Paying upfront will not save your money or time. Once paid, they will simply push you aside and cause delays so you that you have to pay more. I wish I had read the reviews before opening my file with them.I started in May with 3 lessons a week. They took a month to schedule just the first lesson from passing my theory test. Still here 6 months later.The parking lessons are always short and busy because there are too many lessons at the same time and not enough space to practice, you have to take turns with the other students. Its all very inconvenient and stressful.If you happen to fail an assessment test, you will need to re-book another lesson before you can re-take the test. The booking process is a headache, they will tell you that someone will call you back with the availability. Dont be surprised when they never do. They are always fully booked, not even 1 hour is available in 2 weeks apparently. How do you expect people to pass if they dont have regular practice? I guess they are too busy to prioritise students who have already paid.They will make you chase them and then ignore you when you do. My friend used another company, we started at the same time, however she completed all within 2 months with no previous experience and paid much less than I did.Will not recommend EDI to anyone I know. Its a real shame, because my instructor is great, its the rest of the service that is lacking. If you have unlimited time to waste, this is the perfect school for you.

Guys be aware when enrolling on EDI, once you paid for unlimited course they will just let you wait and wait.Even the customer service who is doing the registration, specifically in business bay branch at bay avenue they didn’t even inform me that I have to wait for 4 weeks. They just let us sign, pay and done and of course, the unending waiting term they used to say. Such a waste of TIME

As an existing student ...Honestly if you want to save money and time than never come to Edi..once you paid they will forget you for a year...class and test booking Too Too slow. ..If any problem comes nobody will help you...You will forced to go counter to counter and at the end you will feel helpless..

I am extremely sad that you are not very considerate of the condition and welfare of your PAYING customers. My wife who is currently enrolled with you for classes unfortunately fell sick and had to be in and out of the doctors clinic in the past 5 days of last week, on which she had a scheduled class, hence requesting to reschedule her class for another session due to aforementioned reason, but you will not excuse her and have her forfeit the schedule thus making her PAY for another session!!!! Your customer support requested to provide a medical certificate VALID WITHIN 3 DAYS of absence. So my wife got a medical certificate 2 days after and submitted it. BUT YOUR BRILLIANT SUPPORT STAFF said that the med cert should be dated on the date that she had to miss the class - which I think is ridiculous because if she could have gotten out of bed to get a Medical Certificate, then she might as have attended her class! Also why can your staff - instructor cancel a session for whatever reason and your paying customer with a valid reason cant? ARE YOU ALL ABOUT THE MONEY?

I am not happy at all i paid unlimited and i signed on the contract to have my lessons after 2 weeks from theory exam and after that my file will be closed after 3 months if i don’t pass my exams they want me to extend and to pay again to re open my file this protocol are using in their institute to gain monney i am very upset really they have a lot of institutes are honest with you and don’t want to gain monney really I am very surprised with this !!!!!

DONT GO THERE. IT WILL TAKE YOU AGES TO EVEN START YOUR DRIVING PRACTICE. Very slow and they know it. They will take your money fast, but then only one thing you will hear calling the hotline - please wait for the call, we will cal you back as soon as we can schedule your driving practice. SO WHY YOU TAKE MY MONEY IF YOU CANNOT FULFIL YOUR OBLIGATIONS? Killing time, wasting money. Go for some less popular, there are plenty of them in Dubai. Go through all the responds below - people are saying the same. I did a big mistake not reading this before I went there.

If you can avoid this driving school at all costs.I started a motorbike class with them and completed my yard lessons on 17 June and after following up numerous times with the center and the instructor i managed to get an appointment to a test 1 month later needless to say I failed.However, it does get worse. The RTA official said all i needed was another hours training and when talking to EDI they said no you require 4 hours to get tested again (not explained at registration). I tried to get a lesson on Friday @7 am like i payed for, they said no the only lesson available is at 9.30 because tests are on going. They offered me a Saturday class at (to quote the person on the phone) 8.30 and told me the usual information try to be there 15 minutes before. The Saturday morning I had a slight emergency and arrived at 8.42 to be told that I am marked as absent as the lesson starts at 8.25 and I am over the 15 min limit.EDI now expects me to pay for an extra lesson due to their employee providing me with the wrong information about the lecture date further delaying my license process.Again if you can avoid this center with your life, they are the most unprofessional people I dealt with and seem to only want to milk you for your money (the only reason they get 1 star is that their instructors are great)

Guys be aware of the trap , Once you pay them Youre left with no option .They are massive slow to schedule classes and test , If you have half of the decade time to get the license than this is the best place to spend time.

I paid for 3 months of training with enough time to get my driving license. I needed my driving license for keeping my job in my country. After the Theory test they had me calling and waiting for n entire month telling me they were gonna call me back to keep my classes!!! They wasted my time! I had to personally complain to the customer service about their horrible services and magically that day they called me. Then after some days right before my night classes they call me saying that my 3 months were expired and I needed to keep paying for the classes. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE TIME THEY MADE ME LOOSE AND THEIR OWN MISTAKES!! It’s unacceptable. They kept me waiting and regretting me and then they tell me that my time is expired. I haven’t skipped any of the classes and I passed all the test at first try. They are making me pay for their mistakes and bad services. Because of that I lost my job, my time and thousands in cash. I’m thinking about putting a big complaint or report this case to the Dubai Police for Scam. They made me loose my money and my time because of their mistakes. And still they want me to pay for them. I do not recommend this Driving institute. this should be ilegal.

Very long waiting time!!! It makes your learning permit expire and renew and pay them again. I’ve been trying book classes and it’s useless to call the callcenter. The length of the validity of the learning permit will only eat up the waiting DAYS/WEEKS!!! This is really a bad service! Very unreasonable! Don’t really recommend this institution.

Dont go to this school, they will keep charging you for everything. They didnt explain to me my package properly and let me pay around 6k for it. One year i am with them and i still dont have a license and my total spending is 16K now!!!! and the treatment i get in this school is careless, my friends went to Galadari school, paid max 7k and got their licenses in only 3 months!!! The instructor was picking them up from their home, drive 2 hours and then dropping them home!!! the call center isnt helpful either!!! i always have to call back and keep following up!!! The worst decision i made is choosing this school!!!!

I registered at their booth in Mall of Emirates they were very helpful & Fast.Their customer service is wonderful specially AmirI needed to take couple of classes ahead of my final exam ( since my license is eligible for final exams directly) they got back to me within couple of hours with availability & booked at once.The best part was MS. Nefdja I highly recommend herShe definitely helped me alot to be more alert , take care of small errors & she will give you notes youll need not only to pass the test but to drive safely afterwards.Overall , a great experience.Thank you EDI & RTA

This is by far the worst service Ive dealt with in Dubai for the past 7 years. Very unprofessional when it comes to honoring their contracts and respecting their customers by abiding by the set time frames. Its been over 1 month since I have taken the Theory Test and my road practice lessons havent been scheduled yet! I even received an SMS from RTA saying that my Learning License will expire very soon, and I feel very helpless and hopeless as EDI keep postponing and never confirming. It is unacceptable that they cannot organize their resources in a way that allows them to respect contracts and peoples times. They probably just seek to suck more money by providing the better service to only those who pay the most expensive package.Do yourself a favor and find another Driving Institute.

To be fair, the driving instructor together with their staff are all very intelligent, professional and helpful. But if you are not proactive in following up schedules, this is the wrong driving school for you.I am still currently taking their course and I opened my file with them March 29. I finished theory test within a week to avoid delays and up until now I am 7/10 required hours with no assessment (0/2) and no test (0/2) yet completed.They will say that there is a mandatory wait of 2 weeks wherein somebody will call you to start your driving lessons. This is due to the fact that they have so much students and not enough resources to deal with their students. Of course, nobody called while waiting for 2 weeks and I have to follow it up to them.Check other driving schools please and dont get attracted with the low prices. You will pay it with your own time.

I agree with many as per their commentsAfter 5months i got my licence.We have enrolled with unlimited classes and opted for pick and drop servicefor first class they took nearly 30days andBesides Time and Customer service were pathetic.Though they say pick and drop service for every test and new classes I have to go personally and after 5:30PM there is no drop service.,Which had costed me .For every exam, I have waited nearly 10-15days which made me lose or forget the techniques due to huge gap and lack of practice.I suggest RTA to consider minimum gap than such a long period.Recommend:I felt better and was thought good techniques by Nazish(AlQuoz) and lady instructors teach better than expected.Opt for unlimited class to free ur mind from payments and failures.Wishing everyone a gool luck for ur exam

One of the worst choices I have made was choosing Emirates Driving institute so unprofessionalThe disrespect I have been showed is disgusting and shameless.On my mandatory 4 hours of training ( after failing assessment test) Abdul my instructor has raised his voice towards a student who was asking a simple question where do I go to park the car he responded angry shouting go there. I am furious about what happend and also why I am attending these classes again over Salijith ( my previous instructor) who I also raised a complaint about as he was on his phone and I did not have the opportunity to learn properly about Driving.This is absolutely Horrendous. I have paid everything in full and to feel that I have wasted my money and perhaps chosen another school as either your reputation is undeserving or Ive been very unfortunate.I am simply asking for an attentive instructor whose patient. I understand by 10pm at night an instructor may be tired but I am a willing to learn studentSent an email and still have not heard from them. One of my friend Vikram from #Bengaluru suggested me to register for this institute though they r little bit expensive when compared to other #DrivingInstitute in #Dubai. Trust me they r worth every bit of it 😇. Instructors r very professional and highly skilled, they will push you very hard to become a good driver. I still remember when I was doing my highway classes and the instructor helped me to overcome my fear of speeding cars.Big thanks to Mr. Habib and Mr. Joseph my instructors who trained me due to which I cleared all my assessment at first attempt. I enrolled my self during April end and I got my license in July. It was a great experience, thank u #EDI

Very unprofessional, I completed my pre-evaluation test 5 weeks before. still waiting for training classes to schedule. My learning permit is also going to expire in Aug(cannot utilize Current RTA Learning permit properly because of their delay/slow process, i have to renew my RTA learning permit from my pocket). Extremely disapointed and really angry ..i wish i knew and read the reviews b4 enrolling with you coz 90% of the reviews here are negative …it would have saved me the time and money to enroll with you …very long waiting period ..i did my theory exam and passed more than 5weeks ago and when i call they still tell me i have to wait for more than 42 more days to start my practicals…if you dont have enough trainers why do you enroll so many students and keep them frustrated on your waiting list ..and still you wont give refund and clearance if someone wants to change school claiming its non refundable ..wish to get my clearance and money back to enroll with a diff school since this one i dont see any hope of getting my licence any time soon with your poor communication ..i honestly wouldnt even advise anyone to eroll there ..

Customer service operators taking too much time they attend one customer more then1 hour very slow service and only 1 operator there to attend the customers for registration and inquiry both.If you want to go there for new registration you must need whole day or 6 7 hours.Should be 2 operators there for registration.Otherwise all service is very good.

Training is good, however booking and scheduling is incredibly challenging. A missed training session can cost between aed400-800. Customer service not very good.

Bikes are of average quality. I myself failed a final RTA road test due to the bike mistake. But the RTA examiner didnt agree and failed me.

Its almost one month now.Today I got the call from a guy and he told my classes are starting from Saturday.I told him Im out of town and requested for change in start date. EDI is an institution with no ethics, morals, or values. All they care about is making money. They will make you wait for 3-4 weeks to assign you a tutor; they will make you wait for 3-4 weeks to assign you a test slot.Most of the tutors can’t communicate in English, and despite multiple requests, they didn’t assign me someone who can converse in English, which made it very difficult to understand what was happening.If you’re filthy rich, and are willing to spend 15,000 AED, please pay for the platinum course and get your license within 2 weeks (irrespective of how bad a driver you are). Otherwise, please go to some other institution!

I want to share my experience here in EDI...first in the instructor ..some of them is very patient with their student specially my instructor from the start who teach me from a-z..that is Mr.Jagdish..and the other one is Mr. Sadar always there with me until I pass they are respectful person..I recommend them..I just get my license in just 2 attempt.. EDI declared there will be minimum waiting period of 2 weeks after passing theory test, but now I am here after more than a MONTH waiting just to start even training for more than a month period.I dont know whether I recommend this school, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH EDI!!!

Bad service, they don’t have enough staff and they keep changing the driving instructor their schedule is always full and you have to wait for ages to take lessons or make test. The staff is not helpful and not friendly. Terrible communication.They changed driving teacher 4 times and when i asked for a compensation class they said it’s my fault that i agreed to complete with them !! I stopped my learning classes and didn’t complete with them and they didn’t compensate or give my money back.NEVER REGISTER THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Too much waiting for practical classes and after tests

So, I applied for license exchange a week ago at EDI booth in Dubai Mall, paid the fee and everything. Next day I called to book and an appointment on Monday (for purpose).Arrived at my appointment, took the confusing RTA Theory Test, passed. Then ooked RTA road test while there, and passed. And issued my license at the same time.Center was clean, literally in less than an hour I was done, they are organized, good, kind & professional people. Everything went smooth and easy. Only down side, I had to wait for an hour to print my license as the employee was on a break which it wasn’t mentioned anyway that there a break in between working hours.My RTA examiner was totally professional and clear in his instructions. Overall; recommended center & driving school.

One of the worst experiences ever. Hurdles in every step of the process. Booking lessons, booking tests sometimes takes over 15 days, unhygienic premises especially in these times, unhelpful staff.. examination process in my view is unfair and prone to errors. Suggest higher authority to look into the whole operations of that center and to the staff attitude which shows no motivation to work and a disregard to the students.Suggest to try other centers you may have better luck.

Iam currently in a journey with EDIthe first impression was very goodMy instructor was Edgardo from Phillipines.He was very nice guy and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him.After the training things got changed.The examiner was horrible I did 2 test with him.My first test wasnt going very well.I drive above the limit and wasnt focus at all.But the second test was not something unacceptable because1) I was told that I drive too fast while iam driving below 60 and the speed limit was 602) I was told that I didnt do the head check while I did it.3) It was mentioned that I didnt give waybut the fact is that I was waiting for the other car to pass by but then she give a way to me So, he told me to go ahead4)Failure to ensure the road, lane or roundabout is clear before entering / proceeding.The fact is there is no car when I went inside the small roundabout.And some other minor fault also but let me not mention again.Lastly to take an appointment I call the branch supervisor for 2 days but didnt have chances to speak so, I call the call center and they told me they will call me back in 3 days 🙈🙈So, my whole point is why does it takes so long to take an appointment for ongoing student to book for class even for test.I understand if it is RTA test but this is within institute.Is this because of less staff or just wasting time or trying to make more money or is it because iam in regular course.I choose this institute because I was informed and recommend by my friends that the service is really quick.But its not happening.thank you

Beware of registering with this school, by far this is our worst experience in UAE, registered my wife for driving course and this is the full experience in details :1. wrong information given at registration time (regarding classes timing and day) supposed to be Sat - Mon - Wed, later they called to change to Sun- Tue-Thu because no teachers available.. we accepted and agreed just to finalize this quicker although this should be checked and communicated to us at the time of registration and we should have the choice of accepting to register or not. we were very clear that we want to finalize it as soon as possible before April 2021.2. wrong information given also regarding transportation, we clearly mentioned night classes and the representative confirmed they have a bus. However, it turned out to be 1 and half hour before class time and my wife has to walk almost 10 minutes to the meeting point which means she should spend 4 hours in driving school (working from 8-5 then leaving 6:30 by bus and start class from 8-10 then again another hour in the bus while school is 8 minutes drive from our home)3. agreed for the classes with Arabic speaking Female instructor, then after second class the instructor was changed 3 times (non-Arabic speaking) with no excuse and each time new instructor asks my wife where did you reach in your classes !!! is this our responsibility to update the new instructor or there should be proper follow up from school making sure the student does not become confused due to that? why did they even change the instructor ? I have been here for 15 years and many people I know had driving classes with the same instructor from beginning till the end even after they failed and had extra classes it was the same instructor.4. when we requested a compensation on the 6 hours classes they refused, we also filed almost 7 complaints with no single follow up or proper solution, each time I do a follow up they advise to call at 4 and then they inform us that the supervisor is not available and if they call us back after 20 follow ups they blame the student for accepting the class !! is this the service level accepted by owners ? the student accepted your change because you have no other replacement and you inform her it will take long time to arrange Arabic female instructor and we were very clear at the time of registration to make sure we finalize classes before April and they confirmed it will not take more than a month.5. We filed a request to withdraw the registration with full refund, total amount paid around 4,950 and the refund will be only 1,050 ! They claim we received the services from them which from the above clearly shows the level of service we received.6. I went for my training class today and the instructor was not there. Now the training has been rescheduled to some other day. The entire process of getting a license seems a never-ending process. For every training class the instructor changes so one doesnt know whether there is any improvement in driving skills. And then when one sits for the road test, the test report makes you feel that you are not at all equipped for driving. Objective of choosing EDI should be to gain confidence in driving and not the other way. Dont want to blame on the people working there but looks like everyone is overloaded and there is lot to manage with scarce resources. For the customer, its like keep paying money endlessly without deriving any value. And if you are a working professional, imagine the nightmare one has to go through to take out time during the weekdays for the classes. Hope my feedback is taken in the right spirit and I see some sense of effort to improve this.

Absolutely fantastic place to learn and get your license. Most, if not all of the staff members are friendly and they prepare you for everything. Definitely the best place to get your driving done in the UAE.

Please donot go with EDI if you want to do your liscense in the UAE. RTA parking test slots and RTA Road test slots are available after 3-4 weeks during which you basically do nothing. I strongly recommend to go with any other driving school but not EDI. Manual steps at every point which is not communicated when you book or start your file, process needs lot of refining and improvement.

I m recently joined EDI. Now my feel bad when show review from students. Customer service any time busy we will wait more than 15 minutes. When I joined that time I refer to my colleagues to join EDI. Now my feel very bad.I make 1 big mistake to join EDI

Heres my story. Ive been taking the whole 40 hour course and til now im not done yet. Earlier this morning I took the RTA Smart Yard test. and I only had to do the angle parking, apparently there was no one watching and supervising my performance. The Machine errored and suddenly said Forced Disqualification WITHOUT ANY REASONS. And then I asked the RTA guy who was missing in his office for a long time, asking him what happened; he did not even investigate the situation and just relied on what the machine said. Now I dont have any other choice but to book another test and pay again for that; JUST BECAUSE they said so.As a Customer we are not looking for THE BEST Customer service, we are looking for the FAIR Customer Service. We are paying a lot of money here but you are asking us to spend and waste A LOT OF TIME too. This is very unsatisfying. Please resolve this issue with the people working in your company or even the RTA.

Too much waiting period, improper response.

Staff is not trained properly to give details to customers. Supervisor and Branch manager don’t care for customer satisfaction or issues. Had to pay AED 280.00 for incomplete information given from staff.Reply: I have written many emails, met the Supervisors, Branch Manager, person who did not inform us, Trainer but all has fallen on deaf ears always. Unfortunately I had to pay and get rid of it as the final RTA and road test was put on hold, purposely. Never ever recommend this driving Institute.

As the staff isnt paid well, that really shows up in terms of quality (not to blame the staff!)Building facilities arent so well maintained.Good otherwise.

Terrible call center customer service. You can call a hundred times and request a hundred call backs but when you finally talk to someone their response is the same, I cannot help you, please talk to my supervisor. When you ask to speak to their supervisor the response is either the supervisor isnt working today or you have to come in person to speak to them or I am unable to assist you please call again tomorrow. Why would I be calling if I could make the time to visit I would. I have work duty and not able even if I call 48hrs in advance or 24hrs in advance. They still mark me as absent and charge me 200aed penalty. Really ridiculous. What a frustrating experience with what should be a simple administration change. All it takes should be I send a message or a whatsapp to reschedule instead of whatever broken system they are currently using.

One of the worst schools ever in UAE.poor customer service, poor quality, no hygiene, no respect for student time, no proper instructors.Everything from top to bottom is just bad, try to avoid this school and register with any other well reputed one. you may find so many in Dubai.

Edi have hired drivers who came in uae to find the job .Some are truck drivers ,some are texi.Their behaviour are so cheap. Edi should train them and should built their behaviour.I will share you all detail just let me complete my driving classes.There are a lot of students but no more teacher.Training area is not enough. Just they waste time and. Fail people for money.I will share my experience to new comers in new more comment .When newcomers will join they do some things .you will be save your money your time.I will tell to edi what they are just i wanna finish ,wanna getride quickly from these people. Just wait for my new comments

They take way too many students at the same time that you have to schedule each class/test after 2 or 3 weeks.. total waste of time, and then once the day for the parking training comes you get to the school, and there are tens of students at the same time all waiting in their cars to get the chance to do parking training, you end up with barely enough time to do 1 parking of each type.. really poor service and a legal way to steal peoples money.. (I had to pay 250 dirhams for missing my internal road assessment which is basically me doing the same drive I did for 7 hours with the same EDI instructres, not even with RTA people)

Very poor management. The instructors do not speak English well and do not know how to teach properly. E.g. Sukaina, Dirbwork and the others do not teach well. They use their phones during the classes and make it obvious that they want to leave. They also cancel the classes randomly so it takes even longer to finish them. Very frustrating. Also, the parking lot area is always full so you will not get a chance to learn how to park properly, unless they make you pay for extra classes. EDI will make sure you pay for extra classes and they will fail you purposely. I dread every class because of the unprofessional teachers and their tendency to teach poorly. The examiner Faridha Ghulam will yell at you for small mistakes and essentially demotivate you throughout the test. She will say, how will you pass and try to fail you. She is very impatient and looks like she purposely fails everyone. Overall I regret spending even one dirham at this terrible institute... do not go here unless you want to waste money.

Very bad service unprofessional customer service they have only one answer ( I made a request and someone will call you ) and they keeps you for weeks until now am waiting for someone to call and never happenedAdvise don’t go with full package as the take your money and keep you on hold and they gives the Priority for normal package because they need them to pay more

The worst place to learn, non ending process, racist and passing tests depends on your nationality, not respected staff and they give fake promises, all what the care about is getting more money form you.

They will fail you on purpose on RTA test, cause it’s an extra 100aed for them every attempt

Let me also share my experience to u. Generally I agree with most of the negative reviews here in Google.1. Some male instructors are good, they are patient and teach u in a good way, I should deliver my thanks to those guys first, but some of them are not that professional, they will spend much time playing mobile phone while u are driving.2. You probably will fail the RTA smart parking test many times, each time I failed, I had to wait for at least two weeks for the re-test, EDI staff said this was due to RTA examiners availability, I prefered to believe it at the beginning, but then I found each time I went for test there, RTA examiner was like very very free, I arrived there much earlier before the schedule and I took the test immediately, no other students were there! Recently I failed in one maneuvering again, EDI made my re-test almost 17 days later, I was quite disappointed, their supervisors told me the same reason or excuse that it was the problem of RTA and they logged in RTA system but found no earlier slot, then I decided to call RTA to check the excuse EDI gave to me for the delayed schedule, RTA officer told me clearly the RTA Parking Test schedule all depends on institute, they are not responsible for the schedule at all, and there is no so called booking system between RTA and EDI, so why each time the EDI staff pretended to tell me they were trying to log in RTA system and check the availability for a couple of minutes? It is now obviously a lie! I can accept if really their Smart Yard is fully occupied by other students parking assessments or tests, but using RTA as an excuse/lie is not acceptable at all!3. Like many other reviews here, they probably will fail u lots of times in their internal assessments, if u are ready to pay for VIP classes then no problem, but if u are totally new driver and is only willing to pay for normal classes, then u have to consider carefully because ultimately u will pay the same amount like VIP class, most of time not because of instructors, they are generally good, but because of training and test schedules they set for you, if you finish your training and then take the assessment 2 weeks later or more, it will be difficult for you to pass it, especially for new drivers. You probably will book one additional training class after long waiting, this is the way to make money.4. In my company we always believe customer first and help customer to achieve success, we look for long term benefits instead of short term quick money, it looks like EDI is doing by the opposite way.5. Finally if u asked me whether I recommend EDI or not, the answer is definitely NO, unless they really make improvement.

I have joined in Al qusais HQ, the instructor didnt teach me properly, lost my 40 classes. I was searching a good instructor in that time, I saw review about Ms.Sheerna, she started from scratch even steering I was so bad to hold steering she corrected me. She is a dedicated instructor, sometimes she got angry I feel nothing wrong in that because she wants her student to be a outstanding driver, nothing more.Today I got driving license just because of her proper training and instructions, and front desk staff in ladies section are so supportive especially Sheryl, so kind.Thanks to EDI, Ms.Sheerna and Ms.Sheryl

The biggest mistake I did in my life ever is that joining this school!!!since I paid A HELL LOT OF MONEY in August, till now, everything is bad.I gave one star for few people who were helping me, but other things is really a disaster. You guys only depend that your name is well known in the market and that very old students recommended you as may by at that time you were fine, however now you only keen on collecting money. Almost 8000 AED till now that I have paid and not yet getting my license because of the delay, bad instructors who are not giving you the full information, or may be it is a strategy from your side to keep failing and accordingly get more money!!! I have officially complained in the call center and till now waiting for someone to be in touch with me from the so called SUPERVISOR, but nothing. So yes it seems that you do not care about anything except money. Exams are conducted in a very bad place where is it very good for them to fail and again pay more and more money!! Shame seriously, and anyone asking me about this school I say: Never ever go there, you will just lose your time, money, effort, and energy!! I do not recommend it at all to anyone!!!!

Customer Service is really good.Teachers are professional but very strict. The outcome is that I passed the RTA tests at first take.

I started taking their Driving License service in 2015 and I left them in middle of my classes due to poor service in instructor communication and the value of customer they dont know. And the most shocking is that even today their service is same as before as I am trying since yesterday to speak one of their supervisor MR RIZWAN who are getting many written request from their main branch but no one care.
