The Galadari Muhaisnah Branch is very helpful and supportive. The staff are understanding and genuinely help you with your concerns. In particular, Mr. Rizwan went above and beyond to make sure to help rectify my mistakes and changed my mind about transferring to another school. Moreover, the instructors are way more well informed and know exactly what to look out for. Big shout out to Mr. Mohanand Salah Eldin who made full use of my classes and helped me realize where i was going wrong.

The Galadari being the dominant driving school in UAE is professional, but less effective. Their sales and marketing team are outstanding, but they dont have much regards for their students.The staffs are more of self centeric and less of customer centric. Until and unless they train and revamp their arrogant staffs, they wont be able to retain their position, other players are already several notches above them in terms of their professionalism.

Mr Raja Muhammad Abid is one of the best instructor. He is very hard working and an experienced person. He is very interactive and teaches in a unique way. I fully recommend Mr Raja if you want to get your drivers licence.

I pass my rta final road test yesterday and Mr Raja Abid is my instructor he is one of the best instructor in Galadari Muhaisnah branch he told me key points of the driving on the road so i recommended Mr Raja Abid if u want to get driving licence.

I got my driving training classes from Mr. Abid Raja. He is one of the most experienced instructors. He taught me about the road and safety things. He is very cooperative and humble. I would like to share my experience of getting UAE Driving License in my first attempt from GMDC.First of all, i actually went to cancel and transfer my old file which got expired a long time ago but eventually i landed up with its renewal only because of the assurance, confidence and the boost given by Mr Rizwan and Mr Raziq Noor Sir. Both are the best in their jobs and specially handling the cancellation customers.Mr. Rizwans is a professional customer service representative who knows very well, how to handle, how to talk , how to behave and respect the customer which is surely lacking in GMDC, Qusais Branch.Mr Rizwan has allotted Mr. Raja Abid as my mentor for the tour of getting DL.The excellence of Mr. Raja Abid was commendable, he has trained me in all ways in all situations and conditions and given me the best training and confidence to drive solo and to clear the road assessment in 1st attempt . The way he interact with his students is so humble and remarkable. His training methods are just beyond fineness. I met Mr Rizawan in Muhaisnah branch. He is really good person and is busy all the time handling customers. Every customer just want to meet him only. Good person he helped me a lot. The customer service is very poor. The guy who is sitting in no 2 sections is very rude and not behaving good but there is one local Arab guy whose service is very good to handle customers. And when I tried to call their number it will take more than 20 minutes to attend the call. Sometimes they will not attend the call.

The only best part about this branch is Mr. Raja Abid Instructor and Mr. Mohsin Arshad Customer Service Representative. Mr. Raja Abid may Allah bless him with more success the Best Instructor and will treat the student as his Sibling or Child. I will highly recommend Mr. Raja Abid as Instructor.

It has been a worse experience till now.I have done my assessment 3times. And on three occassion they failed me for no purpose. Just making up reasons. Not only that they also have given me 3 assessments with same examiner? Why they havent given me different examiner, when they all were free and kept me on waiting for half an hour? It has been a fixed to fail it has seeemed till now.I would need a management to interfere in this matter and take strict action

The assessment test is nothing but a money earning process. These guys are making student fail in assessment test and asking to take more classes. I don’t know about other driving schools but GMDC is just earning money from students.Even wasting time with money.Only it’s all about business.Worst !!!!No chance of providing zero point in reviews so given one star above - the lowest one.

Absolutely a waste of time. Take it from all the negative comments which are available here. It is a far from worthy Driving school - the low prices are simply there to attract you and rip you off. Everything takes ages, it is a slow and super inefficient process. It would be a smarter choice (economically) to invest in another driving school. Save your time. Save your money. Please dont follow the mistakes of so many (including myself) here.

I was there for assessment, examiner didnt put seat belt and after assessment he said y u didnt ask me to put seat belt 😝 assessment is bit tricky so be careful when appearing in it.

Very weak and bad institute that can make u fail intentionally to make more money.. I dont recommend enrolling to them even if they have nice offers. Most of instructors are uneducated. You just do whatever u learn from the instructor but examiners write a lot of mistakes from ur driving and make u fail. This school has that mafia just to fail u and make u pay more money to attend their classes

Not good, mismanagement

Although the charges are reasonable, but not all the Driving instructors are well behaved and properly trained themselves. The first instructor who taught me for most of the course was not very helpful and was also rude in talking, he was also not technically well versed and not thorough. Later my classes were with other instructors who were good in behavior and also technically well versed. Overall service here is good but if they train their driving instructors properly in soft skills it would be better.

Extremely pathetic services. Very disinterested counter staff who hardly has courtesy displayed on their faces. Was referred to Ms Aisha there, probably a Centre manager to address my issues as my classes and tests were getting delayed too much and I am having to now renew my learning permit twice. This is because Ms Aisha directed me to some Mr Nasar at the Centre who allotted my road classes and took payment for my assessment test as well. However he said he will call later to tell me about next available date for test. Neither did any call come to me nor any response after me personally visiting the Centre to leave hand written messages for him. There is no response and after multiple calls I am never able to reach across to anyone there. Absolutely pathetic approach. File number 8600507 in case they are interested in referring to. I am now going to lodge an official complaint with the authorities here on this.

If you need to see an organization handling its customers in the worst way please visit here. This place have token system that gives you a token and make you wait for 2hrs or more and meanwhile they attend some others known to them. Terrible experience from staff.

They have only one staff when theres a lot of customers. We waited almost 2 hours to be entertained. Disappointed for wasting our time. Hope the management can look into this.

Cheap place to take a driving license especially for those who can actually drive and have a driving license from their home country.I don’t recommend for beginners.If you didn’t feel comfortable or didn’t like your trainer just go and change it do not wait don’t be tension.There are other schools more expensive but with better facilities. It’s up to you.

Galadari Driving school in Muhaisana is One of the best driving school in DubaiAll nationality instructors are available like Indian, Pakistani, Banglai etc.I got trained from Good Instructor and got license.DRIVE Confidently and Expose it to the Examiner for 7-10 mts who is in road final test.Surely you will get.

Very bad. I want to give zero but here no option. Today I visited the centre I asked staff to book my class as soon as possible, and she said no class availability before 8, so she asked me to go main branch. Then I went to main branch and the guy whom I met he said you cant book your class from here. What is this? He said if you are not satisfied you can cancel your file. Unprofessional behaviour.
