A huge shout out to my instructor Ms.Genda Ramos, because without her I wouldn’t have made it through.She’s very supportive and cooperative. Very friendly and helpful . She was very patient with me and always guided me in the right direction. Ive gained new driving strategies and techniques, driving with discipline that helps you to be a safe driver on the road in different traffic conditions. She’s a very honest and down to earth person who wants you to be a safe driver . She’s the best and I recommend her to everybody .

My driving instructor was Genda. She was very helpful and willing to assist me with anything. She gave good advice and was a excellent teacher throughout my time at Belhasa. Through her competence and guidance, I was able to successfully pass my exams and obtain a license in a very short amount of time. I really recommend her and I think she is truly one of the best instructors there are!

The school is really efficient in getting things done, and it was good prices all around, but the best part of the school was my instructor, Flavia aka Fifi, Flavia was the best instructor and she became my best friend, and she teaches very very well I managed to get my license very quickly thanks to her!!!

My experience of learning in the Belhasa Driving Center has been very pleasant and I have enjoyed the process very much. I had the pleasure of being taught by Genda Ramos Neyra, who is one of the female driving instructors at the centre. I got my driving license today and I would really like to give all the credit to my teacher Miss Flavia, she is one of the best teachers that Belhasa has I must say. Her teaching style is excellent, she is so committed to her work and explains everything so well. Starting with customer service, I want to thank Ms. Luleth for the good service when needed to schedule classes and exams.I took 20 hours driving class and I had two instructors because the first one went on vacation after a few classes. I learned a lot from both but the second instructor really wanted the time to be maximized and not wasted. I appreciate that. She wondered why I have not taken the parking assessment even though I finished more than half of my hours. I would advise others to ask to take the assessment exams when you feel ready so that you will not need to cram it all in the end and in the event that you fail an assessment, you can still use the remaining hours and not pay for more.The Belhasa examiners are subjective and lenient when they know that its a small mistake. They will tell you what you did wrong and what to correct the next time. The RTA examiners are also subjective and fair. I passed on my third take of the road assessment after making big mistakes on the first two.Overall, I recommend Belhasa Nadd Al Hamar because the staff are professional and the area is perfect for learning how to drive.What I did not appreciate is an instructor messaging me constantly after i passed and offering supplementary lessons outside of the school so that I can feel confident with my own vehicle.

I got my driving license within two and a half months of practical classes with Ms Flavia. She is an amazing, friendly and extraordinary person. For a person like me who was scared of driving on the roads, I love driving now and its only because of her hard work, motivation, teaching skills and tecniques which has made me get my license so soon. I recommend her to everyone whos joining belhasa.

I had an amazing experience with my driving instructor flavia, she’s always on time and truly has passion with what she does. She helped me with my anxiety throughout my driving lessons which lead me to gain confidence . I highly recommend to choose ms flavia as I wouldn’t have got my license if it wasn’t for her.

I had a really good time learning how to drive with my instructor ms flavia she is one of the most kind, honest and uplifting people i’ve ever met she was really nice about my anxiety and she helped me with more things than just driving and she is a great teacher I didn’t struggle much with my tests because of her great teaching, would 100% recommend ms flavia and belhasa.

No clear info provided upon registration, misleading information about the services available, specially regarding the availability of arabic speaking instructors, there are no diversity in choosing your instructor, and all good instructors are already booked , so they will book you with the poor skilled trainers who are available any time. I suggest they should have trainers from different t nationalities if they want to attract students from different nationalities... totally poor evaluation, needs lot of improvement, I dont recommend them to any one.

Belhasa Driving Institute as a business is completely fine, relatively clean building, helpful staff, and efficient process, not much else you could ask for. However I was unfortunate to have been assigned the worst instructor possible once I passed my theory test. His name is Mustafa. Not only is his attitude completely inappropriate (eg. uses his phone constantly while driving, listens to music and videos on full volume, never wears his mask properly, screams whenever you ask a question, will try to TOUCH YOU whenever he feels the time is right, is not sanitary in the slightest, believes that he is some sort of higher being that has the authority to talk down to you, is always disrespectful and rude, arrives late when lessons are suppose to start, and much more that cannot simply not be written in one set of text) but he arguably worst of all is that he will put you in a position where you are essentially forced to pay for more lessons (even if you are well beyond the requirements) if you try and stand up for yourself or ask him what he considers to many questions. He is a scammer/con artist and is very unprofessional, well below the standards of an instructor at Belhasa. It is that plain and simple. If he doesnt like the look of you or the way you act he will force you into a position where you have pay for more lessons which will set you back AT LEAST 1000+ DIRHAMS, until he thinks he has torn deep enough into your wallet. If he is your instructor or know someone that has him as their instructor, I advise you to try and switch instructors immediately. I had to learn the hard way. I hope no one else will have to experience his unsavory, disgusting, horrible, and despicable attitude and acts he goes about doing on a daily basis. Please do not accept or put up with his behavior. Considering the amount you pay, your experience should be much better, completely free from his wrath, no one should have to experience what it is like to have him as their instructor. Please make the right choice before its too late. For reference, he is a short man from Pakistan. If you can stay away from him I am sure your experience at Belhasa will be good, please take this message into consideration when you are at Belhasas Nad Al Hammar branch. My overall experience was really good only because of my instructor Mam Flavia she is the best instructor in Belhassa with excellent teaching skills. I would like to thank Sir adnan for his coordination and giving me the best instructor and i would highly recommend Mam Flavia to all new students as she is the only one who will build your confidence and will give her best.

The school is fine, but the RTA examiners are super strict and vigorous checking is frequent. Failed mod 1 for three times and mod 2 for two times. Talking about motorcycle lessons.

Costumer service needs some improvement. There are in total 8 counters and only 4 counter where open and the rest where closed. There is only one counter for booking classes “ counter 7”, and the lady that is working there is very slow it took me 27 minutes for my turn “ my number was after the person that was seating in that counter”.E-lectures also needs alot of improvements , sometimes pictures are not showing, videos keep repeating.Call center not always answering “ i needed to call more then 10 times so i can speak with the lady.My instructor was excellent, easy to understand him, helpful person.It will be nice to hear about some improvement, and will be much better to let people to book classes or test online which will save a lot of time.

I had an amazing experience in Belhasa Driving center, especially with my teacher, Mis Falavya. She is such a great teacher that helped me a lot and was the reason that I passed my RTA exam from the first time. She is a great teacher and i recommend her for everyone. She made me from an inexperienced and scared driver to a confident and skilled driver.

Poor Poor Customer service. Even one person not allowed to sit in waiting hall incase he comes with driving student for theory test.

They dont respond to calls. Call the toll free number and they assure they will get back to you only to get disappointed. If you want to get things done, you need to visit them. All these numbers and helplines are for show but no go.

Barring few situations like different rules for different students and not getting enough parking practicing space(Other vehicles were parked in the designated area and had to wait half of the class time to get a vacant space).However I got my license in the second chance and I would like to thank the support given by the following personnel.Mr.Sivakumar of DSO branch for his exceptional customer service from dayone. I would have opted for another driving school hadnt he convinced me about Belhasa.Mr.Adnan of International city branch for patiently listening and arranging the classes and tests.The assessment team of Belhasa womens wing for the support. Last but not the least my instructor Mr.Johny James whose professional and friendly guidance helped me to achieve this today.

I am in the beginning of my journey to get a driving license and experience with Belhasa is already unpleasant. I was supposed to have a theory test, but when I showed up at driving center I found out, it got cancelled! No one had a courtesy, a basic courtesy, to inform the students that test was canceled. Moreover I kept receiving sms from them, reminding me about an upcoming test. We were all standing there, outside, without any appropriate information, call center was busy all the time. The only person we had a chance to interact with, was a security staff, who was ofcourse not aware what to say to customers. When everyone around is promoting Stay Home, Stay Safe and trying to keep people at home, u guys did just the opposite. You have your students to leave the safe place, their home, for no reason. When media announced that all classes to be cancelled, the first thing that was supposed to come to your mind is to inform your students, who keep your business running. One of your core values states that you have Integrity-to do whats right and Respect--to value everyone. I dont think it really means anything to you. Belhasa is not one of the cheapest places to take driving classes, but I was ready to pay the price hoping for professionalism and work ethic. I paid decent amount of money, would it really cost that much to send one sms informing that test was cancelled??

Great facility

Worst driving license experience in my life, i have valid heavy and light vehicle home country license, and joined in belhasa, with instructors i am driving well, when i reached to RTA test, they make failed for simply reasons, they are behaving like once we got license we are going to join for world race. we cannot drive like robot we are human being, Moreover people are getting less salary; from that they are attending school and failing for simple reason. and the fun thing we are celebrating year of tolerance.

Belhasa is the best driving school in Dubai. Saif sir helped me a lot in getting the driving licence in the first trial itself. He is so committed to his work and without him I wouldnt have got my license so fast. Thank u sir. Even the staffs are very professional. They do their work sincerely especially I would like to thank Leena , Mariamma Mam. I am very happy to choose belhasa.

Very good experience

I had a very pleasant learning experience at BDC. Ms. Flavia was my instructor. She is a well experienced driving instructor. Her teaching was excellent. She trained me in such a manner that I cleared the RTA test in the first attempt.her teaching and advice regarding driving is excellent. I highly recommend her.Internal examiner Ms Mariamma is also very experienced in her field. Either you pass or fail her judgement is very good which will help for the final RTA road test. She will correct the mistakes and gives us good advise in a manner that we will not repeat that mistake in the final Road test.Really very grateful to these very important people mentioned above who played a very important role during my learning process.
