I had to sign up an employee and regret using this company. The wait times are ridiculous. When you sign up they tell you that its a 3 week waiting period after you complete the written test. Then it turns into 2-4 weeks. After that you call again and its 5 weeks minimum...emphasis on minimum. Absolutely no transparency. Once you pay youre literally at their mercy. Buyer beware.

DISAPPOINTED this the worst case that once you fail you have to wait weeks even more to get a slot because the center keeps adding more students to gain the target on top of that if you have approach then you are good to go. The instructors and trainers are very professional and hard working the only problem is the wait time which is to be considered tht we have other priorities like family, medical issues because of that it gets messed up and when you dont turn up you have to pay extra.

I’m happy to have finally received my driving license at EDI. Although it did take the longest time to get available training slots (therefore taking months to finally get the license), it was a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Miss Mercy, my trainer, for being patient with me and for her proper guidance... would definitely recommend her !!!

To start with, it took me so long to be able to book a trainer (2 months +)At some point during my driving class, the trainer fell asleep for like 15min. Can you imagine?!Some training classes later, he asked to have extension classes because we could not complete all the schedule, to which I refused as I told him he should have planned better to fit everything.I was a bit skeptical to write this review as I am still in the process and I am not sure the impact it will have on my assessment. I will write a more detailed review once this is completed.

No Value for Time-Dear EDI , Once this institute was one of the best, but now unfortunately this institute turned into the worst one because of its service, i.e. long waiting period.{ first section 4-5 weeks} {if you fail then for next class waiting time 2 weeks} , so you can imagine the service quality.Instructors and facilities are very good, but waiting time is too long, which may be because of staff reduction or operational deficiency .If you have plenty of time and patience you join here else escape

Dear allThis is a genuine critical reviewI joined EDI 4 months before, and Im still striving to get my licence.The reason this is happening is because first of all though they have professional trainers,they are not available because the institute is accepting students beyond their capacity.The slots for classes are weeks apart. Any student who is a beginner will surely forget the training concepts.If you fail you are put on hold for weeksKindly dont cheat people and value their time. We all are working people ..please dont test our patience .I will surely apply for transfer to some other institute.

Once I joined they told there will be 2 weeks waiting period after the theory test. When I called after two weeks they were telling there is a 3 week waiting period for practical classes. We get a learning permit for 3 months and out of that one month is waiting period. Either they don’t value the importance of time of their customers or the efforts they put against this while adjusting other things with their family. Strictly Consider the time value of your customers and value it.

I have opened my driving license file on march 2021 , They gave me Practical classes 2 months after i passed my theory test. i have only attended total 22 hours (including 8 hours of mandatory class and 2 internal road assesment test - both got failed) of class in 4 months.Minimum of 2 weeks of waiting period for practical classes and 10days for internal road test needed to complete one cycle.Again i have requested for practical classes and im still waiting.Most of the students including me forget the rules and driving capability before attending the road test.Waste of money time and worst qualityThis is how they are making money and wasting students time too.I know what they will reply to the message. A very equipped well-known and modern learning environment

Parking car 3 steering is like playing with toys in contrast to real life steering, my belief : this is on purpose to fail students as many times as possible to make more money..... It is an understatement to say I regret registering with this driving school despite their good staff the management is not people-centric.

EDI is one of the best driving schools in the UAE. They have got amazing instructors, you could be very comfortably learning driving in your own language. The only thing I wont say minus is in the fixed course, if they allow flexibility that could be great. Good offers are there which kinda caters to the specific income group

Very long waiting period. And school representatives giving wrong information. Please dont cheat people. The contract specifies 3 weeks of waiting. I have started my driving license here in edi and I passed also in the rta theory test. after the theory test Im waiting above one month still they are not giving me practical training. Still they saying your in waiting list. My colleague has started in other driving institute after I applied in Eid. He is in now parking test. But until now Im in waiting list. I paid full amount in one time here.its very bad experience for me

With all regards, I am also facing the same issue here, EDI dont value my time and effort, I paid the unlimited full amount and also renewed the permit again for three months. This past three months I did nothing but wait for dates. EDI gave me minimum driving class for merely 18 hrs and then first road assessment, which I failed. Now I am stuck with the dates. I went to their building No. 2 where they register for classes but they dont even listen and just avoided me by telling come next day1st hour. Calling to the call center is simply waste of time, they only say wait for the call back. EDI doesnt give the value of our time, as if we have nothing to do. Pls fix these issues of and sorry that I will recommend this driving institute.If Anyone have a lot of time like a year or so on can chose this institute. Can u IMAGINE like it takes a year to get a license from EDI.

They are taking a lot of students and they dont have enough staffs to accommodate them. We understand it is pandemic but dont promise that we will be able to get a schedule in 2 weeks, and when we call in 2 weeks they will tell you 3 weeks, then 4 weeks and now we called they said 7 weeks. If you couldve told us waiting period for practical driving will be 7 weeks we couldve arranged our schedules accordingly. It is very inconvenient and on top of this customer service agents arent helpful at all! This service is very frustrating!

Poor Customer Service, Long waiting time to book classes, Lack of Standard Driving Practices, Non professional Trainers, Different Trainers/Evaluator having different driving Rules, No focus on Student Progress, High Fees etc.

Not Recommended. It has been 6 months and wasted 3 months doing nothing. I have made an complaint it has been left unattended for 3 days. Their goal is to take as much as money they can without providing the service. Other institutes can get the license to your hand in 6 months also much more cheaper. It was huge mistake choosing EDI.

I heard from my friend that 8 weeks plus is the waiting period after completing the RTA theory test for starting the training class for fixed price and normal course. As there are so many now are in waiting period training may get extended. The RTA learning permit validity is 3 months so consider all this before joining here for fixed price or regular course

Its good to have promos in driving lessons so many people will benefit. But maybe they can consider to do the practice driving to an area where not too much residential area so the traffic will not be much affected for so many people residing in the same area where bunch of student drivers are accumulated.

Once I joined they told there will be 4weeks waiting period after the theory test. When I finished my theory test still iam waiting . theory test finished date 23/06/2021 .When I visit there Branch they told to me why they didn’t call to you for practical class. Everything is wrong with this company. My husband called scheduling in reef mall branch and was given and promised a schedule a week before since that day is the earliest available. So he was booked for that day and was advised to call on the following day to confirm. A Filipino guy confirmed that he will be booked on Sunday 20 June. Here comes Saturday and no SMS confirmation received so my husband called again and the Indian guy who initially gave him and promised for a Sunday schedule answered the call and said that my husband name was not there! Imagine how unprofessional these people are. You were promised a day and no one admits it’s their fault that they forgot and said that it’s my husband’s fault his name was not there. Can you explain how it was my husband’s fault? He called 2 guys and confirmed the same day will be given and book for him but neither of them did it. Take note he was asked same question and he gave different answer not relevant to the question. Be careful with this company. Maybe other customer service staffs are competent we were just unlucky we encountered the opposite one.

This location is near by nahda metro station easily accessible for everyone. School is nice driving instructor are also nice . Good area for practice. All people are cooperative.

Possibly one of the worst waiting experiences i’ve ever had, its all the management’s fault, i have been waiting for almost 3 months now for my classes to begin, they told me i’d get a call 2 weeks ago and here i am still without any classes, this is really getting frustrating. EDI, please do not take so many students if you cant manage them properly. Waiting for 3 months is not a joke.

Im aisha odeh, i just got my lisence today and i want to thank my amazing instructor raoa. She was extremely patient with me and she gave me all of the tools i need to pass my exam easily because of her long experience with teaching. Both of my daughters have trained with her as well and have passed from the first time. She is very lovely and kind and i recommend everyone to train with her.

Choose any institute but not edi. My wife joined the class months back we paid the full amount at first for the package course. They said there is waiting period for the first time. We explained everything including my wife has shift duty schedule they agreed ok adjusting the classes accordingly by a call. After few classes she stopped for a while when she get back they said waiting period is 18 days. And the person who sits at the counter is arrogant and no customer service at all. After two classes they forced her to go for the practical assessment test and it is so funny that she dont even know how to park a car. Simple tactic of edi to buy more time for the next schedule. Then once she fail she went to school to book class and they said they only can accept the student after 10 days. We called customer service asking for a solution nothing happened. As we understood it is very simple. They are taking money and leaving the student on a two or three years to get there licence if they are just patient enough. They dont have enough instructors are and getting students without even informing that this is the situation. Few suggestion to edi first they need to train there counter staffs to do the proper customer service. Second show atleast a little respect to the customers who pays money for your service. Third if you dont have the facility inform the students so that they can go to a better institute. Horrible experiance. Wont ever suggest them yo any one. Seems like my wife can get licence in next 5 years with edi.

After waiting more waiting period,i started my practical class. But I faced issue with an instructor behavior.they dont know how to teach and improve student confidence.instead of encourge them,the instructor using negative words to break the student confidence.I had a good opinion about edi when i pass the theory test. After seeing this instructor attitude and the way of teaching ,no one can learn and get confidence in driving.I am going to stop the training and change the instructor.Never expected this type of experience from edi.

NEVER go here. they will not answer any of your calls. It has taken me 6 months to just get enough dates after the insane amount of waiting before each test. You lose interest in getting your license. i have to leave the country so there is no point now they are so unprofessional and slow and this center should not exist. poor quality, bad value of money even for VIP service and they will not give u test dates in time. Waiting 25 days to get only a test is awful. they do not care for eventualities and only want your money.

Their processes don’t work and the systems don’t talk to each other. Unfortunately the actual driving experience gets muddled by their subpar administration. We booked the VIP package and were treated so poorly. I wonder how the normal package goes. The call center is also quite useless. Everything gets routed to the main office and if you need to get something sorted… even the tiniest of issues, just visit the office and be ready to go through a dozen counters while they pass you rudely like a ball. They have at multiple occasions wasted our time, cancelled classes out of their own confusion and put us through plenty of mental trauma.So please when you enter the school, leave your respect at the door.

Took unlimited class. Staff are so relaxed not valuing time of customers. Their phones are always engaged that you cant contact them and they dont call back even if you use call back option.

Dear EDI Team,It is unfortunate that I am going through this bad experience with EDI. They had told me that there will be a 2 weeks delay in scheduling your initial classes due to the current situation. They have lack of instructors as there staff are stuck in their hometown. I had agreed on that point. But now after ever 4 classes there is 2-3 weeks of delay. It is natural that as a student if I get only 4 classes in a month, I will loose touch and it will be difficult for me to clear any Assessment.I will just be paying to renew the Learners permit and contributing some money to EDIs pocket but with no gain for me.I strongly believe if they enroll students according to the number of instructors available, the delays in between the classes can be tackled but it seems EDI is only concentrating on minting money and nothing else.

The most horrible experience I ever had.I would never advise or recomend anyone to undergo what I am facing now with EDI.This driving institute is all about wait 2 ,3 then 6 and 7 weeks .Driving classes happen after 7 weeks of initial file opening and then wait time continues each time for 2 to 3 weeks between each round of classes.Customer Service team is horrible.They lack the CS ettiquettes and resolution as well as empathy with the customer and should all be terminated.Worst Customer experience with the Customer Service Agent shouting and promising to call and book classes within 2 to 3 days but which dosent materialize and person has to wait 2 to 3 weeks.I would never recommend this institute as I am really stressed because of what I am experiencing.Last but not least the evaluator of the Test (IHSANULLAH TAJ MOHAMMAD )who took my exam shouted at me all the time saying What do you think you know how to drive and will be a gud driver as well as used bad words and foul language just to confuse me so that I fail and which I did because of his anger and rude and inappropriate comments.I would rate them as minus (-) 10 if I could.This institute should be shut down.

Very, very bad handling of customer. Promised that lessons will start in a weeks time but never inform. Call them but they never call back. It has been 2 weeks after my daughter passed her Theory and now they promised June 7 to start Road classes. This is 3 weeks after Theory. And we paid for Gold service some more. Call Center had the cheek to say that even Premium customers have to wait. What a bad experience EDI ...you will not get a referral from this customer any more.

Today is 26 July which means done with 6 weeks waiting period. STILL no call from anyone. Customer care is telling WAIT. What nonsense. I wanted to finish driving classes over my vacation and now my vacation is getting over but no call from them. Horrible place to learn to drive. The worst driving school .I will never recommend this school for million of reasons ,i will mention some of them . they give you schedule that suits their timing not yours ,if you need to change the schedule because your work timing is changed you need to pay for changing ,their training won’t help you to pass the parking test ,if you ask them for additional course they will give it in same days you were training in ,if you need to change the training day you need to pay addiotional fees again,pay ,pay………,be aware don’t loose your money and timefirst of all I am not talking about last appointment only .the whole experience with your school was bad from the begining ,when i started, your employee told me that i have to get nine hours ,i got eight six of them in the road and two parking training ,which is weird because your trainers should focus on parking training with people who already been driving a years ago .after i finish my theory test i had to wait ten days to start my training course .after i finished training i had to wait two weeks to get an appointment for assesment parking test when i failed they told me you need one houre training which is mandatory and you have to pay extra .then waited again for the appointment for last hour training ,then waited again for appointment for another assesment test ,and ofcourse with all that delay i needed to renew my permit two times ,,every time i call customer service to book appointment i argue with them because their timing not suit me they tell me your course is in the weekend so all your additional training course will be in the weekend,beacause you need to pay extra if you need to take appointment during week .i told them i am a doctor and my work timing changed now ,no one cared.now about last appointment i called customer service to book appointment for additional course on sunday25.before two weeks.i called three times to assure them for the appointment and i told them i am coming from abudhabi please help me . then i surprised they called to tell me there is no availabiltity on sunday and you should take your course on weekend i said i finished my main course please my work timing changed how come i can not take my course during week because i started nine months ago with weekend course!!! .it is only one houre !!!! ..and i agree because what can i do if they refuse to give me what i need ..i tried to come and change my work duty i couldn’t .and when i call them angry they said you should follow the company policy but no one tell me about this policy when i started .beacause i would never accept this policy. Yor duty as a driving school to improve student skills to help them to pass the exam and make them comfortable with timing because all of them are working and they payid you money to do your job

No one is there to follow customer requests. Call Center people just repeats traditional scripts nothing else. only waste of time. Even for 1 hour of parking class you have to wait 1 week to 10 days. Then will give you training in latest car models, but in assessment test they will give old model cars even after several requests. They do not listen. They only give preference to regular course students. Because those students will pay fees on each fail results. & I already paid my full fees thats why i need to wait 1 week to 10 days for class.

Pros.1. You can open your file easily, counter staffs are co operative. Will provide better offer.Cons.Once you opened the file, all the good things are finished and unlimited insults and cheating you are going to face.. If you are ready I will point out some of them.1. Every thing will go smoothly until the RTA theory test. After that you have to book your practical training. They will not start the training before your learning permit expires. So you need to renew your permit again. (For me Waited for 50 days after theory test).2. If you are calling for the training, the executives will not speak polite, They will shout at you if you are asking for the reason of not giving training on time. (Yes, mistake is at my side, I opened file with EDI).3. If you are informing them that your learning permit is going to expire, please start training as soon as possible, they will say to pay 140 dirham for renewing the permit. But still the classes will not be started. (They will never accept it is caused due to their mistake.. )4. Once you completed the required hours of training, you will be assigned for assessment. Surely they will make you fail, no matter how well and obedient your driving is yours. (You have to pay more than 800 dirhams now)5. If you are sure, you done well in assessment, and the mistakes shown for you in the chart is completely irrelevant, and you planned for making a complaint. If you go to the department for a review, they will shout and say get out to you.. No review, Get out, go and make the payment.6. You can make a complaint at customer care dept. From June 5th, they waited for my learning permit to expire on June 16th. I am still clueless when I will get an hour training for parking. This company is a scam!!!

The wait time is too long. I purchased my course way back in sept 20. Writing this review in july 2021.It has become a joke. Every exam you fail, there is one month long wait time. My friends in other institute get done with their whole license by the time i even get appointment. Pathetic.

8 weeks plus is the waiting period to start training class for regular and fixed price course and they will tell the same before joining. Because of this I did not enroll the fixed price course.

I got my license on the first try for RTA but it was a very bumpy road.Depending on how confident you are I may suggest take the fix price course if you can afford it.The instructor was great he really helped me and the staff for the fixed price course was almost perfect. There was 1 week which was challenging were I almost left.However they do prepare you. I would say make sure you get your moneys worth. One day I just asked the instructor lets practice the test and nothing else. 2 hours of that and when I took the RTA one I passed.Things that are challenging with EDI:- Instructors are overworked in my opinion- Bookings can be difficult if you do not pick premium options- In school exams really depend on the instructorThings that were good with EDI:- Instructor was amazing he really helped me pass in a manual car and was a pleasure to talk to- VIP staff was helpful when they can be.- Facilities were good- When you ask for exam prep they really prep you well. The RTA examiner was quite impressed when I drove a manual nissan patrol.- You can do everything there, eye test, documents etc.- They show you the road were you will be testedMy advice is this can be a pain if you do not choose the right course. It took me 20 hours to pass my exam. And I failed the in school road test 3 times. However in my opinion I only deserved to fail 1 of them.Again getting your license in Dubai is not easy but EDI is a good school.My final advice pick the fixed priced course if you can, know your rights as a student, be confident and be very patient with the whole process. Even the people who try to help you have their hands tied sometimes.I would do it again with them if I had to do it again.

I am posting here honest review based on my experience with EDII took single time payment package course after enquiring 3 more driving schools. EDI was selected because they only given me least charges for fixed course.I had registered from Abra branch near Ghubaiba. Once i registred i was just reviewing the comments n ol i got very sad, most are negative reviews.Initialy i booked first training classes after pre assessment and it took around 16 days to start classes. Mr. Haris was my trainer, he is well experienced and very good trainer. As i failed in my assessment i was so sad, the training i got from Mr. Subin Sasi made me very confident and i passed in second attempt of assessment.Most of bad reviews i saw was based on training class lag. As per my experience, if we are calling call centre and booking will make u lag more. So if possible, go directly to Qusais office and book directly. So u ll be able to get a training date as soon as possible.Today was my final RTA test and i passed in first attempt itself.Be carm and cool and drive neatly as u can without having any fear. RTA examiners are very cool and nice peoples. Honestly telling i felt more comfort while driving for RTA test than assessment.My journey took 3.5 months to complete from registration date. EDI is one of the best training institute with well trained staffs.Only thing need to change is to give training and test slots allocated fastly rather than increasing the waiting period. If its improved most of peoples will give 5 star to this organization.

My husband is on an unlimited class. He already had a driving license back home. In a nutshell, he failed the first assessment due to driving slowly (maybe they want drivers to drive rough and fast). That’s fine so he took another 4 hours class. Today was the 2nd assessment and the assessor again failed him again with the comments 1. driving slowly (even though he already exceeded the permitted speed as per the road requirement), 2. Driving on the wrong side of the road- seriously?! Then if he’s driving on the wrong side of the road then they should’ve been in an accident already. 3. Stopping suddenly at middle of the road and not using the horn properly. This doesn’t makes sense at all. He slowed down as a pedestrian on a pedestrian lane crosses the road so he slowed down and stopped. Please note that the pedestrian doesn’t have a stoplight at all so the priority is to give way to the pedestrian to cross. The assessor wants my husband to use the horn and beeped on the pedestrian. Seriously?! 4. Not showing confident when driving - my husband was neither trembling nor showing any nervousness at all when he was driving. And please, can you tell me how to show confidence when driving?! I just can’t comprehend really?! I think the assessors of EDI are having the mentality of bad drivers. Maybe they are the ones we see on the road driving fast and not giving way and beeping on to the pedestrian when they crosses the road. Maybe those were EDI drivers. Please note that most people who already knows how to drive are contemplating to take driving classes here in UAE (Dubai) because they were failing them unreasonably and unnecessarily. So they loose the interest to take the license here. Otherwise necessary to the company or nature of their job. Anyway, luckily my husband is on an unlimited class and even though he fail several times not only they are wasting my husband’s time and the instructors time, they are also loosing a lot of money paying those assessors and instructors for no reason at all and that my husband had already consumed more than the amount he paid for. Well for EDI please do put cameras as well inside your cars for to justify whether your assessors are telling the truth or assessing correctly. On the students side, they won’t be able to defend themselves as there’s no proof to justify the report.

Bad experience in EDI I didnt expect from EDI. Till Internal assessment test they are giving classes regularly . Once youve reached final test they are not giving classes we have to wait for long time for classes, if you ask they will tell due to covid classes are delay, but till Internal assessment tests according to them no covid especially if you are unlimited package you will face this troubles and I joined Lulu EDI branch, without any notification or information they change me Headoffice and the instructors form headoffice, last class i receive call from call centre person for classes his voice tone very rude, i wait 3 weeks for 4 hours class but this person cant wait in phone call for 2 min even he didnt give time to check my availability he said tell me right now otherwise i cant conform, kindly give customer satisfaction options in the phone call. I am a Front line worker working in Healthcare sector we have 24×7 duties and shift basis i fix the class for their availability, other Driving institutes they are prioritise frontline workers here we cant expect anything, most of the time our call will not be answered and trust me they dont have call history also they cant able to call back , I am going to apply Driving license to wife to someother institute, I will not recommend EDI to anyone . I request EDI we all know one of the Busiest Institute in UAE the same time give your focus to students like me. insha Allah this time I will get license .Thank you

Really bad experience with edi.They are taking a lot of students and they dont have enough staffs to accommodate them. We cannot book our classes and test.They will book and not sure when but minimum 2 weeks for classes date then 1 week for 8 hours class then again 2 weeks for test means 1 test in more then 1 month.

Just went there for registration to start my driving license journey..Good staff and finished the registration process in 30 minutes.. good service... lets hope I get license soon...

Poor customer support. First guy I called told me there is a waiting period of 4 weeks after I complete my theory test. The very next moment I called them again and the guy told me I need to wait 5 weeks after I have generated my file. In my contract its clearly mentioned that my practical training will start within 14 days after I complete my theory test.My learning permit is only valid for 3 months.Pathetic service I wish I could get a refund.And I ll advice not to join this institute and join belhasa instead atleast they know what they say.The only thing you wil hear from EDI customer support is that we have made a request and will call you shortly when there are slots available.

Good, but long waiting ( 7 weeks waiting period for practical training after passing RTA theory test) is big problem 🙁

I would like to bring to your notice that Im very disappointed with the service being provided by EDI.Admission Date : 06/May/2021RTA Theory Test : 16/May/2021 - 10 Days (Due to Eid Holiday)Till Date : 08/June/2021 : No intimation from EDI, i walk-in to EDI Burdubai Branch more than 10 time, there representative every time saying you will get classes and given me the fake promise. and this is beyond my plan and schedule.Im not bothered about the delay in classes as i understand the current pandemic situation.I got triggered for fake promise from EDI.I have raised the cancellation request, hope this cancellation request will go smooth, as they deducted my 30% of total amount that i paid.

They just want your money. I took an unlimited package with EDI and I have asked for additional parking class which was not chargeable. However I asked if I can move it some other day as something came up on my end they will not accept my request. The representative told me it us up to me if I show up or not, but I will pay for any missed classes. I asked what if I will just cancel the class, still I would have to pay since I booked the class. What a joke. Even their weekend booking is overrated!!!

I dont recommend it. The service is bad and your concerns arent taken seriously. In addition to the frustration of booking for classes and test. And the hidden charges. Not a good quality and value for invesing your money.

Worst experience ever.Registered myself in December 2020. After 8 days, passed the theory and after that, classes started after 5-6 weeks.It was acceptable, but the language and the way instructor guide is not professional. I will never ever recommend anyone for EDI.They treated you like you are a truck driver and communicates pathetically as always.I will recommend to go for Dubai Driving.

Im currently taking manual license and how can your instructor said that i will not learn and it will take 5 yrs maybe still im not able to drive manual. And take note that its my 2nd day of class. He should boost my confidence but instead hes words making the student loose their confidence. Worst

It is wonderful place to learn driving skills , professional staff , organized training schedule etc.

They just want your pocket to be empty. Purposely failing the assessment tests so that they can get more and moreoney from us.I would not recommend EDI to anyone ever.

Worst driving institute ever. Please don’t join here. They only loot money. I have been trying to book a class before the my parking test assessment so that I don’t fail in the smart yard test, and there is not even a single response from them regarding the additional class. I have in fact called them twice to remind them and I have mentioned clearly to make it in a high priority, last time same thing happened and I had to fight and escalate to get an additional class before the RTA exam. This is really pathetic service.I would suggest to look for another driving institute rather than EDI.They loot a lot with the smart yard. The most funniest part with EDI is they don’t give a training at all with smart car but they will take you directly for the smart yard parking test which you’ll never clear in first attempt.

EID is one of the best & largest driving institute in Dubai,Middle east & South Asia,They have all the facilities under one roof such as photocopy,Scanner,public telephone,ATM machines,mosque & children play areas with professional trained staffs parents can concentrate on their driving classes without any fear,The instructors are so kind and friendly,Most of them are from different nationalities ,it’s very easy to learn and understand in our primary language ,They have given transport facilities for students which is very convenient,Even the metro is just 5 minutes walk for the institute which is very easy sometimes when missed the bus,So far I had an amazing experience with Emirates Driving institute.Highly Recommend 👍

Honestly the best part is Mrs. Marriam. She used to train in al quoz (where I received my liscence). Shes very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gives excellent pointers! Thankfully, I passed the test after training with her (as I failed it before with another trainer). EDI as a whole does not offer enough training and does not provide the same cars in training and testing. Even the car in the evaluation test was in very bad shape which was unfair. The communication process through phone is also an issue. Not only is it difficult to find an available person to respond, but also its daunting to reach the ladies section.

Worst experience I ever had at a privately owned institution. Id never recommend anyone, its a total waste of time and money. Beware guys!

Hardly any professionalism, you have to call and call for requests to be processed. Regret joining EDI and wouldn’t recommend anyone. Waiting time is infinite.

Very impressed with the facilities, training and prices offered by EDI. Completed my LMV license from EDI Mina Rashid in 2013 and now my Motorcycle license from EDI Qusais. Service has improved considerably.

EDI is one of the Best Driving institue. Their process to book your classes, support from call-center is awesome and very professional. Also, bookings are done timely. Instructors are very professional and highly experienced. Transport services needs some improvements and rest they are the Best.
