After trying other clinics I was nicely surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.The Dr is very knowledgeable and answered all my question about tatoo removal. I felt the time and effort spent by the staff was worth what I paid for.Although I cannot yet comment on results as it is too early. But I will at later stage. Being a regular to this clinic, I always parc my car at the clinic parking and sometimes give the key to the watchman in case,This time I came as usual and the watchman ask me the key if I leave my car at the clinic parking ... meanwhile the “as it seems owner” of the clinic was leaving and saw me, and asked the watchman to not allow me to park my car at the clinic despite being a regular patient ... so arrogant and disrespectful ...As to clarify the clinic response:The valet in charge asked me if I’m a patient and I answered accordingly, and the same valet person came back to me surprisingly after talking to “someone” right in front of me, and asked me to move away ...The second valet person came to me as well and asked me also to move away; when I asked what happened? His reply was: as per the clinic management decision; this parking is reserved for managers and practitioners only.And above all this, when you came to know that I’m a patient, couldn’t you apologize while I was at the clinic?

I had a wonderful experience the place is so clean, the ladies are very kind and helpful. They are not pushy, they dont oversell you. I got botox with Dr. Cruz a Plastic Surgeon, who knew exactly how to handle my forehead because I dont like my eyebrows to drop. He did a great job my eyelids did not fall, the doctor was fantastic. I really recommend it. The prices are reasonable and it is a very relaxed place to be treated.

I get hair laser removal sessions at this clinic monthly and aside from the great and professional service, the staff is what gets me through the sometimes painful sessions. The staff is very comforting, sociable, easygoing and simply sweet. They even play good music throughout the session which is always great!The only thing that sort of stopped me from giving 5 stars is the SLIGHTLY pricey prices (heh), however Id say that for laser treatments, most clinics offer similar prices so all in all a very decent clinic. No complaints thus far, hopefully none to come. Highly recommend!

I found out about Al Biraa Clinic when I was browsing top clinics in Dubai that provide affordable tattoo removal packages. I was very skeptical whether the large tattoo on my lower back could be removed completely. I’m so thrilled to see how the tattoo slowly fades without any scars or infection. Dont go here for tattoo removal. Went for three sessions and not a single change. And when someone called me from the clinic to check up on me and I told her my results all she could say was “sorry maybe you need a different laser “. This for me is unacceptable as if the treatment you say you provide didn’t work then you should be giving either extra treatment or some kind of financial reimbursement for a service you say you provide that clearly dosnt work. The two stars are for the friendly nurse who assisted with the treatment process other than that I would have giving none

Every time i went there for tattoo removal , there was diffrent doctor or nurse or i dont know ,they change the practitioner without any notification for the patient, it seems that nobody works with this clinic more than few months, the efficacy of treatment is very low, i think its an old machine, so they can sell for cheap prices, and they cover all of this by their overfriendliness, one time I was offered a filler treatment by a lady and it was not obvious if she is a doctor or a beautician or....or ., disorganised practice, I dont recommend

I went to Dr. Raslan and had a wonderful experience. He proved to be very considerate and compassionate. Would totally recommend. After visiting several doctors, he was the only one who could give me a correct diagnosis and actually help.I was told that I would need around 40 sessions with Dr. Raslan to fully regain my health back. And when I expressed that the price would be too much for me to pay at once, Dr. Raslan was very flexible and offered alternative payment methods to make sure that I will be able to receive the care that I need.

I’ve seen the chiropractor Dr. Raslan, I had neck and severe back pain, Dr. Raslan told me he needs to see me for two months every single day, but since that’s impossible because of the weekend he wants to see me for two months and a half 5 days a week and I have to pay 33,000 dirhams upfront. I decided to take other doctors opinions I went to two different doctors and they all said that I have to do a maximum of 10 physiotherapy treatments and I’ll be back to normal! Basically Dr Raslan is taking medicine as a business!

They kept giving her vitamin D injections in the hope that her symptoms would go away.My mother passed away 10 months later.Update & Reply: Thats because we took all her files from your clinic and moved her to the American Hospital. Thats why youre unaware of it.
