Extremely DISAPPOINTED this time!!!!Left with the same muscle soreness & pain as I came :(I was recommended by friends and had recommended my friends to come as well.Last time with Candy (shop 5) was great, but this time I specified that I wanted a male therapist for DEEP tissue massage. I trusted them to book for me a professional (shop 14), but unfortunately he has been very SOFT with the muscles, even after I mentioned to “please Press Harder” twice (at the beginning and in the middle).I immediately informed the receptionist about the issue, but there’s nothing else that she did except saying will inform the therapist with this complaint. Maybe that’s why they required to pay first before massage.It’s very sad that they lost a royal client, since I will NOT come again, or recommend any of my friends or colleagues :(

I have De Quervains tenosynovitis and severe muscular spasm. After attending physiotherapy sessions at a medical center which didnt work for me, I decided to try alternative medicine. I searched online and found TCM and decided to go here based on the good reviews.I am on my 3rd acupuncture session next week. I feel less pain on my wrist and although my back still feels stiff, I have high hopes that the result will be good.Thank you, TCM.

Visited TCM for Deep Tissue Massage. The masseuse Mary worked well with my back and shoulder. Very professional and friendly woman. The massage was great!! The price is very low as compared to other therapy centers around and the service was good.

Not an inappropriate massage place. I have been coming for over 7 years and all the ladies are really good! Very strong and can find my problem areas. Great place and worth the visit even if just for a 30 minute neck/shoulder massage. I do sports massage or traditional massages with them.

I went here for a deep tissue therapy and i was amazed by how good my therapist was (Alice). Very professional and i was able to get relief from my back pain. The ladies in the reception were very friendly and helpful and attend to customer’s needs. Will definitely come back and try other treatments they offer.

I bought a 45 minute deep tissue massage. my therapists name was Nana. I highly recommend her. i told her to focus on my neck and shoulders and she meticulously broke every knot and massaged every muscle. i feel like a new person after. the centre itself is clean and the waiting time was about ten minutes.

I had visited there for a 5 session physiotherapy for my family. I must say that I was extremely impressed by their services and the results in getting rid of severe body aches. I highly recommend everyone to try it out!

I went for a deep tissue therapy and have to say it was very good. I have been suffering a severe neck pain and muscles spasms and the therapy really helped me. Defenitively will come back for more. My therapist was Linda and she was very nice. In addition I was able to get the reimbursement from my insurance. The girls in the reception are very kind and have everything very well organaized. This place is my second home. The staff is super friendly and they have great packages for those that may want to go often, I highly recommend asking about their package deals for Acupuncture, Therapy Massages and even Physiotherapy. The receptionist will inform you on what you can do. Also as they are certified a lot of insurances cover the treatments.Jackie is my go to; he is the best!, I always ask for him as he really pays attention to whatever pain I may have, you can tell that he has studied this art for over a decade in China- I typically get a deep tissue massage and cupping done. I am quite particular when it comes to my body and treatments but I really do trust this place. After a session with Jackie, I walk in with pain and I leave on cloud nine, I can feel the release of any blockages of my chi and energy and all round satisfied.Highly recommend TCM Acupuncture!

I come here for the sports therapy massages, also known as deep tissue. The ladies know their stuff and this is now part of my regular recovery routine. Not as expensive as other places offering the same service so very much worth it. This is not a fancy place by any means so don’t expect a 5-star hotel spa kind of scenario.

I got a recommendation from a friend, Jayson and I came to this Therapy Center 2 weeks ago and I had a good experienced with them. Staff and especially the Receptionists were accommodating and they assisted me very well with my session. The Chinese Therapist who did my sports therapy was knowledgeable about my condition and knew exactly what she was doing. Overall was a nice experience and worth your penny guys!! Gotta buy their package offers on my next visit to save a lot. :)

I had a very back pain since 3 weeks and my colleague recommended to me the TCM Center. I visited the placed and did the Deep Tissue Therapy . I took the 90mins session and after the treatment i felt WOW!. The stiffness and tightness of my shoulder and lower back it was relieved. The therapist did a very good job to me. Very unpleasant experience ever.For one hour-full body and 30 mins head and neck, I got only back massage for 1 hour. 10mins front side of body, 15 mins head..I can tell the therapist just tried to kill the time.I didn’t expect that they are professional but the therapist even was not kind.If you want to try here, make sure to have a good therapist:(

I am a designer, all the year round drawing desk work leads to low back pain, there is a period of time has been feeling the waist is very tight, uncomfortable, not long bend (30 seconds can not hold).I have been doing acupuncture and massage in this Chinese medicine clinic for several months. After each massage, I feel my waist is much looser. The technique that his home massages and general massage inn are different belong to the massage of treatment type, force is strong osmotic force is good, draw picture to also do not feel lumbago for a long time now, Chinese medicine is too magical!

I was recommended with my Gym coach ( Dan) to have a session of Sports Therapy at TCM. Due to excessive workouts my thighs are very sore and stiff. TERRIBLE SERIVCEAs a loyal client to TCM, today I (Holly - using my partners google account) received some very disappointing experience from your Barsha branch. As you can see from the below screen shots I had booked an appointment 4 days ago and also I sent a confirmation reminder yesterday evening (which technically should come from the branch).I reached the reception today to find out I wasn’t booked. So I had wasted a 30 minute drive to get to TCM (+ a 30 minute drive home - WITHOUT A MASSAGE). The ladies at reception were so unhelpful and couldn’t explain why I wasn’t booked, saying that I booked a different TCM studio. I message the whatsapp number again infront of them as you can see below and they were just lying to my face cause I could see my messages coming up on their phone, yet they still had no explanation for this.I asked for the manager and they wouldn’t give me the contact. They said the supervisor, the manager and the therapist I requested were all on leave, how can this be? They have no management running the branch?????Anyway they couldn’t get me booked in and I was very upset about this.All I wanted was an explanation and apology yet I received neither. The lady on the desk in the blazer was so rude, raising her voice above me as though it was my problem. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Not only have you lost a loyal client but you for sure have lost plenty of potential clients who I would have referred.Thank you for wasting my time in traveling to your branch and also having to write this review.This is not a good service and I’m sure I’m not the first person that this has happened to.

The last time I visited, the staff conducting the massage was using excessive pressure. When I kept telling her that she was hurting me, she was getting angry saying that its my problem if its paining and that she is used to massaging men. She was extremely rude and impolite behaving as if shes doing me a favour. My body has been sore with a knee ache for the last 2 days. I called and complained to the staff but I can see from old reviews that this is a common experience

Did 6 deep tissues manage with them so far but yet no one informs me about the pricing of packages, absolute thieves

Not happy with the massage. The lady could not understand English and many times i explained that i wanted a medium massage. She was very rough. At the end, i was feeling sore.. same experience with my husband.. very disappointed.
