Very nice school and staff are very friendly and supportive there.

I only speak English myself and I gotta say it’s sort of a inconvenience but definitely not the worst thing. The staff at the reception are nice but when it comes to the instructors you definitely won’t find any smiling faces, at least for me it seemed like my instructor saw me as someone he was forced to teach. Honestly I’m sure there are better driving schools out there especially for English speakers only. Kinda felt like I was in a chair with someone sitting next to me that hated my guts, and sometimes yelled. Overall don’t go here I’d describe it as hell. hated every second of the experience. The only thing keeping me there was the ransom.

They have good service but one big problem with the rta, one mistake, the guy will write 6 mistakes on it . I understand its business but sometimes it goes extra. If someone fails 3 times. Try to consult his or her instructors.Because they stay with us for more than one hour in the car and know our capability.

I visited BDS jebel Ali freezone. It was amazing experience. how they handled alot of people is really Appriceiable. I face one problem I raised one complaint. I was really surprised to know they take proper action and called me for that. That time I understand how important was my comment for them. They took action for problem, they appologies me and support me for further training process. There customer service department is doing well. There branch manager is very professional lady. Training is good.. But they will make you wait for long time if you need to book exta classes before taking Main tests. Totally money minded... Making trainees to wait for long time to take test and failing them and making them to take class again..Need to wait for almost 10 days to book a class which is pathetic.. They knows the tactics how to collect money from you.. My friends has joined different driving institute and they have taken licence.. But I am still waiting for my 1st attempt Final RTA Road.... I know you guys will respond sorry, but that doesnt help at all.. We are investing our money and time.. You guys should be flavourful to your customers..

Located 5 min away from Danube metro station. A good driving institute with various courses. I had a driving license from India I had 5yrs driving experience so I had to take only 10hr class. I was not much happy with the first instructor provided to me ..he knew that I know to drive and he used to sleep for 1 or 2 min then wake up and repeat it.. I changed him . The second instructor was good as he helped me to correct the mistakes I did . I got my license in 1st try .My recommendation is that BDC must find a way to check if their instructor sleeps in between the class and also if they make their students stop in between the class for their tea .

Belhasa was my choice when I took my driving license 16 years back n today my teenage son got his too, from the same institute. Chose a Silver Package, started in June and got the license in 2nd try by July end. All praise to his instructor Abid. I wanted to thank one of my instructors, Tahir from the Jebel Ali branch, for taking the lessons seriously - thank you! One of my instructors though was not up to the mark - he would often talk on the phone while conducting a lesson. Once, he went as far as shouting on the phone during a lesson (after that, I requested to change to a different instructor). The system in terms of the effectiveness could and should be improved but the staff are friendly. Taking everything into consideration, the overall value for money is ok. Just remember there is an option to change your instructor if you feel you are not progressing.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Salim, Mr. Nadeem and my instructor, Mr. Abid. They have patiently taught me how to drive carefully and safely and collectively and have helped me become more confident behind the wheel. Their patient and caring attitude has helped me tremendously. I joined in mid December and in one month I had my license. I took my driving course at belhasa driving center, jabal Ali branch. It is easy and fast to book appointments for classes and exams. I got my license in less than 1 month. Thanks to Mr Sayed youssry (my instructor) for his efforts. Also thanks for Haitham who helped my book my classes.

Got my license in 2nd attempt.My driving instructor Mr. Waheed Khan was super polite and patient with me and i did a lot of mistakes, he never showed any signs of irritation.Reduced 4 stars as the customer service system needs to be improved, there is no queue system. Every one is waiting to get a turn to talk the customer executive and most of the people will break their queue unless you jump first.Plus all the classes is scheduled through one person only which sometimes get painful as the person is working on full capacity and there is always atleast 4-5 people in the line.A piece of advice for people reading reviews. Be careful how you schedule your classes, try to save some classes nearby your test (yes you can schedule you RTA test once you have cleared your internal test) so that it can come nearby tests and you are in driving rhythm else you will have to pay for extra class

This School really deserves 5 stars, starting from call center, hospitality, customer care, documentation , instructors trainors cars, booking appointment.I really recomand this to people who are new, as u will learn and get your licence with hussle free.I want to appriciate Mr Rashid instructor for his training and piece of advice.

I recently moved to Dubai and was told by my friends and colleagues that getting a license is extremely difficult with multiple tests and re-attempts.. the entire process may take 4 to 5 months.. I did quite a lot of research, reviews and visited personally to many driving school. Finally zeroed down to Belhasa Free zone.. First because the location suited me and the centre is not so crowded compared to other places where I saw theres quite a lot of waits.. the staffs are extremely polite and professional.. I was assigned Haytham from Customer service who been a friend guiding and helping Throughput the process of booking classes.. Sherin and Khalid always helped during his holidays time...The most important part was the instructors.. I was assigned Mr.Imran who is thorough professional and a great attitude. I also happened to meet Mr.Farooq and Mr. Parvez Sir.. they have unique skills and explained points to be extremely careful to clear Parking and Road tests.. These instructors were very calm and come out of cars to show why and how of making mistakes.. Best part is that they never get irritated and used to ask me to keep driving until I perfected it.. Very friendly and helpful instructors who really cares about learning and passing tests in first attempt..Again the best part, in this centre you get class dates and test dates soon as they dont keep taking students, unlike my friends who used to gets dates after weeks.. forget about the test dates..I finally managed to clear my internals, RTA parking and RTA Road within 1.5 months even after taking regular classes :-) ..I dont think I made history but I really think Belhasa Freezone driving class is the place to be if you want to learn, enjoy learning and be confident to pass and get DL soon..All the Best.. guys

My instructor Mr Tahir Hussain helped me understand everything quickly and taught me parking really well. Cleared all tests on first attempt. I got my driving license in first attempt from FZE branch.. and all the credit goes to my instructor.Because i have no driving experience before and I started as a fresher and I completed in 2 months and 10 days.one of the most important thing I like most is the availability of the instructor and the schedules .I would highly recommend belhassa for everyone who are planning to start their driving lessons.Every thing there is very systematic so dont worry about the class bookings and schedules.

Very good driving school with professional instructors. I received great service and its a good location as driving within the Free Zone is pretty straightforward. Some others claim driving in this area is a little more difficult as there are so many trucks, so it would depend on your comfort level. It would be good to note that it is only accessible if you have a pass to access JAFZA. Paperwork can be a bit time consuming here and there is often a bit of a wait time immediately before the test as examiners are never on time, but classes always started roughly on time.
