I just want to share my experience with Mr muhammad ali SB0280 in al jadaf belhasa driving center. i learn a lot of things on him. he shows me some skills that student will easily pass on any assesment, parking and etc. i passed my assesment on second attempt and parking for second attempt only. i recommend Mr muhammad ali, take him as your instructor, the best one! and thanks to Mr John ronnie merino mance for my class before final road test, now finally got my licensed. Belhasa Driving Center in general is a good driving school in terms of professionalism and cleanliness. Instructors were helpful and well trained. The only comment I can say was the poor call center assistant as for my experience you cannot call the hotline easily and if they answered after years then only they will only set a call back from that department which will returned 3 to 5 days after it is quite frustrating in that part most especially if you are working in shifts and you cannot come in to book personally your appointments. The company must improve on call centers and easy booking flow and maybe more flexible process. I am sure I am not the only one who experienced this.But over all I am happy with Ms Roohi my instructor, lady section appointment Ms Rawan and Emily who were all warm and helpful. Thank you BDC. Well done on producing competent drivers. Keep up the standard!

I would definitely recommend Balhasa Driving School (Al Wasl) for everyone wishing to start their driving experience!! Belhasa is a fine choice for a driving school if you are looking to register with one in the emirate of Dubai.Registration is straightfoward and the prices are friendly. They offer flexible payment arrangements if you are not able to finish your payment in one go.The instructors are eloquent and will give you the best customer service. They have a high pass rate and dont have hidden charges once you join.If you pass all your tests on the first try, you could have your drivers license within a month at a price of about 5000aed for automatic light vehicles.

The instructors are amazing. I was opportune to have 2 (Mr. Saeed Ullah and Madam Shakeela) and they were both amazing. Shakeela is also very hilarious.Rawan and Madam Kalthoum were also very helpful.However, if you are thinking of Lumpsum package, Dont do it!!! They will frustrate you. Too many unreasonable policies.In 2021 and for an organization that has a website, mobile app and a dedicated whatsapp account, you have to go to the school to be able to rebook failed tests once on a lumpsum package.Youll have a lot less headache without the lumpsum package in my opinion. Plus at the end of the day you may not even spend as much.

My driving centre experience was very fulfilling as I was guided very well throughout the process. I am very pleased with the type of training I got from Ms Asha Sanjeevani. She had really great patience and have really good way of addressing mistakes while I drove and did not really nag about one mistake and allows you to drive and understand rather than scaring me as new driver. The parking techniques taught were also so accurate and I managed to clear both parking and road test without much difficulty. I highly recommend Ms. Asha as trainer. I recently got my driving license and all credit goes to Ms. Asha. I initially had a male instructor and from day 1(dont want to take his name in public), it was pure demotivation and scaring me that it takes atleast 100 classes to pass. After taking 5 classes, I had enough with him and decided to change my instructor but didnt know which one to go for. So checked the Google reviews where I could just see one name - Asha. And luckily she was available in my time slot. Now, after having passed the test that too at my first attempt, I know why everybody speaks so highly of her. SHE IS THE BEST. She made the whole process look so easy and her tips were an added bonus. Never ever she raised her voice or held the steering on the road. She was very calm and composed, very patient with my parking trials. Everybody should go for her without a single doubt. Highly recommend her :)

My experience getting my driving license from belhasa was quite easy and stress free alhamdulillah.... theyre services are great and especially because my instructor was also amazing (nadia) ... her teaching technique is great although she is not too strict or intimidating she has way of getting information across to the student so we learn without getting stressed out and although while I was learning amidst the pandemic and I had to take a break and it took a long time for me to get my license it actually felt like a breeze .Thankyou belhasa , nadia and rawan 😍

Mr Yar Ahmed is an amazing coach he is professional I only took 4 hours with him but learned lot of rules for a final test.I had another experience with other coach for 2 hours but in vain!!

I am actually student now in this center. The system processing is too bad at all. From the registration to test booking. It took from me 3 hours just to book the yard test, more than 3 hours to open the file and doing th eye test.The 3 stars that i gave it is just for the instructor. He is good at all and he is professional.If i will recommend this center it is only for the instructor, but for the other services it is not good at all.

While one of the best driving schools in Dubai they still practically steal your money. You’re telling me I need to pay 600 dirham just to reopen my file??Every test you fail you have to pay a lot of money. It’s basically thievery in broad daylight.

Everyone was very nice. Rawan was very understanding and helpful. She managed all the practice timings. My instructor abir was very nice and calm, she helped me and was very patient with me. Everything went smoothly and everything was fair.

So when i joined i was informed that i will be done with all the four test by 40 hrs of classes.Now its been 32hrs of classes and my instructor just asked me to go for my test. I have asked multiple times if i could go for test and he said i wasnt ready, how can i be ready when he sleeps more than he teaches me. Guys this institution might be good, but it all comes down to whos your instructor. I have got good reviews and had come to this place, but I absolutely regret it.

For all people whos willing to start classes with Belhasha Driving Center, whether automatic or manual transmission - I highly recommend you to go for package option.For all newcomers willing to take driving classes in UAE, i used to recommend BDC before but now with my poor experience in BDC, i will share my thoughts.I joined my driving classes with BDC on 2019. After finishing my all 40 classes which they say Ill go for final test by then, they said i need to pay for more classes. Since then, i finished approx 120++ classes.Parking fail, assessment fail, final failed for 5 times, they made me do assessment again, failed that as well. Now i dont have money to continue. My Company is also hesitating to give me day off for tests as i have failed many times. They say i cant change to lumpsum package now- without paying additional fees for Lumpsum.Assessment examinar - after failing me in assessment test says i dont know how to hold the steering wheel. After all those final RTA road tests and fails, My question to BDC management is.. how did they sent me to final tests earlier if i cant hold steering properly? and what about the90 ++ classes your people taught me ? and Yet I am paying them my every months salary and will either have to stop my classes or need to wait my salary for paying them in-order to take the classes and tests.Conclusion is, try to tell your people not only to teach how to drive.. tell them to focus on what mistakes the student is doing and how can they teach them to avoid such mistakes. Tell instructors to teach how to pass RTA test - not just stay there and use their cellphones everytime. Everyone can drive, We take classes to Pass RTA driving test as per UAE rules. I dont think teaching few rules will take a year. If the instructors are well experienced and know hoW to teach students about driving.

I got my license today only. This branch offers a great customer service. I recently got my driving license from this branch. I wish to thank my instructor Ms. Sitara who tirelessly trained me. She has almost 2 decades of experience as an instructor. She was very accommodating with the class schedules and an absolutely dedicated and meticulous teacher. She paid undivided attention when I was driving and I have never seen her slack once. She was strict but also a model of perfectionism and work integrity. I will always remain in awe of her. Unfortunately I could not finish training with her, for my last 2 tests. I was trained by another instructor, Ms. Nadia. I was apprehensive of the change in the beginning but all of that disappeared just 1 hour into my first class with Ms. Nadia. She had a spectacular calm and composed personality, I owe my slip line merging to her. I have never once seen her lose her calm demeanour, kudos to her composed personality. She too was very diligent. She would point out my mistakes in a soft yet stern manner. I’m very grateful to both these women, I will remember them every time I have a happy ride in my car.I must also remember Ms. Rawan! She has often brightened up my sad moments after a failed test with her sweet consolation. She always tried her best to accomodate classes for me. She was patient with all my requests for changes in schedule through the many phone calls. The customer service at Belhasa does quite a great job. All my bookings and issues were addressed by them esp Rawan, shes super friendly and very quick to respond to queries.About my instructor, I took trainings from Asha. Shes the best and sweetest female instructor you can have.

Al Wasl branch has the nicest and most helpful staff ever! The instructor Shakeela was great and patient with me all along, the customer service executive Rawan was extremely supportive and helped me with a big heart, all the the booking staff were also kind and understanding.Comparing to the experiences of my colleagues and friends with other driving centers; Belhasa - Al Wasl has the smoothest and most efficient services.It was a pleasant journey of 7 weeks, given that I failed the RTA parking once (which i was able to retake the following day) and failed the final RTA test once then missed the second one (also was able to retake it a few days afterwards).Definitely recommended!

I have recently finished undergoing my training in the Belhasa Driving Center in al Jaddaf. I would like to say that I had an excellent experience. The practical lessons were well explained and instructed. I had the same instructor my sister had before me. The instructor Mr.Ali. He was extraordinary at teaching and explaining. He explained in a lot of detail so that I completely understood. I recommend this institute if you want to learn how to drive.

I had a great experience from this branch. The administration and training team both have helped and cooperated to a great extent throughout the whole process. They have always given flexibility with the timings and quick scheduling of lessons and tests. I am very thankful to my instructor Asha Maam for guiding me so well. Best driving school in Dubai! Had an amazing experience with them.I took VVIP business class driving lesson, and it was perfect! I was able to complete my driving classes very fast compared to (Regular / Gold students) and i was able to get my driving license in FIRST ATTEMPT!More importantly this was all achievable because of the best instructor at Belhasa Wasal Ms. Romana! highly recommend her! Great staffs as as well and even the RTA female examiners were really friendly! :)Overall i highly recommend this school for LMV driving and their VVIP business / first class.

Belhasa won my heart because they have the best customer service, both hotline and onsite, amongst other driving schools. The CS in Al Karama (Saleem) was super accommodating and friendly too. The instructors I had (Muhammad Raheel, Mr. Sadiq Haji and most especially Mr. Safiulla) were not only professionals but were kind, knowledgeable and patient, topped with solid experiences. Even the RTA examiners were kind and friendly. I have and would definitely recommend Belhasa to my friends and to anyone wholl ask.

The worst experience Ive ever seen , the trainers are so bad , no accuracy with classes timing , and the trainer is always chatting on his phone while training.The cafeteria is a place for virus exchange , staff prepare food with no gloves , no hairnets , and you might find 4 people eating from the same plate with their hands tipping their fingers in the sauce .I hate this place . Dont recommend it for anyone.

Highly recommend Belhasa Driving Center and specifically their Al Wasl Branch. I just received my UAE Driving License on the 15th of December, 2019 thanks to the tremendous support from the trainers and support staff at Belhasa.Ms. Romana - my instructor was hands-down, THE BEST teacher with her calm yet effective teaching methods. Also a special mention for Ms. Sri who is again, the best behind the scenes coordinator and is patient with any and all your concerns.Another tip - go for the Business class or other VIP packages by Belhasa if possible only because it will make your journey to obtaining a license so much easier and quicker. There are situations in life where you do not want to be stingy with money and getting a drivers license in the UAE is one such scenario.Thank you Team Belhasa Al Wasl for the amazing job you guys are doing and keep up the fabulous work!!!

I got my license just yesterday. I was fail my yard test 3 times and final test once) but it’s because i did mistakes. Instractors are very good. For final test I got classes with Tarik Mohhamed. Very good professional instructor. All staff very helpful and client oriented. Belhassa was recommended by my colleague. And I fully satisfied with a school.

Dear All,I just want to warn you before you even think of registering with this driving school, as it will be a waste of your time and money.To give you a brief overview of my situation, Ive applied on January 2019 for a motorcycle license and as of date 20 November 2019 I did not obtain my license.Some might believe that maybe I lack the skills or ability to drive; however, I want to share with you the below details which might change your mind:1- Im a UAE car license holder for the past 5 years and passed from my first attempt; and2- Three instructors have trained me, and the three of them told me that my driving is excellent and that I will pass (which i didnt).Additionally, some of the instructors there are really terrible and this was one of the reasons Ive changed my first instructor as he was rude, did not respond to any calls in order to book my classes, and intentionally made me attend the earliest training as he gave preference to other nationalities.To continue, I have done 4 final exams and failed all four, and I only consider the first exam to be the fairest evaluation; however, for the second exam I was failed because I reached the exam at 9:33 AM (due to road blockage) and not at 9:30 AM (although the examiner reaches at 10 AM sometimes). For the third and fourth time, I was failed for no legitimate reason, they intentionally keep on failing you so they keep on increasing their revenue. To give you an example of one of the illegitimate reasons provided, is unnecessary decrease of speed and just to give you some given that on that day it was pouring rain in Dubai and I had to drive at a lower speed in order to protect myself and others.To sum up, I actually gave up on obtaining the license as it is totally NOT WORTH IT and I strictly advise you not to head to this branch.

I highly recommend Belhasa driving school, I have gone through the pain in other driving school and got exhausted, transferred my file to belhasa on the advise of my good friend,the journey was soo smooth and today I got my license,all thanks to Sri and asha my instructor
