Worst experience for me. We reached there for the initial consultation and made us to wait for 2 hrs. Then the lady in the reception came to us and explaining the finanacial costs , treatment etc.we understood that she was just to fill the gaps as we were waiting for long time. Finally she was telling us to meet MD( not the doctor whom we booked for) and again half an hour waiting foe him as he just reached the airport at that time...i dont know what she was trying to do, but we had to come back .For the next few days she was messaging agin with thr new timings, but by that time we got a better doctor in a another clinicI ll not suggest this clinic anymore..Cheap is always not the best😑🙂

From the 1st time i stepped into PRC i knew i was at the right place. I had visited several places before but found out the were only concerned about money and alot of hidden charges. PRC were very upfront with all charges and gave us all the information we asked and made us feel at ease. Doctor Latouna was amazing as was the Director Mr. Mourad. They were very friendly and assisted us in every way possible even beyond what we had hoped for.I would like to say thank you especially to Nurse Khate and Doctor Latouna who was with us every step of the way. The regular updates and follow ups cemented my decision that it was the right place for the help we needed.This was our first ICSI trial and i am proud to say that i am currently 20 weeks pregnant and expectant with our twins.Anyone who asks me i would recommend PRC more than enough times because they took care of me, my emotions, my finances and gave me the most beautiful experience ever. Thank you guys and keep it up!!

Falsely diagnosed me with low AMH and make me depressed only to find out my AMH wasn’t actually low . I don’t know if it was done on purpose to make me do ivf or not but I did not like my experience there and wouldn’t recommend

I have been struggling to conceive for the past 5 years with no success and during the process had consulted a number of doctors and clinics without finding any success. But when we finally reached PRC; we had a totally different experience altogether; Right from the Doctor to the entire nursing and support staff, their approach and diagnosis was extremely professional and very caring. Instead of recommending an IVF right away; they recommended Hysteroscopy first which was rather economical compared to IVF; yet very effective and recommended us to proceed for natural conception initially. Needless to say; their advice was precise and I got conceived naturally within two months of the procedure. We would like to thank the Doctor and the entire team at PRC for being so caring and resourceful and for their non-business like approach. We would be glad in recommending PRC to anyone who is looking for pregnancy treatment.
