Cant say its the best but its good for long stays with reasonable prices

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days on a business trip and I honestly loved how the staff treated me and handled my reservation and requests. I faced a small issue during my stay and I would like to send special thanks to Kushman the supervisor who really helped me and provided me with the needed help till I am all satisfied. Also, special thanks to Yassir one of the receptionists for being professional and kind during my stay. Thanks all and wish to see you again :)

My favourite place in Dubai to stay. Great location, nice view from the roof top. Very kind and helpful hotel staff. And I love the rooms interior design!

The worst service ever; I had checked in and later explained that I needed to leave due to a personal issue, and the manager, Rana, said, please send me an email, and we will get back to you on getting you a refund, and since then no one has gotten back to me. I have sent countless emails and still have heard nothing. I do not recommend this place at all.

Every week i keep seeing new staffs from housekeeping who comes to clean our room and theyre all extremely friendly to us and our sonDEVI she is the one who came to cleaned our room today (1703)she cleaned the room well....Their cleaning is really amazing. Theres one security i always find him at lobby his name is Friday hes so kind and friendly too he loves smiling which is very importantI would love to recommend this hotel for long stay customers

Its ok when you are low on budget. I stayed for three months.There was a problem with neighbors who made noise at night with some ladies. I complained about it couple of times. And the window sound isolation was bad, they put around some rubber layer so it was ok for my stay. Kitchen furniture was falling apart. Bathroom is ok but had sewage smell sometimes. And yeah, I saved one stray kitten which was trapped behind one gypsum wall and wailing like mad. Thanks God they cut that wall and I found a good owner for her. She is safe and healthy now🙏🏻

Cant complain for necessary items such as bed, pool, food & shops. Room is outdated thats a fact because of dull lighting. Sofa and bathroom need updating. Also suggest one hard and one soft head pillow. Floors are unnecessarily cold. Building is beautiful though. Restaurant doesnt serve everything on the menu if you stay there so that was disappointing. Maybe new policy. But overall good suites.

Totally liked the location of this hotel. Our room was pretty good and the facilities in the hotel: such as gym and swimming pool were great. The staff was also kind and available to help.

The hotel is a bit weathered, and could do with some internal sprucing within the rooms. The cleanliness is also sometimes a concern and can be an issue for those who have a keen eye. However, the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere is vibrant and interesting. There are a number of shops for groceries and supplies, as well as cafes and restaurants which make the location very ideal and convenient.

I have stayed for 2 months in room 1409I just check out 3 days ago while i have 1 week remaining. They refused to refund my remaining money. I struggled 5 days with flying insects hundreds of then in the room. When i first booked the room i asked for a room with balcony and the lady who assisted me said we dont have a balcony for a studio room where i found out last week the room next to me is a studio with a balcony. I asked for a bigger fridge she said NO. While 2 weeks ago a supervisor from room service gave me. Which i didnt need coz am leaving but i just accepted to write this review. This is not a hotel u want to spend you time in.

After staying for 6 months in 2020 in Barsha Heights at the First Central Hotel I am honored to write a review. Since I was not a tourist, after such a long period I was able to see all the good and a few not so good things about the Hotel. I spent the entire lockdown in the hotel apartment. I spent my birthday her, as well. I will be here during the New Year holidays... but all in all:1. One of the friendliest places Ive ever been.2. From the Concierge desk and Reception to the Housekeeping and Maintenance staff... well trained, professional, even when you not see the smile (because of the masks), you can feel it.3. Perfectly located, two metro stops from Dubai Marina, two metro stops from Mall of the Emirates (for those who like this kind of entertainment). Hotel itself is 5 minutes walk to the Metro station. Even though Dubai is one of the most pedestrian unfriendly cities Ive ever visited, you are close to the public transport to be able to explore many things close to the Red Metro line.4. My routine was to go for a walk every day in the morning and evening, to The Greens. Near the Golf club. Very near, convenient and as the name says green... Lot of trees, lakes...A very nice neighborhood.5. I will not be able to name all the people responsible for my nice and satisfactory stay, but I would like to thank especially Yam and Samu who took care of the cleanliness of the apartment.All in all it was very nice and pleasant stay... But time to go.Until I come back... in a few months.Thank you.

I am pretty sure i was given the worst executive suite available at that hotel.... The floor was cracking, the walls had touched up paint but was soooooo visible.... The display behind the tv had residue of god knows what.... The cabinets was falling off.For the price i paid and the photos on booking.com that thing was bad.... i checked out about 1hr after check-in....

The Hotel is hotel apartment type, has small kitchen and microwave. I have stayed in 1 bedroom apartment and its a but small but enough for visiting for family up to 4 people.Location is great and in 10 min drive from the beach. Also near by supermarkets and coffee shops and restaurants as well as night club in the next building. In General is clean but not much cozy because of humidity.

Absolutely amazing experience! We stayed in this hotel already 3 times and each time extend our staying cause it’s definitely great place. Very clean room, great service, perfect location, very good wifi, good sunny pool and gym with nice view in the rooftop (my training was so good also thanks to professional trainer Jenzen) Rooms have good equipped kitchen, shower work perfect and bed is super comfy. Thanks a lot for very helpful hotel staff for hospitality, especially for manager Arunjith Kumar.Highly recommend this hotel for your staying in Dubai!

Centrally located city hotel with courteous staff and clean comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant on the ground floor. 4 Stars because non guests passing through the “garden” area have access to the WiFi password and sit online at the limited number of tables supposed to be for the paying guests.

Its a great hotel with good facilities and affordable prices... I have been there more than five times... I really feel attached to it I really feel home with it..

This was a second home, honestly I cannot begin to pinpoint out exactly why, from the management to Staff awesome people. One person S Name I kept in mind was one FARIDA NAMUTEBI awesome cleaner. Anytime she cleans our apartment its sparkling clean, I always know, when its her that did the cleaning. Thank you FARIDA Thank FIRST CENTRAL, WILL DEFINITELY BE REFERRING PEOPLE TO YOUR HOTEL.

Overall its good, only the kitchen is quite small & electric/induction stove really takes a lot more time to cook anything plus the bathroom floor is not inclined to drain which causes water to stay still all the time for which they dont provide any permanent solution

This is my first time of been to Dubai but definitely not my husband first time,, I so much love it here. The hotel is so neat and precautions are been taken care off..pocket friendly pricing spacious room for couple. HeWe were there to see and check one bedroom apartment to stay longterm. The guy who showed us the room was not so nice and rude. He looked mad, we greeted him but he just stared at us. didnt say anything the whole time. We said thank you and he just ignored us. we thought maybe he is just having a bad day. But regardless, The vibe he gave us just ruined the whole thing. Thank you and hope this staff will be nice next time.

Friendliest hospitality in town

Good hotel...but too much noise comes from people walking , talking in lobby

Just trash. We booked a one bedroom and they gave us a small studio. There was white stuff on the pillows, the seats were dirty and the tv didnt work. A very nice manager came in the morning fixed the tv and offered us a different room. We go downstairs and change our room and are told we have to pay extra even though that wasnt the agreement. We pay extra and move our things. We arrive to the new room and the seats were damp and dirty again and the bedsheets were damp. Overall didnt have the best time here. Wouldnt recommend to Americans.

Good hotel nice staff

Staff are courteous and helpful. I would recommend the executive rooms as they are a bit bigger. Didnt try their breakfast so I cant comment. They have a decent gym. The pool is a bit small but its great if you just want to relax. All in all, great value for money.

Its a nice place

I stayed in this hotel as a long term visitor for a little over 6 months. I never had a single bad experience my whole time here. Staff are all very helpful and friendly and the team at the front desk will go out of their way to help you out with anything you need. If I should ever be back in Dubai even for a short stay I will be staying here again. Special shoutout to Devi and Khusman who always made me comfortable and were incredibly friendly.

Nice and clean hotel

Everything is good here... I have been staying here for a month now. The staffs are nice and greet you when you see them. But I didnt like the housekeeping room service here. The toilets are never cleaned well. They dont provide the soaps and other condiments sometimes. And sometimes leave the grabage crumbles back while removing the garbage and dont clean them. Im disappointed about this. Rest are good.

I really very much disappointed.Being an 4-star hotel not allowing visitors or guests, don’t know how to satisfy customers atleast for who are giving business in hard times that too long stays.Classic suite twin room is too small doesn’t have washing machine and not fit for even 2 persons.IT people are helpful but I have waited for 3+ hours to get my problem solved. reception male staff are really rude and not at all helpful to solve my issues.Please don’t step into this hotel if you really want to enjoy your dubai stay.

Like this hotel but be careful. Add 30% to the price you can see on their website because there are hidden fees youll be notified just when you booked the room.The service is very good, location is good, breakfast is good (choose include in room) it defenetely worth it.The dinner is not really amazing, get the menu instead cause the steak is awesome. Awesome hotel suites and excellent views of Dubai over the city. Not too far from the airport and facilities and tourist attractions. Central in fact so for us it was really well positioned. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms and great staff and awesome service. Khalid is always very friendly and helpful and efficient and will go out of his way to go the extra mile. What an absolute gem 💎 to have. We loved it and quite a bit cheaper than some of the other hotels we have stayed in but still offering all we needed. Close to the Internet City Metro within walking distance and so very convenient to get everywhere you need to go. JGT

We stayed here for a period of seven weeks from 18th February until 9th April 2020. The hotel itself is pleasant with a nice rooftop pool and well equipped gym on the 29th floor. The one bedroom apartment which we stayed was comfortable including a balcony which I requested during the booking. The kitchen is very small but useable although, it has no oven just two small hobs. No toaster provided we bought our own. Wifi and AC are very good. Cleaning was twice a week and staff were friendly and was of a good standard.I requested an early checkout due to the Covid ‘19 outbreak which left us with no other choice but to return home to Ireland given the circumstances. It was agreed that we would have the final week remaining refunded to us plus a 1,000 AED damage deposit which I paid on arrival by card. I was told the refund would take approximately 14 working days in reality this was completely inaccurate. I sent a total of seven emails to First Central team chasing up the status of the refund between the dates of 2-19th May several of which were not responded to despite including several departments and members of staff on the email thread.It took a total of 29 Dubai working days until the refund reached my account which is unacceptable. There was no sense of urgency displayed on First Central’s side which left me frustrated and disappointed in the hotel.Overall a nice hotel but please beware about this experience which is not the first as I have found two or three more reviews warning of this deposits not being returned.

Excellent hotel, value for money. Clean hotel and well maintained. Secure and a decent location. Only problem I had was at check in. I phone before I turned up would my room be available straight away? They confirmed immediate availability.I turned up and reception staff said I would have to wait as they have nine Russians waiting before me pointing to there passport. Annoyed and fuming I explained to her I phoned 5 minutes ago and they confirmed my room would be available immediately. If it was not available I would have stayed with family in Dubai not turn up at the hotel to wait for a room! After my explanation she sorted a room straight away.Would I stay here again? Yes
