School is first not helpful at all to students they just want to get your money and what they teach during classes and what RtA examiner judge you completely different things! I chose this school based on review Google and started last year September and they keep robbing me!They can not understand urgency and keep delaying classes and Tests! They do not feel themselves in your shoes! End of story, they want to rob you and make fail! That is their game plan for everyone! Make sure you go to other schools which is better!

When I came here in Dubai, I don’t have knowledge about driving that’s why I’ve decided to take driving classes in DriveDubai. Good driving institution in DIP area. I got my driving license in my first attempt (2 months). Guys go for package it will be expensive but you will get classes regularly and service will be good. All instructors are well experienced.Cons:1) All time need to take taxi to reach the centre.At night time and Friday it will be difficult to find taxi.2) they will not give any extra classes until we fail or we need to pay more than contract.3) Need to pay full contract amount before booking final test and i paid it. after i pass RTA they asked me again to pay extra 52.5 AED then only we can collect our license. But, this amount is beyond the contract and it’s not fair.

Sorry to give you 3/5. The reason behind that the staff at the reception (Female) thinking that we are coming there for free and we have some problems. Dear sister, Try to understand that we are your customer. The people who doesnt have master degree what you have is treating us in a proper way and their way is strategic once dealing with us (Trainers, Drivers, security and even the cleaners).Dear Management, Please ask your FOH team to be kind and respect others emotions and provide the information in a proper way instead of being rude.Thank you Sir Omar for the supports and Mr. Pakistani (Back office Gentlemen) for the good customer support.

I got my license today & I feel on top of the world. It took me a while & Im glad Im finally done.Im extremely grateful to all the instructors Ive ever had, even the ones that Ive had for just 1-2 sessions. Mr. Kamran, Mr. Muhammad Alam, Ms. Noemi, Ms Roman & Ms Aisha have been extremely patient with me.The customer service department has always promptly responded to all my concerns.The RTA examiners have been the sweetest and I never felt nervous during any of the tests.I however want to bring out one point which has bothered me a lot. It took me almost 4.5 months to get my license. The main reason being the long gaps between the scheduled classes. Several times, Ive had to wait for almost 10-15 days just for a class. I understand that instructors are not readily available, but I suggest that the management of Drive Dubai should definitely do something to rectify this issue. Ive had friends who have opted for other schools, opened their files after me and yet gotten their licenses before me only because their classes are scheduled immediately.Would really appreciate if the management of Drive Dubai would take appropriate action so that other students dont have to face similar situations. Thanks!!

My worst experience in 8 years of living in Dubai. Very poor customer service, at the reception they tell you plain No without giving an explanation or offering solutions. Very poor choice of class timings. I had to change 3 instructors! The only decent person I met there was Mohammad Sajid, the instructor, whom I found by luck.

I had a great experience at drive dubai especially with my instructor Mr Mastan Akbar who taught me very well and was extremely kind throughout all our lessons. With his instruction I was able to ace all my tests, passing first time for all 4 tests, including RTA and the internal examinations.

Recently I had RTA road test with 2 times fail, which is not really surprising 🙄🤔…..Look, I am not blaming anyone, but let’s be honest admit that these examiners kinda treated me like I AM THERE FOR FREE , both of them told me, they gave me a chance, like excuse me? What are you talking about? What about I paid a lots of money ????Your driving instructor didn’t teach me how to park in a proper way….Training instructor is different story I will just leave it for others…….. When I wanted book for next road test, girl in counter told me to pay immediately, other way RTA won’t accept me… I asked if I can pay next time when I start my classes, she said big NO….. WOWMy question to RTA or whoever runs this circle, would they be nice to people and keep it higher?????Responding :For your information I paid for everything, I am aware you charge people a lot more than you teach them 😂I wonder why is this institute has such a bad reputation?

Just want to share my Experiences at DriveDubai.. I enrolled at DIP and I was not really informed or explained properly what are the rules. DriveDubai just charge me a few bucks and i got nothing in return i didnt even used there facility. I can understand the eye test fee (140 AED something)...but charging me around 340 aed its a bit off on my side. And it me 4 weeks to get my refund., Im not against at them.. Im just saying my experience., Its a bit rude charging a client that much without getting in return.

I had enrolled for driving licence through Drive Dubai by paying 1500 Aed, and after 1 month, as per my job requirement i moved from dubai to another emirate, so i went back to drive dubai for cancelling my file. Now they had charged me 1000 AED, i did not started training, online - offline lectures or driving clases, they told me that its their rule which demands 1000 AED for cancelling the file. They never told me about this kind of rules when i enrolled. If anyone knows how to bring this type of hidden rules for robbing money from innocent peoples to relevant authorities, please send me the details. I suggest everyone not to go and trapped yourself

Not recommended for those who are in urgency, I took registration for my wife from JVC branch and its taking good amount of time, if you fail you may have to wait for a month to get retest appointments and you have to pay renewal fee every 3months , may be priorities are given to VIP students.

Today I got My DUBAI Driving license from DRIVE DUBAI driving school with ZERO mistakes and I would like to share here some of my good experiences what I had during my learning...DRIVE DUBAI is not just a DRIVING SCHOOL it just like a FAMILY. Each and every employee of Drive Dubai is holding their responsibility and giving their best starting from the Branch Manager, Instructors, pick up and drop service drivers...I live in Dubai Industrial City and the Branch Manager Mr. Hyder of Drive Dubai was more supportive and simply superb at his service..NAHAS my Instructor, he was very patient and it did not matter how many times I forgot or did it wrong he would go over it as often as needed. Nahas provides a fantastic learning environment and i really thanks to him that I conquered today that dreaded test. He did more than just teach me to drive but taught me how to be a GOOD DRIVER.The pickup and drop service at Drive Dubai is awesome and the Drivers namely AYAZ was so friendly and gave their timely pickup services from the location to attend the tests and classes on time...REGARDING RTA OFFICERS, they are very communicative and friendly. I got driving licence today on my first attempt. All credit goes to my instructors Mr. Sarfaraz, Mr. Thameem and Mr. Abid. All these instructors are highly competent enough to raise the driving skills of students. Mr.Sarfaraz is fun packed cool person who take care even your minute mistakes. Mr. Thameem is very friendly, supportive and gives more advise on practical training. Mr. Abid took my independent driving session, it was very informative and I understood what were my weaknesses. I got license in 82 days after opening the file. Thanks to the shuttle service drivers also for their helping mentality. The booking agent Naser from discovery gardens was perfect. The only thing I doesnt like was the long gaps between the tests. I paid extra money for rescheduling the test date and extension of RTA file due to this.

Mr Abdul Rehman is doing a great job and very helpful in terms of coordination . He gives you proper reminders before every single class and very flexible in terms of aligning the class and test .Special Thanks to My instructor Mr. Muhammad Rashid who taught me very well and guiding me all the way till end . He carefully point all the small mistakes that you are making during the lesson and will try the level best so that you pass the final road test in the very first attempt .I would highly recommend him as a instructor and the school Drive Dubai .Good luck

An update after dealing with customer services:After adding my review the customer service team lead by Mr. Mohammed Naveeb escalated my case and ensured that I had all the proper training to get my license. They also gave me an extra 1 hour class with no charge to ensure I am fully prepared to take the exam.The customer care handle overall was excellent that it made the experience get raised by two more stars! So my recommendation is that in case of any issues being faced to please reach out to them and they will so everything they can to help you just like they did with me!-----------I did not try many driving schools and this was my first, yet I can speak and say so far it is the worst.Communication: It takes more than a week to just book for a class and exam although you already paid for everything. Then they tell you sorry were fully booked.. well sure when you take a week to get a 5 minute job done. There will be no slot left on the time I want!Teaching: there is no visibility to see the rating or the level of the assigned instructor, And you get assigned to many of them to the point that each one confuses you with another learning method than the other. You find yourself with instructors telling you youre good to pass when RTA examiner tells nop, youre not qualified to drive on the road yet. Then somehow youre the one to blame for entering the exam while not being ready when the instructor is the one who said youre prepared for it!Financials: be prepared to pay double of what you paid originally on your course plan, due to tremendous amount of failures youll get, plus the delays which will keep on making your learning permit expiring!Transportation & Location: school is in a place where there is no reach for any public transportation that you would need to request for an Uber or Careem just to pick you up. They will tell you that they have transportation but its not even efficient, so If I have a class at 11 I can only have a ride by the bus at 9! Whats the point of waiting from 9:30 till 11 in the school? And same logic applies when coming back home that you just give up and get a taxi!Overall the experience was and still very frustrating & very bad.. I am looking into a way of raising a complain to Dubai RTA for how lousy this school system is. And how it is so unprofessional to keep on calling multiple people just to get our classes or exams booked when simply we can have that done through a simple student management system that allows us to do so, but all what their system has as a function is paying fees!! Which is all what matters to them!In conclusion I do not recommend this school at all. Its a total 0/10 from all perspectives!

As i had no transport and due to language requirement, he sort of helped me to get the most suitable instructor and also took acre of the necessary arrangements. Then i met the instructor, Mr. Thameem Ansari, who was a very competent and excellent instructor. He was very engaging and made every lesson exciting. He was very patient throughout the lessons and made sure we pay attention to all the important stuffs.

I would like to thank this driving school. Very professional and friendly staff. I recommend this school for anyone who would like to get a driving license. Special thanks to Mr. Prabha and my teacher Mr.Omer. Guys you are very cool and super.

The customer service was good here, the on-site staff were nice and encouraging so I had a fun time. I didnt have any trouble communicating with any of the staff as they were patient even though my social anxiety is bad. I dont mind waiting 1-2 hours before a class/test at school (because of the schools transportation) only because Im home-schooled, so I can imagine it becomes taxing and inconvenient to those who arent in the same circumstances as me.The way the school books your RTA tests (parking/road) is awkward because right after you finish the class only then will the school ask you when you want to book your exam. The RTA tests in the next few days wont have any slots left, so you will be forced to pick a date that is 1-2 weeks away. I got the short end of the stick and would get tests 2 weeks away, so naturally one would forget right? The only times I got a slot that wasnt weeks away was after I had to pay extra (my course was fully paid and not pay as I go) and after my dad complained.I would recommend that the school change their system a bit by asking if they(the student) want to book their test right as the student is being told when their classes are as to make sure their tests will be conducted after a few day/s instead of weeks. Other than that, my time here was memorable!

This is a good driving training center

When i enrolled for it, i was given a relationship manager. Due to corona , they closed that branch and my RM lost his job. Since then I have to call so many numbers just to get my classes booked. I had to reschedule my RTA road test due to their employees irresponsibility. The employee forgot to book my classes before the RTA test and stopped answering my call. I tried calling their call center but no one answering the calls. I regret applying for the test through this institute.@ Hasna waheed - same to same story with me. I had to pay to renew my learning permit again due the failure of their employee not booking the classes.Even when i inform them to book the classes one week in advance, yet i have to call 2-3 times in between just to ensure they have booked the classes for me. I will never recommend this institute to anyone. They are not at all professional. And they dont deliver what they promise.

I would really like to thank Drive Dubai for issuing me Driving License, I just got it today finally. I am very pleased to have Mr. Thameem Ansari as my instructor who has abundant knowledge and experience about teaching, without him, it would have been very difficult to get the licence and it would have taken more time than I took.
