Went on person and got a very cold response when I enquired about services and prices. Tried calling and was told they would call me back as their system was down. Have heard nothing since. Wondering whether they are simply overrun, or perhaps they dont want customers?!

We have visited so many doctors regarding back pain but no relief at all. Finally we thought of trying chiropractic and it was ok but pain is keep coming back.Final option is to just live with pain but we just tried this acupuncture, amazing just 3 day treatment and pain is reduced to 50 % .I m really thankful to the doctors.

Amazing!!!I was diagnosed with an inflammation of L4 & L5 lumbar vertebrae. Chiropractors gave me 4-6 weeks of recovery. I tried acupuncture at Beijing Tong Ren Tang: the day after the first session, the excruciating pain was gone. After 2 weeks, I am now up to speed.Special Kudos to Stephen who did an amazing job and all the staff that are very friendly and helpful.I will definitely come again in case of trouble and strongly recommend to anyone.

I am thankful with Dr Liu Xin, he is really professional and attentive. From the beginning my acupuncture sections were effective and every time I am getting better. I got herbal treatment as well with another doctor I don’t remember her name, before to start the acupuncture, she was accurate with her prescription because this gave me more energy and relief. I would rate in 5 but there are few things to improve like reception service to be more attentive and specially about the delivery of herbal medicines they need to be more careful to verify the delivery to the correct patient, however they solved this delivery issue properly the same day in a very professional way. Definitely I will recomend this TCM Clinic and specially my Doctor.

Very troublesome as I had to go to other branch for consultation then another branch which is about 30mins away depending on traffic for the herbs. Very disappointed. Hope they can improve their customer experience.

It has been an amazing experience with them. Had a lot of problems starting from thyroid, to low calcium, to gall bladder stones, to hives. I feel so relieved of all my pain with the medicine and the accu puncture. Amazing atmosphere and doctors.
