This hotel provided a best view to the sea.The beauty can be enjoyed after the sunset.

Its an apartment house. Not a hotel. Some apartments are for rent by airbnb or booking com. Our rented apartment was delipidated. A small convenient store (ground floor) is available. Over priced restaurants in a hotel next door can be visited. The apartment complex is nothing special. Many long term tenants have dogs. Regulations where dogs are allowed in place but not obeyed. Because of dog waste -especially around the beach- flip-flops are strongly advised.

It is a brand new hotel with nice amenities. Amazing place it is located in the palm Jumeirah a very nice view of sea shore and and sun set you could watch. Calm and quite place to have a wonderful staycation in the palm Jumeirah. Evening walk and for jogging with sone fresh air. A great time out.

Amazing amazing awesome experience. Lovely place, beautiful views, great service, loved the pool. The room was spacious and massive and the balcony faced the palm which was pretty exciting. I wanted to bring the entire bathroom home especially the deep soaking bath. Nothing bad to say - this is an awesome place and would recommend totally.

Nice place to stay as holiday home. Its located at one corner side of The Palm Jumeirah with sea water views and nice Dubai Marina sky scrapers views from a less distance. Its good for people who need quite and calm place to stay for vacation.

A lovely residential complex on the west crescent of the Palm Jumeirah. I have read many reviews about this place being a hotel but that is not the case. This is a residential building with a lot of short stay residences available on Airbnb. Perfect for families. There is a large swimming pool and a separate kids pool, a kids playground, a private beach for Just the residences, a tennis court, a gym. Also on site is a supermarket and a nail salon.

Visited the mini supermarket just to buy drinks and snacks. Friendly shop staff and reasonable prices given the location. Has basic food supplies, refrigerated drinks, sweets and cigarettes. Its certainly not large but it ticked every box I needed!

Very quiet and peaceful place... The staff: security reception guards are so friendly - a lot of support! Wonderful place...

Tai style resort with privet beach and amazing swimming pool, last cerw of the Palm- view are amazing with beautiful cornish for walkimg and ranning

Inside the building there is small Minimart. They sell grocery items and fresh fruits and vegetables. Thanks to people who opened this nice and convenient supermarket. When we visited the places around we went there and enjoy the food staff what they sell. They have everything for daily needs.

Located on the West Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, Managed by TAJ. Very quiet place. Those love silent place must visit them. Its a residence but they offer hotel rooms also.

Apartment was very clean and taken care of, and in very good location, reception was very helpful, and especially thanks for Abdul Sattar for making check in and out so smoothly

Stayed for a week. Amazing apartment. Staff is great and supernice. A minimarket inside the building. A nice poolarea and a private beach which was almost empty. Loved it!

Breath taking views of Dubai Eye, Blue Waters, palm fronds, Dubai marina as well as the Arabian Sea. They have a small grocery/convenience store and plenty of couches in the lobby so you can wait for a resident. Pool is spacious and beach is on point. I would like to see the ground floor villa style units they built over there. I have a lovely 3 bedroom apartment available for sale in the building for a cool 2.99M Aed. Grandeur is a residential community with beach acess ,location is prime and next to it is zabeel sarai.very beautiful community with all amenities like swimming pool, gym etc

Not bad, Airbnb reserved but the guy who gave us this apartment was swindler and A/C was not working during summer,,, bad memory for us
