Ms Cecilia is a great Teacher, she thought me much more things which other trainers failed to teach me(well all are good but Cecilia is best).Mr. Saad gave me really good motivational speech 😁 before attempting my 2nd test, which really helped me a lot. I would like to give those stars to the ED school for hiring such an amazing and talented instructor Ms, Magdoline, i took all my classes with her and even though i have been driving for five years she managed to teach me new amazing things while being in the road and she managed to make the classes fun and educational, i highly recommend asking for her when taking classes, she is truly an amazing human being and instructor, god bless her.

You learn the value of patience from EDI. If you are a beginner I ll never recommend this place to start off learning to be a good driver. Regular breaks after every procedure sucks out the focus outta you. You ought to underperform under pressure. If you have time to spare you get a lotta time behind the wheels. But if you are target oriented with a steep deadline then never ever go with EDI.

Check the complete details of course before you make the payment. Shift course cost 500AED extra than the normal course. But for those extra classes, the per hour charge is double than the normal course.Regular training course : AED130/hourShift training course : AED 210/hour

I had amazing experience with the trainers! But failing in parking for like 5 times and all my instructor says that I will pass. They dont know why am I failing! I am failing again and again in garage but when I take training my instructor says, I am all good! If I will not know what am I doing wrong, how will I pass? PLEASE NEVER BUY LIMITED, ALWAYS GO FOR A PACKAGE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE BANKRUPTED LIKE ME!

I must say EDI is one of the best driving school in dubai , with knowledgeable instructors .but UNFORTUNATELY u have the worst reception staffs in main office and abra branch , not approachable at all . They used to answer on sarcastic way and shout with students. I hope u will have mannered staff to represent your company . Remember: WITHOUT STUDENTS NO BUSINESS !!!

Got my license from here today!!....would recommend Mr. Sajjad Hussain as your instructor because I found him to be the best there and believe you wont regret it. Other than that the services are good provided that they are a bit slow and need to be more faster with the process.

It used to be good, but now they will keep on failing you if you take the unlimited classes to rip you off, it seems like they dont want their students to have license, plus booking for classes is a headache cos you have to wait for long time, again their way of delaying so you will reach another 3 months and pay, so what is the point of getting unlimited classes if you have to pay again every 3 months???

EDI used to be good back in the day but now I guess success has caught on to them, lost their way and forgotten that they are service based and customer oriented. Iam utterly disappointed the way I was treated and now I wish had registered with some other institute.Please anyone looking to enroll for driving lessons, there are other good schools who do care about their customer and capable of providing much better service.

Edi is a good driving school the staff and driving instructors are really helpful.....if you have any doubts you can ask your instructor he/she will guide you very well 😊

I go here for my driving classes, great driving instructions and I Love how they give the dates so quickly.

Its a great training centre for all kinds of vehicular licenses. Right from getting the initial documents to the customer service and the interaction system is great. Online lectures are very well designed. On the training the instructors are very efficient and friendly. Booking of classes and exams is hastle free. I highly recommend this place if you want to get your driving or riding license. I was there for motorbike one.

NOT recommended at all. The staff have poor communication most of the time. They didnt book my classes but still asked me to come all the way to EDI more than once. And I did not complete with EDI after the RTA test because I saw too many people who have been repeating their tests for the fifth time or more!! Also, the timings are never flexible and you always have to wait when your instructor has booked classes which means you will keep changing instructors and become confused. There are extra payments on everything. EDI is a waste of time and money.

Few of the trainers are good but most are careless and do not really care about the student. the cars are clean and no issue with it. One thing you need to know is that passing the road Edi assessment is impossible they wont pass you until you fail 3 or 4 times to make profit, the Edi inspector always say you drive good but still need to improve and fail you. The RTA final test is way easier and a fair test as they dont cheat. If you take the unlimited offer then i would recommend it to you but if not then it is high recommend you dont apply to this driving center

For each time student have to wait for 1,2 week to book the class. If you are going to open your file wait for class 2 weeks if you fail in any attempt wait for class 1-2 weeks. Waiting time is so long. Their Instractor behave like they are RTA officers and teaching us free of cost.

If you had applied for limited driving offer then they will fail you till you pay amount equivalent to unlimited or more citing quality issues etc etc

Worst driving school of Uae never opt.

Training and everything else is OK but it is very difficult to pass the assessment test. Every time the examiner makes you fail and ask you to make the payment for the course until you pass. They are very tricky and playing with your emotions. Better dont go to them. There are several good institutes out there.

They take like ages to schedule a class like 3-7 days just to schedule a date of after 8-10 days. Public dealing staff is nice and polite. Road test instructor says driving was good but i cannot pass you. It seems they have rule to pass only at 3rd try no matter how good or bad you drive.

Worst experience I ask since 5jul to transfer my file and still nothing and no one calls to confirm , I will never gonna recommend these driving institute it is like a very very slow process they said it is 3 days but it takes almost a month to get update

The worst driving institute in Dubai. Horrible customer service and administration that cant get anything done for you, it takes you ages to get anything done due to the terrible system they have. The driving instructors are also extremely rude. Its harder to pass through EDI than it is to pass the RTA exams. DO NOT OPEN A FILE IN EDI.

They advertise as the best in Dubai. Noooooooooo way, if you do really want to struggle, fight with representatives for slots for your driving and wait for weeks, literally weeks to do anything from lessons to exams, and God forbid you fail on of the exams, it will take you eternity to finish this FRUSTRATION. Today is 28 of September 2021 and I was trying to book Smart Yard test. Representative offers me 7th of October. Literally if I fail this test it will take to get a slot one and a half weak at least if I am lucky.If you desire to obtain your license fast and efficient this is not the place you would go. They bought few ultra expensive cars for show off and made a lot of advertising but service is a DisaSTER.

The first, I regretted the registration, for the institute is for many reasons, the most important of which is that the one who registered for me is clear that she was a new, untrained employee, because she explained everything to me during the registration, and I only discovered in two dimensions things that she was supposed to clarify, and after I asked for a trainer and not a coach, I am not surprised on the first day of study that there is no trainer and all of them are Rayel I was thinking of withdrawing, but I relied on God and continued, and praise be to God I continued, the coaches are very respectful, especially the trainer who trained me Mr. Naveed. Anyone who thinks about taking a bicycle, especially girls, I advise you to the coach, the top of respect, and he knows about your mistakes and conscience, and what he beautifully warns you about your mistakes constantly and points you to them so that It prompts you to be better about the lesson that has gone through, it has a technique, the education is that it allows you to go ahead and pay attention to your mistakes, and then drive in front of you so that you can see what is right, any question you ask gives time to answer and clarify and I would like things that I consider the main reason that I take the year from the first time after the merit God, after being coached by Wade, he was cooperative and gave time for any inquiries. Institute failed I do not advise any one by and very expensive and Besqtok P examinations inside the Institute very much to pay the evaluation exam fall down 800 dirhams I fell 3 times and by the way people 5, 6 and 13 nYou hear stories there, but dragging your man and laughing at you with the quality and speech, which is not useful, and this is very expensive compared to the other institutes and Hdhko you pay so much time will come I would not recommend any human being failed dearly and Htahlb I decided to close the file with them and our Lord compensates high in money By the way, the percentage of Arabs who are in it is very, very few.
