Jellies patience and education made me confident to administer the daily injections on my own. Run! Dont waste your time reading the 4.0 star reviews. In the virtual space theyre very good at polishing their image, but on ground they dont give a damn. All what they care about is to take your money. Beautiful clinic and view, but I cant say the same about their Drs - especially now that Dr David is no longer with them. Invest in your hopes elsewhere. Even if you get lucky to have a positive outcome, remember you couldve had much more optimized results with the same input.

If youre reading the reviews to make up your mind on which fertility clinic to tie up your hopes with, then Bourn Hall Clinic Dubai is definitely not an option. Take it from someone who has had the most awful first hand experience! I was talked into starting a new cycle by Dr Diana Kayal - the best sales person ever I have to say. She has all what it takes to sell you a cycle when youre not even eligible, let alone prepared. On top of that, the management failed to address or even acknowledge the incident. I didnt even receive a follow up call addressing the elephant in the room after the worst cycle I have ever had. In a nutshell, they see you as a suitcase stacked with money. If you have extra money that youd like to waste over a lucky strike kind of attempt then go for it. Else, there are many other reputable clinics that have the least of integrity and professionalism that Bourn Hall Dubai lacks, such as Orchid and Fakih.

What an amazing experience we had with the clinic. Staff were professional, friendly and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. I had an instance where I had to fly to UK during treatment and the clinic ensured I could also have an appointment there. We would highly recommend, especially the services of Dr Shazia. Amazing overall experience.

Our Teams appointment for first consultation didnt going through by internet and as men I wasnt invited, but clinic doesnt take any effort put things right in email. By calling them myself I experience somebody who hardly understand English and ask me to initiate all administrative documents again for a new first consultation. The clinic communicate only to woman and left the man out of the email. So discriminate against men. They forget that it was a joint couple decision to go for IVF. As sign on wall is that our Doctor has left the clinic, somethings happening there.

After a couple of failed IVF rounds with another clinic, I had a positive result with Dr. Shazia Magray on my first cycle with her.  She is truly great, she would lay everything out for you, explain every option, its pros and cons.  You would feel her sincerity and compassion, that she really wants whats best for her patients, she will do everything to make sure you get the best results.  I gave birth to my baby a few weeks back, and I have her to thank. She comes highly recommended, truly genuine, a perfectionist.  She really is the best.The facility is impressive, I had my treatment during the peak of the pandemic and I still felt safe. The staff, nurses, and embryologists are all kind and helpful, they do their jobs and they do it very well.

I had my first IVF and it was a success thanks to this clinic esp to Dr Shazia. I have a healthy baby boy! She and the staff made sure that I get the best attention and care during the process. Shazia Magray she is very polite and listen to patient and understand the feelings of patient and extremely professional, i conceived and delivered the baby successfully on the second try of ivf but in DR shazia hand in first try i become pregnent after 9 years old. We have been going through IVF since February this year and I can honestly say that Dr. Karunakara has been amazing. He is so thorough with every appointment and answers all of your questions in full detail. If your like me and have a thousand questions about everything then I would 100% recommend booking an appointment with him. Every appointment I learn so much and I always leave feeling confident that I am in good hands. His knowledge and experience is so vast and he is a complete sweetheart when communicating with both myself and my husband. Thank you for making our dream come true.

Mixed feelings!! Most nurses are nice & kind however they lack communication skills with the patient. Customer care team are polite and mostly lovely people however they lack knowledge in the infertility field & provide you incorrect advice, always consult with the nurses or Drs, they also promise to call you back when you expect a call from them & they forget most of the time. As for the Doctors they have 3 & each of them have very different medical approach from each other, if you are lucky you will meet the good one from the 1st appointment or else you will waste your time & money till you realize which one was the best according to your medical condition. To add above all these, certain rooms in the clinic has mold issues and poor air ventilation.

I am very thankful to Dr. Shazia for her care and guidance in my case of unexplained infertility.. she was patient, explained us the entire treatment process, provided options and ensured I received the best 👍🏻The staff is very helpful and accommodating.. I have not given all 5* because as per my experience BH Dubai can improve on following:1. Their waiting time (even after advance booking of appointments )2 Their customer care for existing patient to answer queries related to the treatment. Most of the time, the nurse was not available on the desk when I called.

Extremely negative experience, so much so we had to shift to a different clinic even after investing in the process. Agree with the other reviews below, we were given conflicting information that had major repercussions on our decision making. We then chased for clarity with no response whatsoever from nurses or doctors for two weeks, meaning further delays and causing a high level of concern as to what to do. The last straw was them cancelling a procedure the day before. Communications is non existent and does not install confidence. Do not go here!

Old history doesn’t guarantee any quality service, or even the “right” medical service.I was impressed by the founder and his name in Cambridge after doing the research and thought the Dubai Branch would be qualified. In fact, this was the worst nightmare. Doctors and nurses were incompetent and unfit for the job. I can feel that they were not monitored or supervised closely, and usually worked in freestyle, no protocol was implemented. Poor medical judgements. I wish I could have done more research on the doctor’s educational background and had some critical thinking before I signed up.

When everyone said No, we came to know about Bournhall.The first visit said it all, right from the reception.The dedication with which the team took care of us is worth more than just appreciation.We met Dr. Shazia, who guided us though the complete process and never let us loose hope and now we are proud parents of a 5 month old baby boy.The most reasonably priced facility and the best in terms of care and dedication, they even have financing options, one which we didn’t opt for.Everything that made us drive all the way from Abu Dhabi was worth.Thank you Dr.Shaziya and the team for making our dream come true. Two years back after one failed ivf cycle we were disappointed and had very little hope when we met doctor Shazia, smiling cheerful and caring. She took us through the whole process again and not just the series of injections, the emotional ups & downs but building hope and guiding us through at every stage of the development. Dont wast your money, cost a lot of Dirhams for one time try and whence we ask them about copy’s of our tastes they ask us 100 dirhams!!! The way 100 % is business not helping or understand at all . I am not interested and not good X.

Please try and treat any subordinate staff with dignity and respect. I have an acquitance who used to work there and she reported unpleasant things about working there. It does not matter whether its a toilet cleaner or a cook but i just hope that you can provide training to the people you hire as supervisors because they exploit those unskilled workers emotionally and mentally. Am not sure if this is something you are aware of but if not,now you know. Tell me why the workers are dropped off 2-3 hours before the clinic opens and they have to sit on the floor for over 2 hours waiting for security to open the doors? You contract this jobs to outside vendors who make a fortune through exploiting this kids from Africa and Asia.

A world class clinic it is. From the receptionist to nurses and Consultant, it was a wonderful experience. Very competent and knowledgeable team. Absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of treatment.

If there has 100 stars I will rate them hundred. It is my second ivf and both are successful. I have auto immune problem where in my body is rejecting the baby, endometriosis and fibroid but they managed me well. I highly recommend Dr Shazia for her love and care and she is very patient on my case. I had an appointment with Dr. kayal and honestly it was a very disappointing experience as she only care about selling IVF. She did not try to understand our priorities or tried to discussed alternative routes.

I tried to get an appointment - been chasing them for almost 2 weeks but no one returns my emails or calls!!

Very disappointed, as I searched the best reviewed clinic in Dubai for semen analysis and the way they handled the report was very unprofessional.For an analysis that would normally take one hour in any decent lap I was told that results will be out next day which I patiently waited for. I called next day by 2 PM and they said it is ready but has to be emailed to me by an authorized doctor and it should happen within the next 2 hours because they are busy. I called again by 4 when I was again told to wait 10 minute. I called again by 5:30 and operator kept transferring me to the nowhere asking me to do endless waiting and after many tries they said they will send in the next 15 min. Ironically when I was asking if it will not happen like in my last attempts I got the cold answer that call again.Very unprofessional way of handling eager customer for their own personal information!!!Will never go there again...

I had an appointment with One of the doctors & I reached there 15 min before my actual appointment & I had to wait for 2 hours to see the doctor (No, doctor didnt have emergency surgery nor patient) the stuffs in front desk plus nurses are very unprofessional, the Dr was not helpful at all, he was NOT interested at all to answer my questions nor advice me regarding my case, when I handed him my blood result he did not even look at it, I dont recommend this clinic at all.

My husband and I experience in this clinic, praise be to God, was successful, and this is thanks to the Lord of the Worlds and the efforts of the doctors and the clinic’s staff.Dr. Diana Khayal and Dr. Mohamed Khouli have extensive experience and a wonderful approach to patients. Laboratory director Jerry explains how and communicates information is very easy for the patient. You can communicate with the nurses at all times. The receptionist, Fatima Hassan, made the long journey easy and comfortable for us. Her approach to patients gives comfort and calm, which is very important in the clinic.

I tried the vaccination, so the Center, praise be to God, after God’s will and the help of Dr. Dunia Allah, gave me a son, and two years later I returned I settled again, vaccinated, so the same center with Dr. Dunia, and God blessed me with a daughter, praise be to GodHonestly, it is a wonderful center, and I would advise you to settle the vaccination without hesitation and go to the center

Do not be fooled by the high evaluation, their only concern is money, they do not care, they do not ask or answer you about your question. Rather, I pay for the medicines and treatment, and just pay for the salvation of what they have given you
