Stayed 4 months earlier this year. The new apartments are very nice, high specification and comfortable. Gym and pool area are excellent. The staff make the hotel, can’t do enough for you. Special mention to Rose and Maya, Vinod and Hitesh for always going the extra mile.Would stay again, it’s a quality place and excellent value for money.

Very clean apartment, very friendly staff, beautiful view with sea and Burj al Arab hotel just for 1 bedroom apartments, near to Metro, every electronic are Simens and SMEG, good prices Per quality, furniture new and all building and rooms was renovated little months ago. Just restaurant must be ready asap, still renovate.

The stay was very pleasant, the studio rooms are spacious. The personnel is very friendly and courteous.

I have been staying in Alsalam Grand Hotel Apartment for 3 months now and I have enjoyed every minute of it. It is clean, quite and the service is excellent. Unfortunately they don’t respect people, we promised to have late check out on 3 PM and on the leaving day they called asking to leave before 2 otherwise they will charge us ! , also construction work was there we ignored it first day but it happened again next day as we called them to check if it is gonna keep happening for the next 2 days and let us know and every time we ask they don’t know they don’t know possibility on moving us. The spaces are great but it’s little old and need enhancements also balcony is dirty and a phone wasn’t working as the shower light wasn’t working and they don’t bring tissues , towels and water and clean until you ask them.The AC make noise sometimes. The location is good and near the metro and the pool is amazing but definitely not coming again and won’t advise anyone to come.Hope this change something,Regards,

Iv been living in this hotel already for more than 2 months. The room is really good, cleaning staff is doing great job, kitchen well equipped, everything is there what is needed for day to day life. However, the biggest value for me is staff working there. Starting from Security guys, who are always nice, smiling, helpful, doing really extremely good and tough work. Receptionists always very helpful, always available, and very nice. People working in Spa (incl. swimming pool) also the same, always nice and great approach to customers. I really would like to thank you for making me feeling like I was at home for last 2 months, even though I am very far from my home and family.Best Regards !

We’re having a great extended stay at Al Salam Grand Hotel Apartments. The staff are amazing, always smiling and friendly. Apartments are a great size, clean and well maintained. Pool area is lovely with a cute kids pool that has shade. The only downside is no actual room service but you can order from a large number of restaurants nearby. We have been here for a few months and we are so happy we chose this hotel!

Upmarket, neat and efficient, well located Apartments.Quiet area however perfectly located to access nearby areas like the Dubai Marina, Palm, Internet City, Emirates Mall via the Metro, Taxi or private transport.

Nice apartment...easy access to the metro and a grocery shop within the building.

The hotel is 1 block away from the Dubai internet city train station. From it you can get to all the major landmarks in the city and the airport. Also you can walk about 3 blocks to the marina, beaches and palm Jumeirah tram. The service as excellent, staff friendly and the location is unbeattable. Will be staying here again next time Im in Dubai.

This is coming from a guy who travels a lot and stays at vatioys hotels. What an amazing experience!! I would like to personally thank Anita for making it even better by upgrading my room. The staff there is lively and smiling all the time. They exhibit a happy place environment. The appartments are very well maintained and well decorated with a new look. The place is very close to emirates mall , jumera beach , Marina walk and JBR walk. All the attractions are very close by. There is even fee eating places on a short walk and a grocery store too. We definitely will be going back because we go to Dubai quite often. Over all I have zero complaints. Well done to all the staff there. You guys have made our trip just amazing.

Ive been living here for 5 months and I highly recommend it, you feel like its home, the facilities are very modern, clean and the location is unbeatable. The staff is the best there is and the ones that I will miss the most, always friendly and helpful, special mention to Ramesh, Alex and Berna, they are wonderful and just make you feel at home! Breakfast and service are the best Ive ever had! I would definitely come back here without a second thought.

I have never been, so that I even complained at the most simple hotel that more than once. Immediately - every day some sort, even a small school: they forgot about the crib and chair on arrival, several times they gave out two towels instead of three towels, forgot to throw out the garbage, washed the floors as horrible. There was not a day that I would not call the reception, demanding to fix the jambs. More precisely, the last four days have not called - tired.For a four star hotel - very weak.But of course there are also advantages: a good location, its own underground parking, friendly staff, who tried to solve all the issues promptly.
