I just feel that some people are lousy, not accomodating and approachable, confusing instruction; mostly in reception, customer service and phone assistance are difficult to ask with. But still few good men for instructors, parking assessment proctor, and agent from Satwa branch.

He was absolutely delightful, very helpful and prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had.I must also appreciate Mr. Ali Asghar. Dubai Driving Centre was a good experience but it was made even better all because of a wonderful driving instructor, Ms. Shahzadi Bano at the Al Barsha Branch. She teaches with all her heart and truly hopes for you to pass in your first try. She teaches in such a way that you gain confidence and also be respectful to the rules. She is always ready to help and can point out any mistake easily and gives tips on how to improve based on each persons capabilities. I was always a bit nervous about driving but I loved to learn from her and I found myself enjoying the classes very much. Her teaching and sometimes scolding are very motherly in nature. She was the second instructor I was booked to. And I am so glad that she had a slot open for me. She made the whole experience so much fun and pleasant. Great place to learn driving however getting the slots for training is slightly difficult (high demand)I want to take some time to appreciate Mr. Bismillah (instructor) he was an incredible teacher and I would totally recommend him for anyone who doesnt know driving or wants a license in UAE.

I couldn’t have picked a better instructor with DDC. Sudhi Sukumaran is one of the best Instructors they have. From the beginning he was professional, encouraging and inspiring. In my opinion his method of teaching works extremely well, he does not interfere but makes sure that mistakes don’t become habits. No time is wasted and the atmosphere with him is always motivating. He has the ability to make you feel at ease which improves your driving and pushes you toward continual improvement. I recommend Sudhi highly as an instructor and an all round fantastic guy.

I started my driving at Dubai Driving Center around May 2020. It has been around a year now and I must say, I finally got my drivers license! Although it took longer than expected, the people who eased the process of helping me along the way made a huge difference.If you would like to get started with your driving and you would happen to come across DDC, look for Eva. She is the person you should ask for when it comes to making it a seamless process of signing up and knowing what to do next. She will make to take you through the steps of what you need to do from start to finish.At the very beginning of starting my driving classes, I did not have a good experience with instructors. some were either rude and shouted at you for making mistakes. And that just prompted learners such as myself to feel frustrated at the end of the day. I felt like I learned nothing at all. Until I scheduled my classes to another instructor. His name is Bismillah and for people who are reading this, Bismillah made a huge difference during my time as a learner at DDC. He is full of positive energy and always accommodating. Unlike the previous instructors whom Ive had, Bismillah would push you to become better, to become more pro-active in driving to a point he would make you a confident driver on the road. It was such an amazing experience to have had such a good teacher. I would definitely recommend requesting for Bismillah if youre in need of a good teacher at DDC.Lastly, I would want to extend my gratitude towards one of the staff members of DDC. Booking for classes can sometimes be a hassle as you would have to go to the DDC branch itself and book only to find out that your classes are a month away. And calling on their landline does not really help as no one picks up the phone. If you come across Samuel, a person who has helped me time & time again to make sure I am on top of my classes is definitely someone I would extend my gratitude towards. if not for him, I would not be able to book my class with such amazing teachers. He is really a professional in his field and I praise his customer service skills making people such as myself feel important and valued every time I enter DDC.

I am pleased and satisfied with the amenities DDC provides to its students. The instructors were quite efficient in their work. I shouldnt overlook the gem instructions of the noted Instructor Mr. BISMILLAH KHAN who guided me with basics and took me till the end. I went to test department to book my rat yard test, I met name FARYAL I asked her what are the available time and date of time and she said u will receive and sms. The reason why I need to know the available time and date because am not available anytime due to my work.. Question are they not allowed to provide to tell us the rat availability??? She is not helpful at all..

I moved here from another school. From day one, their customer service has been the best. From instructors to examiners, everyone has been so patient and polite. I failed twice in Al Khail branch, because the area was just too busy with too many people in every nook and corner. I was about to move to another school. When the Manager at the main office in Jumeirah suggested I give it one last try in that branch. I appreciate the time he took out to understand my concerns and ensure he did his best in terms of personally booking my classes. He assigned me the best instructor, Mr. Naeem Aslam. With just 8 hours of classes, I managed to pass in the first attempt, in a completely new location!! I cannot recommend this school enough. Best customer service I’ve seen. Moving to this school was definitely worth it!

My experience with DDC was good. Sarfaraz was my instructor and coached me really well. The scrutiny during the assessment was thorough which in return helped me to prepare very well for my final test.

I would highly recommend this school. Passed my both internal assessment and RTA final in first attempt. All credit goes to the most professional Instructor Bismillah Khan with whom I took only additional classes but those 4 classes were better than the other 20 classes I took earlier.

Received my License today 😊 I was so fortunate to have met the best instructor in DDC(main office) Mr Bismillah Khan who made a huge difference in my driving experience after getting frustrated from trying many different instructors and still couldn’t get my confidence. Mr Bismillah is very professional, has a certain passion for the job and does his absolute best to know the students weak points and help them with gaining their confidence. I could understand him very well as he speaks fluent English and was very specific. Thanks to DDC management for well organized training schedules and punctuality. I got my license in the second try and i must take this opportunity to thank Mr. Bishmillah Khan who gave me the confidence and rectified my exact mistakes that i committed in the first try. He is really interactive and involved with the student to help them clear the tests. I learnt a lot from the 2 hours of class that i had with him. I would like to advice everyone to at least have a minimum of 2 hours of class with him to get a proper knowledge of how to pass the RTA tests. Not to forget that even the RTA officers are really helpful and calm. Recently passed my RTA Final Road Test thanks to the help of Brilliant DrivingInstructor Mr. Bismilla Khan Pashmi.When I started driving I was very nervous and panicked a lot but over time I got increasingly more confident becoz of Bismilla sir.He was a strategic instructor with Excellent teaching skills. He was polite and patient.His instructions were clear in English and Hindi.Bismilla sir helped me a lot to stay cool while driving he treated me as his brother and i could learn to drive very quickly and passed my test very easily in a short period of time.I would 100% recommend Bismilla sir to anyone who wants to take driving lessons in DDC.

What a great experience I had at DDC Jumeirah Branch. Highly dedicated and polite staff.My instructor was Mr. Bismillah Khan. He is a very professional, hardworking instructor. He has good communication skills and very friendly. He gives his students confidence to drive in proper way. I would highly recommend him for everyone. It is with his guidance and training that I got through my RTA Parking and Final Road Test in FIRST attempt. He does his job so meticulously.My overall experience was so good and I’m thankful to DDC and my instructor.

They finish parking class of 1 hour in 45 min. And they dont give test time and parking class,road class when we want,we have to wait ,and they dont give pick up for parking class like some other driving school,Im facing very worst time.Please dont choose this school

Very good place to learn how to drive, my instructors name is Pranto Kundu and he taught a person like me who has never driven a car before with such an ease that I didn’t have any problem in clearing my final exam. He helped me understand and learn driving at my own pace and did not complain even once on my incorrect driving and rather helped me correct my technique in a very calm manner. I highly recommend taking a license from DDC
