I was welcomed by Mr. Muhammed Zubair at the front desk who is one of the reasons I passed first trys on all tests(Theory, Parking, Assesment and Final Road test). He guided me through the process and If I had any questions he never refused but would make it easy for me to tackle the issue. Hello all, finally I got UAE driving license and I chose Dubai Driving School Barsha 1. From first day of admission I received quality service by Mr. Zuber who is branch in charge there 👨🏻‍💻, he is very kind, helpful and professional in his work, he helped me a lot, also my training instructor Mr. Ejaz thought me very well 🚙. My asst. examiner Miss Marry also gave me lessons, she is the best, she gave me very important points which helped me to pass the test🚗. Also want to tell about Amine 👨🏻‍💻, he is also very kind person and helped me a lot, he is working in head branch of school in Al Quozal Area 3.So finally I have passed and now I am driving safely. First of all, let me tell you here you are having the best service for Driving school in Dubai and I am really satisfied. It’s a good school in a matter if you want to proceed a bit fast and you can pay more.Mr. Mohammed Zubeer is a helpful and honest manager and tries to help to the end while being very patient and polite.Mr. Sami is a faithful instructor and teaches very well.Also Mr. Abd el Moneem was a very respectful instructor.But generally all schools have same system and it depends on your luck to have a good manager and instructor

Good experience in al Barsha mr Nishant & Mr Halim arereally good, trainer Mr syed Tanwir and Mr Mukhtar Ahmed were too good instructors. RTA examiner was very courteous.

Overall everything is good. Stuff of the branch is friendly and helpful, always tried to solve my requests about timing of lessons or test. I can definitely recommend Barsha 1 Branch. But I should admit that I had my bad experience in the begging and lost 2 weeks only on the stage of documents submition, but its not regarding this branch of the school. Thats why I rate Barsha1 as 5, but for whole process in this school as 4.

It is the best driving school I have seen. The staff in the office Al Barsha 1 branch is very cooperative and the teacher is very good as well. His name is sir Altaf and he replied to all my queries even if I forgets or asks 10 times the same question. I was taught so well that I cleared my test in 1st try and got the License. Thank u so much DDC :-) I would recommend my friends to get the license from this branch only and my husband is registering too in 2 days.

It felt like an absolute disaster to me! I was promised a package of 4500AED with all included and ended up paying 6500AED. They would always have an excuse of why they were charging me more! Some rude staff, never available when you call them, make you feel like they are doing you a favor in accepting you in their school. They booked me tests in different branches and they wouldnt communicate with each other making you waste your time and money with transportation... a trully mess! It took me 6 months to get the license as result of their disorder.Their instructors were very nice though... however the organization itself a disaster! Not recommended!

I got my license on 08/02/2020. The best part in my journey of acquiring license was DDC Barsha 1 branch being a part of it. The branch Coordinator Mr. Abdur Rehman was helpful right from the registration till I received my license. Since I had a Saudi License, I had to directly give Knowledge and Driving test. The branch provided me will all the learning documents online and even my driving instructor Altaf Ur Rehman was supportive despite for failing the road test couple of time and made sure I drive with perfection and ease. Their genuine support during the process and sincere act towards tutoring made my driving license possible.

I just got my license today! And im sooo happy. Its been a long journey but was all worth it after passing the final road test on first try! This will not be possible without the help of the very attentive person in the branch Mr. Abdurrehman, he listens to your requests and give you the best assistance he can, also to my instructors Mr. Altaf and Sami!!! They have open ears to listen to each questions that you have and they make sure youre really doing the right things on the road. All the things I learned from you guys, I will surely apply on the road everyday while driving. You guys are the best!!!

Overall nice experience. My instructor was very friendly and he highlighted to me all the tricky areas where people are bound to make mistakes during the final test. Abdul rehman is a fantastic guy and is very practicle person as far as timelines and customer handling is concerned.

HiGood Afternooni had a great experince with them, DDC have very talented and polite staff in the Al Barsha 1 Branch which is near to LULU super market.My instructor( Mr Altaf ) instruct me all the driving rules in proper way he guides me time to time on everything, even i got the license but if i had some problem or i want to ask some thing i am directly call him.Branch Coordinator Abdur Rehman is also very nice guy, he helps me alot on each and everything.even i recommended my 3 friends for DDC to open file with them.Many Thanks

The guy (Abdul Rehman) who dealt with me was very nice and cooperative. Gave me clear picture from day 1, told me clearly every thing and never gave me any false hope . This office is totally different from al Quoz where staff will miss behave with you and you will have to wait in Que for hours. Here i just had to call Abdul Rehman and every thing was done. Thanks so much for doing such a great job.I got my license in very 1st attempt for that credit goes to my instructor Mr. Altaf Reham, he pointed a lot of minor mistakes which i was doing and nobody else observed those mistakes. You should totally avoid this branch. It has the most bad people I ever met in Dubai. I can make an exception of 1 guy that I think he is ruined because he is working with the others. They made me nervous, angry, I cried, they disrespected me, I just dont have enough energy and time, otherwise I would make a claim in the police for sexual harassment from the side of 1 trainer. for administration, when I call and ask to book for training, they confirm orally but never put in the system, they lie, they dont keep their promises, they dont provide good training. After I was exhausted and tired from them , I decided to stop going there and start going to Al Barsha branch in Al Quoz where I met very nice people who helped me to get my driving licence.

Worst service ever.. they never pick up the phone.. and they never know whats happening.
