the best to their patients. We cant thank you enough!
