I visited Fakih twice for consultation. The last doctor I met was Ghina, because everybody in the reviews was talking about her. She said she would do some examination, she put the machine inside of my uterus for 5 secs and said it looks good. At cashier, they charged 700dhs for this. No report, or no further explanation. We paid because at that time we wanted to go with Fakih. But we are not going back to Fakih after I felt that the only thing they do care about is money. I even doubt that all these people in the review and the clinic are paid by Fakih. It is always crowded, there is only one cashier to explain the procedure and price. I can imagine how they will treat me during IVF. I will be just another credit card without limit.

What do I say about Dr Tejashree Singh, she has come like an angel in our lives. we had been trying to conceive for a few years now and I did visit several other OB/GYN ( top notch) no one could really help me as they simply asked to either go for various procedures and never ran into reports or other details .We definitely were worried and anxious like all others on this journey but as they say there is light at the end of the tunnel and my light definitely was Dr Tejashree, she is super meticulously detailed , chronologically professional just the way I wanted my OB /GYN to be.Day 1 she made me super comfortable ,its only due to her professionalism and ease to handle sensitive patients I can happily say that we are pregnant now. Im writing this review as Im 10 weeks pregnant. After 1 year of trying unsuccessfully with several natural conception programs (e.g. Letrozole, IUI) and dealing with 2 chemical pregnancies, we made the tough decision to pursue IVF because we knew that would provide the highest chances of success. We selected Dr. Zakwan from Fakih Dubai clinic after our first consultation with him. It was clear that he was extremely educated, caring, empathetic and most importantly wasnt bothered by the 100s of questions my husband and I threw at him. Throughout the entire IVF process, he was extremely diligent, and his sense of humor helped us navigate through these stressful times. He was involved throughout the process. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to him and his entire team (particularly Nurse May). From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

I have been with fakhi ivf for a year, with a complicated case because of age. I agree that it is a bit too busy and expensive but 2 doctors made the experience unbelievable even with the mental and physical hardship. Dr micheal even though super busy is really amazing and knowledgeable and madona his assistant is a ray of sunshine. But the highlight is dr. Helen, the anestesist. She is really amazing and became a friend. At your most vulnerable she is always there, the most friendly and supportive doctor who always makes things better. I will always remember her, without her it would have been too tough.

Highly recommended clinic for IVF and post pregnancy issues. The Doctors are competent and facility is amazing along with the lovely nursing staff. We had a very good experience with Dr. Tejashree Singh, she had taken care of my wife throughout the pregnancy process and finally we were blessed with twin boys. Still we are visiting the clinic for regular check up. Thanks to the management for keeping the facility flawless.

The attention to details, the time flexibility they offer, the orientation with all Q&A’s. the extremely clean facility and facilitated rooms for sample collection is something to be mentioned too.When it comes to the staff, everyone is very knowledgeable about his/ her field from financial and reception moving up to the supervising Doctors!Dr. Zakwan Khrait was our supervising consultant, with God’s willing, blessings and his efforts, we are finally expecting our first child soon.One other thing to add is the seamless insurance transactions and painless front desk processing that was quite remarkable to mention as well.I’d strongly recommend Fakih clinic and Dr.Zakwan for any couple who are facing any chronic issue conceiving.

Honestly, i agree with most of the negative reviews here. The doctor did not give me all the relevant details about the procedure, and he omitted all the overwhelmingly negative details in order to have me favour getting the procedure done. So I could safely say he was not honest with me about what Im signing up for. Following the procedure, it was almost impossible getting ahold of the doctor. In hindsight, it seemed like they cared more about my money than what actually happened to me.

The services provided by the hospital are incredible. They take good consideration of their patients. The ambience and surrounding is well maintained. Also very clean when it comes to terms of hygiene. Staff was also very co operative, friendly and helpful. I could have not had better service and care anywhere else. Hats off to Dr. Gina for all her efforts through out my IVF treatment. Indeed she went out of her way and she made me more comfortable than I thought I could be. A very highly recommended hospital. You will feel like you are in a factory for humans , if the treatment fails the doctor doesn’t even call and check on you. The nurses and receptionists are nice , but the doctors are not . Every person that goes to this clinic is fragile somehow and has issues , they need to be friendlier and humane ! Sometimes you could feel like you can’t ask all the questions on your mind though your paying ALOT of money . I do not recommend them . Honestly save your money for a treatment back in your home country or some other clinic . I do regret this experience and will always do .

If I could rate them less than one star, I would totally do so.... I called 2 weeks ahead for an appointment on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm; where, I was very clear at the time of booking and had explained to them that I need an afternoon appointment because my husband will be taking a half day off from work to be present with me, and m calling 2 weeks in advance to guarantee the date and time I need. On Thursday before my appointment that Sunday, I receive a call at 5:00pm from the center confirming my appointment at 12:00pm ! I said no mine is at 4:00 pm and I made sure upon booking to stress on the time to be in the afternoon ! Their reply was the doctor changed it as he can’t make it at 4:00pm! I got upset of course and asked for a valid reason why my appointment was changed without informing me ? I was told the reason behind changing my appointment time is because the doctor has an emergency of a normal delivery that afternoon !!! Seriously????? Normal delivery is planned 72 hours in Advance and it is urgent !!! Really ?????? I say if u want to lie to your patients, try to find a logic lie not an urgent normal delivery planned 72 hours prior !!!! I thanked them and asked them that I don’t want to see the doctor anymore ! They insisted on me to change my day, my time, I got really upset and asked them to stop calling me because they are upsetting me and I am pregnant ! Few hours later my husband receives a call from the center stating that the doctor can now see me at 4:00 pm on Sunday !!!Oh ! Where did the emergency go ???? No one knows !!!I decided to drop this center and not see this doctor there although I was highly recommended to see this doctor ! Again, I receive a call again on Sunday morning asking me if I will show up at 4:00 pm because the doctor will be coming specifically for me ! I had lost trust in this center and this doctor before even meeting them in person and decided to go for someone else !Long story short, I had the impression that this center is careless of their patients and only cares about money 💰 and filling the doctors calendar based on his needs and if he has only one appointment on an afternoon he decides to change it without even going back to the patient !!

I am here again to write the follow up on how my joy was cut short ,(I AM STILL GOING TO GIVE THE HOSPITAL A 5STAR CUS DR ZAKWAN MADE INFERTILITY lOOKS LIKE A JOKE) I wish and wish I didn’t listen to the dr’s Advise in Fakih I would still be with my twins , I was told I needed cerclage(even Dr zakwan told me when I newly got pregnant, my follow up hospital in Ajman said so too) cus I HAVE A SHORT CERVIX and with twin pregnancy the risk is higher ,even before I got pregnant I knew it was short (cus I was told in Nigeria), my other hospital in Ajman told me that it has started getting shorten that I needed to do it urgently, I had opportunity to do it here in Ajman but because of the trust and confidence I had with Fakih I decided I have to do it there , I contacted the hospital and pledged for a discount because I had cheaper rate in Ajman (but I loved Fakih Cus of my first experience) and Fakih looked into my case and gave me a reduction, but when I went for the cerclage, the Dr convinced me between all reasonable doubts that I didn’t need it that only progesterone in the V****nal can hold the pregnancy,he even opened a page in his computer and asked me if I could read, he gave me one part to read which states that even with short cervix, cerclage doesn’t help everybody) I was scared but because of the trust I had I decided to follow instructions, I went back that day with my money which I brought for the procedure which is already discounted for me,even when I got home I kept asking questions about the cervix and he assured me all will be well,,,but less than 1month and some weeks I started having sharp pains and saw blood clots,I called the hospital and they asked me to come immediately,,when I went back and did scan dr told me the cervix was starting to open, now it was urgent and I was in serious pains , without much of a choice because I couldn’t even raise my legs (the nurse helped me to raise my legs ) I decided to do the cheaper one which is cervical pessary (because that was the only money with me there and I was in serious pains,my husband and I wasn’t comfortable with it.(he didn’t recommend any ANTIBIOTICS after placing it,IN JUST 4days (I have chat to prove)i saw the baby sac water leaky,I sent the picture to him and I started feeling the cervical pessary shifting when I walked, and I was feeling same sharp pains again, this time with discharge and somethings I can’t explain(I reached out to him ,(He STILL DIDNT RECOMMEND ANTIBIOTICS and he is a high risk dr) couldn’t sleep at night because of the pains I had to put my finger inside because I could feel it has shifted and was coming out,then I pushed it back then the pains stopped, I noticed I started leaking water again, I went to Sharjah government hospital, they kept asking me why I didn’t do cerclage,long story short, the water was infected (all in the space of 2weeks and some days)and the rubber pessary that was placed there made the infection spread the more ,I had to save my life by aborting the babies at 21weeks 4days,,,This is the hardest time for i and my husband, I have never being this pained before, my kids were healthy but died because I didn’t follow my heart but the doctors advice, nobody has to EVER Go through this,, labour was terrible, pushing was terrible for what could be avoided,, I feel my world has ended and I am back to square one but with nothing, I keep having bad dreams , I haven’t had the courage to bury them yet,,, I don’t think I can ever recover from this hurt ,only a new baby will give me a sense of peace , I sold my properties in Nigeria and want the results I wished for, than to go back empty handed , I just hate my whole existence right now,I feel am about to run mad ,my children had their last breath in front of me,I am even more broken than I came ,I can’t stop crying, am back to infertility.

To begin with this has been a extraordinary experience taking into account that we have been with Fakih for more than 2 years .This experience has been a roller coaster of emotions .The process in its entirety is not as straight forward and personal as one would expect in an establishment that prides itself on giving its clients a future .Especially considering that clients coming to Fakih have made that choice based on a desperate need to start a family .We were so frustrated and at the point of changing clinics had it not been for Dr Zaqwan and Shaimah.Speaking of Dr Zaqwan , he has been a breathe of fresh air in a system that is so stacked up to make its clients dependent on an unclear process .Dr Zaqwan is a brilliant,thorough,professional and Personal specialist that is transparent with his communication and treatments etc .After multiple attempt and with his persistence we are finally at a point where our future is clear and hopeful and that’s all thanks to an amazing Dr Zaqwan.Ms.Shaimah ( not sure if I spelled the name correctly) is another very kind and accommodating lady who has been patient and also personal with her care towards my wife and I . She has a genuine care when it comes to her clients .A huge thanks to the Nurses from OR and ICU who have been brilliant with their kindness and care towards my wife .In summary, with an extremely painful process when it came to outlined details of what was to be expected from the admin and an extremely unfriendly cashier counter , Our Dr Zaqwan was just outstanding, beautiful and kind person who made us feel cared for .If anyone is ever interested in going forward with FAKIH then Dr Zaqwan would be our recommendation.

We were advised to visit Dr Zakwan at Fakih Al Wasl at a very low ebb. His professionalism, care, support and expertise has enabled us to realize our dream. We are now incredibly proud parents having been given very little chance of conceiving which is entirely thanks to Dr Zakwan. I will never be able to adequately express my appreciation and admiration for Dr Zakwan. A special mention to May also who was always supportive, we felt they really cared. It may not be wise to expect miracles but with Dr Zakwan it may be possible.

I just want to thank dr. Zakwan for everything he has done for us, after trying a couple of times in another clinc. He was very patient and and really caring. He tried his best to make it happene!!! I highly recommend him to anyone who is concerning ivf.And of course his nurse Mai she is the best!! She is very sweet and kind!

We had a fantastic experience at Fakih IVF and could not recommend doctor Zakwan enough.Prior to trying Fakih we had gone through three unsuccessful rounds of IVF in the Uk. Our experience at Fakih IVF with doctor Zakwan was 100% better than the treatment received in England.Doctor Zakwan listened to all our challenges and was open to trying new medicines and protocols that had been unexplored and rejected in the Uk. He was also available for any questions on WhatsApp and even came in early for me to help make scans easier around work.I found the staff in general very caring especially May doctor Zakwan’s nurse who was amazing and in general the nurses helping you recover after egg collection procedures were great.In the Uk we had zero fertilization and with fakih our rates improved to 95% fertilization, with positive pregnancies every time post egg transfer.I believe that doctor Zakwan’s expertise and close care through scans to operations was the reason why we were so successful and the reason why we have our beautiful baby boy today.

I had a really bad experience with this clinic. The dr (a Lebanese woman) that treated me was very rude woman and kept getting angry every time I asked for more information on a procedure. She kept raising her voice saying she knows better! Seriously one of the most unprofessional places for IVF treatments. No one explained anything or procedure or timetables... terrible experience

I would like to share my fertility journey which was more of a struggle ever since my marriage back in 2009. Me and my husband have been to numerous clinics and hospitals in Dubai but all in vain. There was a time when I completely lost hope and got busy in my job. As we had Australian PR, me and husband decided to visit Fakih IVF in April - May 2018 before permanently moving to Sydney, Australia in July 2018. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Ghina Shami. She made me go through numerous tests and diagnosed that I had ovulation issues. As part of the treatment and before putting me under medication, she decided to refer me to Dr. Ayla Melanie Coussa (clinical dietcian) as I was overweight. and losing weight was an aid in my case.Dr. Ayla really helped me and guided me so well. She prepared a diet plan which I followed religiously. By Allahs grace I conceived naturally in October 2018 and delivered a beautiful baby girl on 14th July 2019. It was a natural birth too. Losing weight proved helpful in my case. I did refer two of my friends to Dr. Ayla and Dr. Ghina. I feel soooo lucky that I met them and I hope someone reading this review would also benefit from them as I did. From the depth of my heart and with all sincerity I want to thank the Almighty God for using Dr ZAKWAN to make our dreams come through from our first trial,,, the whole procedure went too smooth that I started doubting it would work lol,,,Now am not only pregnant but with twins and it’s still unbelievable!!! Being an African i already told myself I would be treated less and won’t get a fair treatment, but in all honesty EVERY SINGLE PERSONS where nice to us ! We have been to 3 different IVF clinics in UAE and they all said that there was no hope. Until we came to Fakih IVF, honestly this was going to be our final try and Thank God we didn’t stop. The minute we entered Fakih IVF we felt a positive vibe, everyone was extremely professional and at the same time i felt a sense of friendship and care. They didnt make me feel like a patient, more like Sabrina. When everyone said it wasn’t going to happen, Dr Marta at Fakih made it happen. She is amazing, we absolutely love her. Around 5 months ago we walked into Fakih IVF and found the place full and extremely busy, me and my husband were whispering to each other that we will have to wait forever till we get someone to help us. Within 5 minutes the receptionist walks up to us and asks us if we would like to be seated in a private area to make it more comfortable for us. So we moved to a different area and shortly after that, we were called to see Dr. Ghina. Although the place was extremely busy we didnt feel neglected, and Dr. Ghina was very clear in explaining every step of our procedure no matter how many questions i had and also dealing with all the whatsapp messages i was sending her contentiously. I felt a sense of relief every time I visited them. I mean the whole team from the reception, my nurse Heidy (we love you) and my doctor were absolutely amazing. I dont usually write reviews but I just had to share my experience with others who are seeking such treatments. I would definitely recommend you to check them out, you will not regret it. Honeslty, i had an amazing experience with fakih ivf, unlike some reviews here. The staff was welcoming, the doctors were very informative, and as a person whos not really comfortable in those kind of places, the staff made it super easy and enjoyable experience ! Keep up the good work FAKIH IVF!

Very happy with the service from receptionists to nurses and to drs.I was actually saved by OBGYN Ghina she managed to diagnose me and found out my ectopic while non of the other drs in other hospitals could find.

Its a beautiful place to be,staffs are highly experienced and skilled ,they will always win.

Honestly, I have to disagree with many of the negative reviews here, our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the day we started searching for an IVF center until my delivery, Fakih IVF was by side throughout. From the reception, nurse, anesthetic doctor and last but not least Dr. Ahmed Fakih. What can I say about this doctor... he is truly amazing ... from the very beginning, he paid attention to every detail and knew my doubts before I even said it out loud. I dont see Dr. Ahmed as a doctor.. I really feel he is part of the family.Because of him, I have been blessed with a beautiful baby boy who is 6 months today. Me and my Husband couldnt be more happy with your service and we will definitely come back for baby number 2. Thank you for everything Dr. Ahmed and Fakih IVF.

I am a fakih ivf patient under the care of Dr Ahmad fakih .. I can attest to the quality of care and concern given by the entire staff at fakih - starting from the the reception to the doctors .. waiting time is reasonable no longer than 15 min and the clinic is very transparent ! the doctors have always explained to me what the steps and procedures involved during my ivf process and what it entailed. Scans were very regular and my case was monitored very closely . I used to be so worried and my doctor always put my mind at ease ! The entire staff Are fantastic ! From blood collection , regular scans , egg retrieval etc .. they are very honest and ethical ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else ... also if your ivf fails it’s not the clinic fault .. they are a medical provider not God ! I am pleased to say that I am still doing regular scans at fakih and am today 23 weeks pregnant with my first embryo transfer ...Honestly, I have travelled around the world and visited multiple private clinics, and FAKIH IVF is one of the best. They are very caring and do everything they can to help you. This level of caring usually cannot be found elsewhere in the developed world. I am from Singapore and my husband is American !

The Clinic appeared disorganized and overcrowded. It was difficult to get information and it seemed like there was a lot of miscommunication between staff members. Overall the clinic presented very little understanding and focus on patients experience.

This place is the best, I definitely recommend it. Everyone knows exactly what they are doing, yes they are busy but trust me it was worth the wait. I have been suffering from clinic to clinic, but as soon as I met Dr Marta i knew immediately that I was in the right hands. She just knew exactly what to do, she explained everything to the dot. Just a week ago we were informed that the IVF was successful. I couldn’t believe it, i still don’t believe it!!! We are so grateful, i would like to thank the whole team you guys are doing an amazing job... i never imagined that i would hear those words “Congratulations you are pregnant”.

I dont usually write reviews but I just had to for this. 3 years ago, me and my husband lost all hope of having a child, we tried everything, went to so many clinics in UAE and abroad, we tried changing our lifestyle habits, eating and everything you can think off. I gave up and stopped everything for 2 years, the beginning of this year I decided to start trying again, something in me gave me hope and my husband being supportive said lets give it all we got. We came to Fakih IVF after reading about a woman who was trying for 10 years + and finally got pregnant with them, hoping that ours will also turn into a success story, we visited the clinic and met with Dr. Ahmed Fakih. Dr. Ahmed changed our lives, from the minute we stepped inside his office we felt a sense of relief, he explained what my chances were, how to prepare for this and every single detail of my procedure. Sometimes we messaged him way after working hours and he always responded to my doubts no matter how silly they were. Thanks to him I am now 4 months pregnant!!We feel very blessed and grateful, thank you Fakih IVF you changed our lives FOREVER!!I strongly recommend them, you wont regret it!!

Worst experience. 99% of the time There was no schedule card given for how to take the pills, there was lack of clarity in the procedure. I got a late call regarding the negative blood test, midnight to be precise.after the failed ivf i never got a call again from from the clinic/doc/nurse until after 2 months(obviously they dnt want to lose a customer). Its pathetic how they treat patients like an atm machine and dont follow up on them.Doctors did not explain anything properly. They are just making lotttts of money. Id suggest you go to another clinic.

High technology in fertility treatments combined with wonderful doctors who take care in everything they do. I would recommend Fakih IVF clinic to any couple struggling with infertility.

Lack information given on FB page and in the reception and bcoz of it I lost the Ramadan promotion in IVF .Very disappointed.

They r good in outlook and in taking money but regarding the sucsess rate it is not true what they claim .

Dont waste your time blood test and money thats what all they want

I wish to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Zakwan map in Fakih Center, God honored me with the sweetest girl in the world after a long wait, especially after what failed my experience with one of the doctors in the same center ... Frankly, Dr. Zakwan was more than wonderful and worn long and Bijab to all my questions and explain in detail everything As for his nurse, the crew, the reception and the daughters of the operations, they felt very comfortable and supportive. I advise all of God to deprive him of the blessing of childbearing. Visit Dr. Zakwan to know the difference between him and others.

I wanted to mention our experience with my husband and doctor Fakih Al-Shami, my husband suffers from the absence of sperm. A doctor in another hospital told us about the impossibility of pregnancy and having children, as there is no cure for my husbands condition even if we go to the end of the world. Al-Shami sang in Faqih clinic and the first word she said to us, no, God willing, Atiboun Ayal with all confidence and hope came back to us. Their answers to all our questions and is always there to contact Atna or Alwatsab at any time, our tongue is unable to thank her frankness God bless her, and in addition to the nursing staff and the reception everyone is helpful and help thank clinic Faqih Thank you Dr. Ghani ❤️
