I have passed my thiory test and they told me after 10 days they will contact me for practice, its been 13 days no one called me, I tried to each the school no answer and call center wasnt able to connect me to the school as well as they are not responding, very bad service, even I have paid 6000 Aed, I regret to that I choosed this sch, emirate institue is much better as per my freinds recommendation, I will not recommend belhasa school to anyone

Comparing to other driving schools the process is very fast and convenient to get dates for classes,first.The instructors are teaching in very professional way& i was under malayali instructor he is very comfortable and will make u genuine driver .its my recommendation

Very bad service, and heigh charge also , worst of mony , personally in my experience i am not Recommending in this institutes , they are really utilize customer to making mony on there pocket , they dont have any maind in others situations, they are created lot of procedure there but that all procedure making you like a begger, once you will go the file opening time they dont have any procedure after thet you locked there hands, then he will tell the procedure , that time you dont have any option to make U turn. Any way its my experience only, i am already transfer my file other institutes and my friends also turned other institute. Visired the Al Quoz branch for the first time and the overall experience was nice. The staff was quite helpful. Procedures were followed. The set-up was flawless.I have yet to complete my driving classes so lets see how it turns out to be.

Got my license today.And I can’t thank Belhasa enough for it.Ustaad Mr. Tuseef Khan took the major part of my training sessions and honestly he is an amazing person to get coached by. His suggestions ideas and style of coaching are simply outstanding.Yes I had failed twice on my road test but didn’t give up and attempted the 3rd-time-lucky charm. Prior to this 3rd attempt my instructor changed to Mr. Tahir Badshah for the extra couple of classes to be taken mandatorily before re-attempt on RTA Road Test.Mr. Tahir shared some great insights and priceless touch points to take care of, while driving. I had a wonderful experience at Belhasa Al quoz 4 branch. All the teachers are brilliant and put great effort into you. My teachers Mr Mushtaq shams, Muhammad tuseef and salahudin qismat are all wonderful teachers. The amount of effort my teacher Muhammad tuseef put to help me pass my parking test was extraordinary. Similarly Mr Mushtaq shams and Mr Slahaduin Qismat gave me confidence and relaxation on road fear by focusing on my mistakes and help me improve step by step. Mr Salahudin Qismat is probably the most patient teacher i have ever seen.👏 I drove My ford Edge on Highway next day after getting liscence without any road fear at all thanks to my teachers.Their app is little slow though takes time to update and no option to book class except usually by visiting the school. If you purchase lumsump pacakge they give you extra short classes with senior instructors which is really useful.

My Full names are Eunice Mwaka and I started my training in February with a male instructor unfortunately the training was not taken seriously by him and I am not trying to discredit him it’s just that I believe he was not transparent about soo much information and I can say I learnt very less or close to nothing from him . I would also like to comment on the issue of male instructors (not all of them ) always getting the students to drive them to cafeterias outside the school and waiting for like 10 minutes which I believe should not happen and this happened to me on every training .After I failed my initial tests I was very upset that I learnt nothing at all and so I asked for a female instructor and they allocated miss Krishna who trained me very very well and I felt like I was starting from the beginning which was a huge blow for me after all doing 40 classes for nothing .I improved A lot through Motivation on taking up more classes from Miss Natasha the examiner as my performance during the exams was not good so she recommended I increase the number of classes so that I can become a better driver and that worked out very well as I learnt a lot and I improved a lot .Miss Krishna got transferred and miss Farzana took over And I can say she was amazing at her trainings aswel and Natasha also recommended more trainigs and by following her advise I passed my RTA tests and I would recommend this school everyone . Thank you soo much Natasha , Krishna and Farzana .

I have started a driving license from scratch with them. The best professor is Naseer, his agenda is pretty busy but go for it!! Totally worth it. Passed the final road from the first attempt. The school is organised and the customer service is very good.

Very bad experience.. very long processAfter I passed my Signal test it took them 25 Days long to find an instructor for me!!!!And they forced me renew my registration for 3 months just to do my final test although they are the ones who is delaying me!!!!

I am student in this branch. I want to share my bad experiences, please be careful how you spend your money. Dont trust them, first of all I was told I get free transportation and it was clearly mentioned in their offer, you guys can see their post on social media it says free transportation included in the offer. When I went to the branch they said sorry we dont have transportation in this branch. Also they said I get 10 hours, my driving was very good and the driving instructor said yes its 10 hours but you take make 20 hours. They will always trick you just to make you pay again and again. Not professional at all.

I highly recommend Belhasa school and this branch for obtaining your driving license! It took me exactly one month and one week to learn how to drive from zero and to pass all the tests from the first attempt. My instructor mr. Mehboob Khan was extremely professional and special thanks to him.

I am an existing student of this school. I am trying to call them from last one hour but no body is answering, even I tried mobile numbers as well. If anybody has answered then they just said they are not the concerned person and gave another number which never answered. Just want to confirm who will be my instructor as my previous instructor has changed. I would say poor customer service.

Hello Everyone, my name is Ahmad. please be aware of this driving school they only wants us to keep paying. I have been suffering with them for more than 3 months. They told me i will get the licence in 1 month which is not true. They said i need only 10 classes, also not true i took more than 20 class. I passed the garage test and they made me repeat it again. After i repeated it i failed it 4 times i paid 1300 AED just for only garage + additional payments for other classes and yet more to come. They will always find a way to make you pay more and more unless if you are European or have a wasta then you will be very lucky and you will not go thru all of this. They dont appreciate anything even if it was urgent.PS. I forgot to mention about my instructor who overslept and didnt come for the class. They made me wait 1 hour in the school for nothing and they did not even apologize or do anything.

Mcthad babu was the best instructor, I had an absolutely fantastic experience with him and passed the very first time, ask for him. I will never ever recommend this driving center to anyone. There are several ways of corruption in this center. Following are some of the reasons:1- After passing theory test, they took 2 weeks to assign a trainer to me despite of multiple follow-ups. This is waste of time and may later result in renewal of leaner license(pay extra money) in case you fail in parking and/or road tests.2- The first assigned trainer was very rude. The second assigned trainer was not willing at all to complete my driving classes on time. So he did not even started parking classes even after 20 hours(40 classes) of training. Whenever I asked him about starting parking classes, he told me that there is no limit of classes and kept on wasting my time and money by training for same road driving skills repeatedly. This resulted in paying more money for parking classes.3- The driving center is more like rent a taxi with dedicated instructor. As soon as instructor feels comfortable with students driving skills, he will frequently ask student to drive on less crowdy long route(usually towards Sheikh Mohammed palace in Zabeel). Meanwhile instructor will keep using mobile phones and wasting class time and money. RTA road test is usually 8 to 15 mins test and within Al QUOZ. Therefore instructors should not ask student to go on long drive and rather focus on skills which will be tested during road test(e.g. decision making while merging at T-Junction).Advice to Students:-Be alert if you have good designation on your passport, this school will try to loot you in every possible way.-If you decide to take theory classes online, you may miss certain instructions which they give in theory classes inside driving school.One of my friends switched off the car at the end of RTA parking test and got failed even though he correctly parked the car in all parking slots. This is because he took online theory classes and even his driving instructor did not guide him about this part.-Recheck RTA parking test video as sometimes system may fail you even you park the car properly. In my first attempt, system failed me in all 3 parking tests. On rechecking video, I got passed in 2 parking tests. This issue happened with other candidates as well.

To the top management of the school, I just got my licence a couple of weeks ago in the first attempt with zero mistake in RTA final road test.I therefore would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the school for their good,supportive and professionalism to students.I would mention the below names as they are hardworking,supportive and have high good public reputation with students.They dont give up on students, they will encourage you and build up your confidence.Mohammed Ayaz,Azizur rehman and other assessment team members then instructors like Musaed and Moheed and not forgetting Sheikh at the front office.I will therefore not hesitate to recommend my friends and colleagues to Belhasi driving school.RegardsDaniel Otieno

The peoples of Belhasa driving center are very kind and humble.

It is one of the largest driving centres in Dubai located in Al Qouz area. The interiors is modern and neat and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. They do have a wide variety of staff nationalities in order to make it easier for learners to communicate. It has an eye test desk to get the eye test done and the process within the facility is quite organised and simple. The cars are all clean and they make sure to get it sanitized between every other use as a precaution. Payment options are with cash or card.

Excellent experience .Service of Belhasa team is top from the beginning until I passed my license. Learning center in Al Quoz is really open for any question. All bookings are respected and classes are scheduled allowing student to have a complete knowledge of Dubai road rules.My monitor, Mictchda is a skilled teacher, always focus and always with good tips. I never feel uncomfortable or lost during my training. Well done Belhasa team, you are the best!

How come it’s so hard for you to answer several calls for a client asking your services !? Does it have to take me 2 hours trying to ask Tibor about your services ..!? Your automated WhatsApp is another story ; humans need humans to deal with not a helpless auto answer programs ..!?

Mohammed Faisal is my driving instructor and he is the best driving instructor, I passed my driving test from the first time because of his clear directions and guidance, also he is very patient and does not mind repeating things over, does not get angry. He is a great asset to the BelHassa School.

When I started classes they told me the price of the highest category, after I paid and had classes already and didnt pass the exam, I asked for my file back to go to another school , they asked for the reason I told that classes are very expensive, after I reached this point they told me that they have another category with half price ( which is same features by the way).Staff is not cooperative when I ask to book classes by phone.Testing days are limited ( only 2 days a week ).

Whenever we learn something, there is always a level of difficulty that we need to pass. My instructor, Romana, helped ease this difficulty. She made learning fun and also practical. Every move she gave me had a complete logic behind it. I have got to say that I have never seen anyone so thorough and dedicated than her ! Absolutely loved it. Belhasa does make Safe drivers. :D

Worst driving school experience ever.I registered for the learning file since aug 2018, I kept on failing in all exams mostly because of the contradicting advice I received from the different instructors, when I attempted to raise the flag for the inconsistent information, the staff members tried to cover it and they kept on blaming me for the failure.They know absloutely nothing about a good customer experience or how to listen to the customers complaints because theyre too busy collecting more money for the additional classes.I will tell my story in details to everyone I know in UAE, and I will be the biggest promoter for their horrible services

My instructor Asha was very patient and skilled, a truly talented instructor that boosted my confidence in driving and she is the reason I passed on my first attempt. The atmosphere when learning with Asha is extremely calm, focused and especially friendly.

Driving center is good and well organised, less crowded. I got my test dates quickly. As per my experience at Belhasa, my first instructor was not at all good, I dont want to mention his name but he never explained anything to me even when I used to ask him anything he makes different faces and used to answer after 2 3 mins. I remember the first thing he said when I met him on 1st day of my training dont think that you will get a license in 10 classes you opted for rudely. I mean instead of motivating these words de-motivates you and doesnt show a positive attitude. All my other instructors were very helpful and nice (Mustaq, Jeevan & Sufi). They explained me even small small things. Its very difficult to choose instructor when you dont have recommendations but please change them if you are not comfortable otherwise you will end up paying more like me. I would like to thank Mohammad & Osama for all the support. Overall, it was a good experience with Belhasa. Will recommend to all.

In a span of 2 months, I was able to get my driving license. Specially with the help of my very patient instructor, Ms. Romana. She was so dedicated with her job. She was very positive and kept pushing me to always do better. I got sad on the day that I got my license because that means I wont be able to see her again. It was always fun driving with her. She always made a connection with her students. She knows us well. So, Im suggesting to all female students, always go with the female instructors because they have a passion for their job and they will care about you. Thanks to Belhasa because I gained a new friend. I will terribly miss you, Ms. Romana. :)

Big time cheaters - stay away from them, failed me for false reason mistakes which was not done. Rta inspector is also involved in this. They have taken Aed 4000 till now just for 1 motor cycle license and they want Aed 1000 more now for retest....Aed 5000 just for a motor cycle license so far🙄 dont know how much more they will take until I get the license...I pity those delivery boys who have paid more than 10k just to get motorcycle driving license...dubai police should look into this matter

The road test was much easier than then parking for me!!!!!I can highly recommend Mr Walid, an Egyptian guy and amazing one he is very calm, patient and you can feel very comfort with him.Guys just want to say dont listen to anyone failed or passed this test only practice well and stick to your instructor and you will pass for sure..

Her friendly attitude with students always kept pushing them to do better and better.. She built my confidence.. Just bcoz of her I passed my RTA test and got lincense.. I highly recommend all the new learners to go to Asha.. She is so amazing and she will always teach u in a very friendly way.. I really enjoyed her company.. and I found belhasa staff very friendly.. This school is good in fast booking of final test appointments .They finish the classes fast too. But the driving instructor are the worst.They are busy using mobile, playing games during classes, Telling about there personal problems and expecting something in return as gift.if you feed them they will teach you good or else they just need to finish the classes. I have given 9 attempts of my test and finally passed in this school and I will blame the Instructors for that because they are not professional in there job. The CSR team is really good and there service is very good compared to other driving schools. I recommend this school for all the reason expat for the teaching.This new location is really good and they have built it like a 5 start hotel with all the facilities. You will be shocked to see. OMG they have looted lot of our money.Any ways I finally received my licence . Thank you good.

I disagree by the comment given by Mo Ha regarding not having Arabic staff.The branch is excellent with the facilities provided by them. I had heard that it was awarded the best branch by RTA. I being Arab national never faced any issued regards to language

Good Staff, good service but that RTA guys are really Inappropriate and wouldn’t talk Properly , show some kindd of Attitude as if they are Giving us Some Aeroplane license . Also Be assures to Fail 2-3 times ... cause giving license is a Business in UAE rather then service. Do Join Emirates Driving School a little expensive then others but At EnD it would come to same amount . ED is better with instruction and Will not Fail without reason unlike Belhasa and other driving schools.

Like many other students it was not easy for me to clear the RTA tests, but that gave me a chance to meet different tutors from which the one who really caught my faults in one glance was maam Romana, she has a great eye for detail like an examiner. She is strict but caring teacher, she doesnt let failure demotivate you, she is an true inspiration of positive attitude. If I could have her sessions right from the beginning I would have learnt things better in an efficient manner. But its never too late. Thank You Maam for all your guidance and thank you Unisha Maam for helping me get her sessions. The classes and tests are easy if you have the right tutor. 5 star rating only because of Romana Maam.
