It was horrible experience buying from them . Last 9th July I’ve given my go pro hero 8 for repair as the unit is hanging and I’m not able to use it properly. They said it will take 10 to 15 working days . But it’s been 1 month and I didn’t receive any update from them .Now , I got it back and they said there’s nothing wrong with the other unit and it’s just need to update from the mobile application . Now it’s updated , but it’s hanging again . So , what’s the use of keeping the unit for more than 1 month and the issue has not been resolve. I don’t know if the go pro is making very poor quality of product . Or the partner itself is not giving good service to the customer . Is this how the warranty works ? You all will keep the unit , till 1 year warranty completed ?

Sharaf DG has a big store full of electronics located inside DCC on level 2. MALL has ample parking space and commuting is very convenient. A one stop shop for electronics (mostly all brands) ranging from home appliances to gadgets to mobile phones and what not. Well trained sales guys and very helpful. The store is buzzing with activity, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Incredible deals and discountsat reasonable prices not just during festive period but throughout the year.Only disadvantage is there are toooo many salesmen which makes it little annoying. Otherwise highly recommend checking it out!!!

Sharaf DG in DCC is a really big store full of electronics. The staffs in the store were really helpful. I would recommend everyone to go to the Sharaf DG in DCC due to the size of the store and the staffs.

I came to buy a vacuum cleaner and cloth Iron steamer.Selected the items with the service agent and went to the counter as asked for payment.But once I paid and checked the items, the Cloth Steamer (Tefal model no. IT 3402MO ) which I selected was replaced by (Tefal Model no. IT 3400MO) without my knowledge which is totally different item then ordered.Once requested for change they said they don’t have the said Item in stock.Went to the manager and asked to give me the displayed Item but they don’t have the box.Asked them to write it down on the cash receipt that they sold it without box they denied to do so.Asked them to refund , they said it will be done tomorrow!!!!WTH !!!Finally Mr. Fazal Raziq in Customer support helped me out and now I am going back after getting the item, which I selected, but without Box and with a gate pass !!! After almost 2 hrs.Is this Sharaf DG standard ???If that’s the case… I am sorry for such pathetic sales system and Team!!!!And I will never recommend my friends and Family for shopping at Sharaf DG ever!!!

We keep on waiting around 30 minutes at the flour mixer product counter to buy but no sales man was there to explain. Even we request to others sales man nd sales girls they refused to explain us . At last we left Sharaf DG.Because Sharaf DG have billions of dollar business so they dont care for their existing and new customers.

I bought a microwave from sharaf dg on 29 from deira citycentre store also i paid for the item. Sales person promise me that it will deliver in 2 days. On the third day i contact the customer service, they told me they will update me in 1 hour. But i didnt get any calls. 3 times i called the customer service. No response from their side,also the customer service is treating their customer in a very bad manner. This shop is only 8 km from my home, if i order this item in amazon they will deliver in 2days. I stopped purchase from sharaf dg. Their service is very pathetic. I lose 30 dhs already for calling to the customer service. Before ordering from sharaf dg just remember this.

Im really impressed by their customer service. Recently I wanted a copy of invoice of a music system that I bought 6 years back, to avoid some customs issues. I sent an email to Sharaf DG support center without much hopes. To my surprise the customer support agent got back in hour asking for additional details and within couple of days I was emailed a copy of the invoice. This is the best ever customer service i have ever experienced.....Thanks a lot Team-Sharaf DG

Responsible staff they know what they selling.

Best equiped amongst Sharaf branches. Most of staff polite, but dont have enough knowledge and they are lazy . E.g. five staff told me that they dont have product that was available according to their site in that store. Finally the sixth employee was not lazy, checked system and found product.

Recently visited for Bose 700 headphones. The staff managing Sony was not ready to give a proper demo. During the bose demo he reduced the volume just to prove sony is good. Really bad customer experience. BETTER DO UR HOMEWORK BEFOR GOING THERE.

Dont ever buy a kitchen appliance from them . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY FIRSTLY OUTSOURCE THE DELIVERY TO THE SUPPLIER AND THEN IF THERE IS ANY ISSUES WITH THE DEILVERY THEY ASK YOU TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE SUPPLIER DIRECTLY . OBVIOUSLY the supplier does not respond as he is not the reseller . It took me at least 10 calls ( no exaggeration) to find out when my cooking stove is being delivered and after that also I got it two days later.

The sales staff and manager who waited on us were simple great. Knowledgeable, interactive, and friendly. All of which assisted us in our purchase.Samsung on the other hand, for the olive we paid for the laptop, could have offered better give aways. The backpack was very cheap. Not the fault of Sharaf of course.
