It was a nice stay in this apartment, this was my first time in such type of hotels and I can say it was a nice one 👍🏻Room size was so good with one bed room and separate seating room and kitchen 👍🏻Swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ on the top of the hotel was good but you have to have your towels 😊Breakfast was good but the breakfast restaurant is small comparing with the size of the hotel .Staff was helpful.Dedicated parking 👍🏻Its so cleanIf you have a family and you like big suits you can choose this apartment.If you are a Bonvoy member be careful since they will give you one status night for each 3 nights here .

This is a nice place to stay short time or long terms like me with family. We’re enjoying our stay like our own home,it’s a two bedrooms suite with an extra large hall, floor to roof & wall to wall glass windows over looking the creek and the whole city along with the famous Burj Khalifa. The balcony is so beautiful that, we are habituated to have our evening tea in the balcony and enjoy night sky. Unique location, good food (all day dining) well behaved stuff, at a glance it’s an wonderful experience. We’re fond of this place staying almost a year and looking to extend our stay .

I went to Dubai 3 times . but this time little more experience, the staff will make you go back again and again.from the front desk to the rooms service & restaurant staff unbelievable. I had to get some of the staff name I couldn’t get everyone’s name vineesh, Anshad, cherry. Room service maimddin , johny, vishnu . Front desk Ridha Even door man & chef who made my breakfast he even ask you if you need anything. Gray experience.’

Five star location, stellar security, quiet part of Dubai but within half hour of everything.Executive apartment was spacious, and the food good. Was provided a 40% discount on all hotel food which ended up really helping.Ultimately, the service staff was a bit forgetful taking a four star experience and making it ⭐⭐⭐. Quite a few days towels were forgotten and the garbage was forgotten to be picked up.

When you say Marriott, the first thing comes in your mind is high end and great service, since their rate is high-priced. But our experience is different and were really disappointed. They dont have enough utensils in the kitchen, the bidet in the wash room has leakage, the hotel apartment is not soundproof, the pool is until 7pm only, and one of our friend which is included in the count of our guests, the receptionist didnt allow him to check in just because his visa and EID is under renewal but he has copy of his passport and proof that his visa is under renewal and late check-out is not allowed. And lasltly their STAFF NEEDS GO BACK FOR TRAINING. The STAFF ARE RUDE. The amount we paid is not worth it with the service they offered! NEVER AGAIN!

Its a very nice place to stay long or short term, the location of this hotel is very good, its at the heart of the city ( Deira ) in front of Clock Tower (famous landmark) business village and Dubai Creek with fantastic views of modern Dubai from the balcony. specially designed sky walk connected two towers above 17th floor is an added attraction of this exiqutive apartments .

The rooms were spacious and really executive...

We stayed for 2 months here and we had stayed there several times previously. We had mixture of excellent experiences and some issues too hence the 3 star. The staff there are very nice and polite specially Mr. Romario: he is always attentive and responsive. The hotel is lucky to have him work there. Our previous short stays were always good. However, during our extended stay our main issue was the internet connectivity on some days (for my university which required fast speed internet). They tried to fix it on numerous situations. We also had other issues such as noise from construction (Which was not hotel fault), sink leak and shower broke etc. Overall great staff and ok experience with the hotel given the challenges faced - perhaps it was just our luck during the extended stay. Thanks for everything though.

We had a wonderful time here. Spacious rooms, Friendly staff, Great room service, Delicious buffer breakfast, Fully equipped gym- these are best part of our stay. It provided a resort atmosphere with quiet and clean indoor and outdoor space but very close to airport and other city attractions. The living room was so big and comforting, we spent lot of family time together because of that. The bathrooms and bedrooms were equally big and clean. Friendly and prompt room service was the best part of all, Staying here was the best part our Dubai vacation and it even triumphed the majesty of Burj Khalifa. My family members thanked me for picking this place to stay.

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment because we are a family of 4. We arrived very late after a very long drive only to be told that our apartment was not available due to a maintenance issue. They could not tell me why they had not addressed the maintenance issue earlier (as they were aware of it), especially since I had checked in only several hours earlier and then arrived later than originally planned. The manager did not even tell me there was a problem until he had fully charged my credit card. He then offered us two rooms on separate floors, but said they would be happy to move us in a couple of hours when the apartment was repaired (like we would want to change rooms at 4:30 am). He was not apologetic at all. It was like take or leave it, now that he had charged me. The one-bedroom rooms we were given were on the 7th and 3rd floors. We could hear a good bit of traffic noise and the beds were very hard, not Marriott beds. After we moved to the two-bedroom apartment the next day, we did have a quieter room (14th floor) and softer beds, but I was just ready to leave. The day manager was at least apologetic, but all she offered was a discount off of breakfast. We spent half our family weekend in separate rooms on separate floors. We love Marriott, but we wont stay at this property ever again.

My family and I had an amazing 7 nights at the Executive Apartments in Dubai. Staff were incredibly friendly and rooms were spacious and comfortable. My 40th birthday was made extra special by staff who sent up a complimentary cake and personalised card.I would hope to return soon. My teenage children loved the swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. It was hard trying to get them to leave the apartment to see rest of Dubai!

Very friendly, polite, courteous, helpful staff. Best value for the money in the area! Kitchen is great compliment to the large one bedroom apartment, with huge living room and nice balcony too! All people from front desk, housekeeping, service folks and the security personnel were wonderful. Anytime I asked for something I was greeted with a smile and immediate assistance. Stayed at a Marriott over 100 times in my life, and this Marriott was by far the best. Similar to staying at a JW Marriott property for sure!

We found this hotel apartment to be excellent in terms of the service and cleanliness as well as ease of access to most locations in Dubai. City centre mall is at a walking distance and so is the metro station. Creek is a beautiful sight in the night and the service of the staff is very friendly. There is a good restaurant at the hotel and a roof top swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and a big fitness centre. We had a very comfortable stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments and will not hesitate to stay there in our future visits.

The apartment was well located and we had a pretty nice view from our room. The advantage of having a dish washer and a washing machine especially with kids in tow was enormous. We will definitely stay at the apartment again especially given its central location in Dubai.

Moscow Hotel extremely noisy. Would not move us even though they had rooms open on other side. Never going back. Go to Marriott Harbor instead. MUCH nicer!!!

Stayed for 8 days. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Great view of you get the creek side. Quiet yet close to city center and airport. Metro 12 minutes walk.

Rooms are Spacious. But staff need to be more co operative with guests. And with all guests not only with specific. Or other way round shouldnt be different with specific guests.

Very much explanatory and quick check in.The building initial look is old but for sure “old is gold”. Specialist eyes can bet.Living room is quite large and rooms are appropriate for small family. Kitchen within the living room is large enough with all regular necessities.Walking on the bridge is a vision delight viewing old and new Dubai while crossing between 2 towers.Highly appropriate restaurant staff’s friendly nature and especially Mr. Luqman for his hospitality by visiting every table to ensure customer satisfaction.A perfect lovely and memorable family stay.

The Receptionist was very rude. Even she don’t know how to talk with the customer.

Thanks for everything guys!The apartment was very clean and spacious. The room service was great, I got what I asked for within 5 minutes or less. I also felt very secure at the hotel, which made my stay even more comfortable.Marriott is one of the reasons I had an amazing time in Dubai. I had an excellent two week stay at the Marriott Executive Apartment! The property is well designed with the Sky Walk between the two towers with an excellent view of the creek and city. The apartment was well furnished to include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious living & dining room, balcony overlooking the famous clock tower. The gym, pool, sauna and steam room well kept---nice touch with the cucumber and mint water at the gym lobby. All the staff was extremely courteous and friendly; special thanks to the restaurant staff---breakfast was a pleasure down to the fresh ginger or fresh mint tea. The property is located walking distance from the City Center, Metros, Groceries, local and upscale restaurants. I would recommend the Dampa Seafood Grill close to the City Center or the Fish Hut Restaurant--a short taxi ride on the other side of the Creek. Early morning or late afternoon take a walk along the Creek for exercise or site see all the dinner boats. Locals are out exercising early morning. Also take a walk up to Al Rigger where there are allot of local shops, restaurants and shopping. The Marriott Executive Apartments was an excellent stay---would definitely recommend to my friends and family and will stay here again on my next visit to Dubai. World Traveler ;))

I have not stayed yet in Mariott. I supposed to but the way the reservation officer has coordinated, you will lose your excitement. They should train their personnel the proper customer service.

The apartment is very clean, tidy & comfortable with great view of Dubai. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is great too.

It was my birthday. My family & I decided to spend the weekends and have a simple celebration @ dinner. 1st, they dont want to allow visitors, which is my family to stay for dinner only. 2nd, the staff broked my turbo broiler (I am cooking thru broiler because I had a history of HYPERTENSION, the doctor advises to used turbo instead of frying using oil), when I reported the incident to front office they have denied that it was broken from their end, and one of the staff even said that we should not brought it since it is very delicate, what I want only is an apology, that they mishandled our things that lead it to get broken, but instead the management have denied that it is under their responsibility and that they are not liable for it. A simple and sincere apology will do but I NEVER received it. I just wanted you to know that I am extremely dissapointed on how your staff handled such kind of incident. I was expecting at least that they will find a solution or the management will say sorry on behalf of the employee, but it never happened.

The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is free from noise and close to many attractions we intended to visit during our vacation. I wish the management improvise TV in the lobby for sports lovers like us since I had to go across the street for premier league matches.

I really liked my stay, and the accommodation made it more memorable.Everything was near and in clos proximity.All teh shopping destinations are near by.The room has almost all teh amenities of home. I actually felt like home for 5 days at Marriott.I strongly recommend the hotel for family and friends, who really wanted to have a trip to relax away from noise and disturbance.The hotel was really good, with really excellent amenities, fast internet connection, superb service and very big rooms.STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

I had a quick overnight stay. They were definitely welcoming and the room was quite comfortable. It was nice cooking a small breakfast before my flight and a little laundry in the room. Only issue I had was that my key kept deactivating and I had to have 3 made. Id stay again, especially for New years to see the fireworks from New Dubai!

I decided to give Marriott Executive Apartments a try. This was my first time at any executive apartment property. I decided to be adventurous and Im so glad I took the chance. During the day I attended a pretty big conference so it was nice to come back to a quiet and relaxing environment and be greeted by staff who felt like family. If you want a 5 star experience, then stay at this property. The personal attention and quality of the property will exceed your expectations. I travel a LOT and Ive been a Marriott Rewards Member for as long as I can remember but I can say this was one of the best experiences at a Marriott property. Everything about the apartments were great but the air conditioner wasn’t working and constant requests to fix the problems and change the room were ignored. It’s really hard to sleep in summer in Dubai if your cooling system is down. This put a damper on our holiday.

I stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartment Dubai Creek with family for a week and it was a pleasant experience. The apartment was spotless and the cleaning service punctual every morning and I was always amazed how they could put back to order the mess created by my daughter. The food has weekly theme food and during my stay it was Indian. The cuisine is what to expect from an upscale hotel with little waiting time. The hotel is also conveniently located 7 mns from the Dubai International Airport and 30mns radius from most malls. It was an excellent choice and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the first time I experience a hotel without water cooling system in Dubai. What a frustrating experience. Its what the staff told to us. Imagine how hot it is in dubai right now and they dont have such cooling system.

I am extremely pleased with the staff and my stay overall at the Marriott Executive Apartments. All staff I encountered were very pleasant, helpful and were very accommodating. The facility was kept really clean and the views in our apartment was splendid. Their customer service is top notch and I am especially pleased with Agatha. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my booking when I had a last minute flight cancellation. I was impressed by her diligence in working with me and for her being pleasant in interaction with me and my family throughout our stay. Will definitely recommend to especially families or groups visiting the Dubai area.

Excellent apartments, well equipped, spacious and clean. In hotel restaurant was good although speed of service could have faster. Really liked the ability to sit outside and eat. Underground parking at the hotel was a real bonus. Good shopping centre incwalkimg distance too.

Horrible. I arrived in the morning and the Egyptian male with bad breath did not allow me to check in until 5pm. They aim to ruin your trip and keep you on the street after arriving from a tiring long haul flight. Dirty rooms, yellow stains on the bed sheets. Definitely will not be returning to this hotel!

Stayed at the hotel for nearly three weeks during which I was very well looked after by front office and housekeeping staff. I found the hotel quiet and secure and was lucky in securing a room in A block (the best) with a great view of the Creek and the Burj Khalifa in the distance. Keep the windows closed though as youre surrounded by motorways and Dubai never sleeps these days!

Me, my wife, and 2 year old live in Abu Dhabi and came up to Dubai for the weekend. We needed a basic pool, play area, and a close grocery store. These were all perfect. The decor is still had a hotel feel but nevertheless, we did feel at home.

Marriott a very known brand in hospitality. However, this place need to be refurbishment. We got a free upgrade with view on the creek which is wonderful. Service as expected and very good. The apartment is large and as expected. However, the furniture is very old and need to be change. Its not anymore for 5 star apartment.

It was a very good stay at this place. All except the Breakfast made my stay comfortable. Breakfast served must have better options. Every day the same menu with very little or no change. Staff are well behaved and very supportive.

The property is centrally located in the commercial hub of Dubai yet allow for a quiet stay. We extended our stay by 3 days as my family appreciated the warmth and hospitality of the staff and the security the place offered without too much interference in our privacy. There is a convenience store/supermarket within reach that makes this hotel apartment complete. Definitely, a place to return back and stay.

As a Gold Member I did not receive the service that I am use to when staying at a Marriott. I had to call for towels almost daily. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but sufficient, such as no dishwashing soap, kitchen towels, bottle or wine opener, pots and pans were small. The dishwasher quit working when we tried to use it but it was replaced the same day we reported it. The washing machine/dryer combo would not dry the clothes and we just hung them on the back of chairs and with the low humidity in the complex they usually dried overnight.

Staying at this hotel is a good option for families who need multiple rooms and space. It gives a good feel for being in a home style accommodation. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.
