The worst driving school .I will never recommend this school for million of reasons ,i will mention some of them . they give you schedule that suits their timing not yours ,if you need to change the schedule because your work timing is changed you need to pay for changing ,their training won’t help you to pass the parking test ,if you ask them for additional course they will give it in same days you were training in ,if you need to change the training day you need to pay addiotional fees again,pay ,pay………,be aware don’t loose your money and time

Booking classes is very difficult if you book for fixed price courses.They will tell they will get back.If you call after 2 days and say I called you before 1 week.Then they will book classes.Means only giving priority to the angry and normal paying students.Fixed price courses very low priority.

Ibn batuta branch never pick up my calls. I always have to continuously call for atleast 3 days for them to finally pick up. I do not understand why the main branch cant atleast schedule tests?

Very slow in response. Each instructor has different opinion. Very confused whom to follow. No uniformity in teaching. Regret joining EDI. Dont refer EDI to anyone.

Terrible experience with this school.. On 23rd Feb 2020, I applied in this school for the fixed course for AED 8200+ hoping that I wont have to pay anything extra and hassle-free booking of classes and tests. I was only told that I will pay extra AED 140 every 3 months if I want my learning permit to be extended in case I still dont pass the tests.Unfortunately, it was a mistake! I was having difficulties getting my license due to 1) booking of classes, 2) booking of tests, 3) covid and 4) unexpected hidden charges.1) booking of classes - It happened multiple times that whenever I had the time to resume my classes continuously, JLT branch will always promise to call me after 2 weeks (imagine) it never happened. I will always be the one to keep following and expect for a miracle.. he even mentioned 4 weeks waiting time for a female instructor.2) booking of tests - I do not know what kind of process the do in booking the first school assessment test, but I had to wait again minimum 2-3 weeks for that to happen. Imagine what kind of nightmare I had in already forgetting how to drive again (beginner/no driving experience)3) covid - they have closed the school for like 2 months so the learning permit has been extended in which they are obliged to do as I have already just paid them for that fixed course - but they make it look like I should be thankful for that and charge me more....4) unexpected hidden charges - so my learning permit expired on the 28th Aug. I paid for the AED 140just after 2 weeks after the expiry as it would just be another waste of money to just keep paying them when I am not available at that time, then I received a call from JLT branch that I need to pay AED 460 instead of the AED 140. OF COURSE, I was furious. Nobody told me about it. I was told that additional AED 320 is to reopen my file with RTA. They told me that that amount is for paying after the expiry of my learning permit and not being able to take any RTA Test for the past 6 months. (They even counted those times they closed due to covid and charged it on me)My advice, just put your money elsewhere. Theyre nothing as to what theyre portraying to be.20693549

I have been trying to call this branch from last 2 days, no one picks up the call and not even call back. I have tried so many times but no one picks any time.

Horrible service . They need a week just to get back to you on booking a class . Another week to answer your call. Another week to book a test. They are very slow !! They don’t care. Some of the employees are rude. They complicate the process instead of making things easier and smoother . They just want ur money. I don’t recommend it at all. Try other schools .

Highly disappointed with instructor ...prices r high and instructors r not gd...I changed 2 instructors and now had class with 3rd instructor..if I m paying too much then I expect effort from ur side as well...bt the instructors r like they want to come and complete the time..they dont care if students learn something or not...I took 32 classes from there and learn u turn in 2nd last day...and now taking extra classes and paying more for learning u turn..even my instructor does not know how to do parallel parking without touching right line.. and I got failed 2 times in parking because of her

It is a nightmare and biggest mistake to join EDI. Beware if anyone is thinking to join EDI.

Highly disappointed the person pick my call and he was busy in talking with someone really and he asked my number to call back really lol that guy need to have take out from his position right away.

I prefer to join hear and learn perfect driving, you can ask for pick and drop facility for free.

Very good Emirates driving institute.

Preferred over other schools but charges are high.
