The new generation of Syrian pastry shops. Delicious Arabic sweets and ice cream. But the surprise was the kunafa which was Very Good. Modern seating and ambiance.

Place was so bzy on staurday.. downstairs sent us upstairs , upstairs they sent us outside, outside after they seat us, they said this table not allowed, they sent us upstairs again..the place felt like hammam of sultan ..

Nice place, food is very much normal nothing was deserved to say WOW to.What annoyed us the most that we were with kids and the nanny, they bring us all plates 🍽 and clearly skipped our nanny ?! Until we asked them to bring for her !Toilets were mess total mess.. dirty and too much wet.

Clean low sodium beef skewers, and cheese Barak, and lamp chops.Very weak customer care experience, 40 minutes to receive a single hummus plate. I do not recommend it, unless you order 35 minutes on the phone before deciding to set on the chairs.

Pathetic service!! I had called 3pm to reserve for 10 people and they told me no need for reservation and I can walk-in. When I reached at 8pm the restaurant was packed and they did not have the decency to apologize and show some respect to arrange me a table but to tell me sorry we’re full.Ridiculous management and not organized at all!!!

Refused to sale the raw konfa dough as all other sweets shops around Dubai do Firas, Ibsais...even they have a big factory for konfa dough ...very very strange .... profit first??!??????????????????????not customer needs...

About resturant, food is less than an avarage but customer service was horrible as most of the staff were lost and not experince with syrian foodAs for the sweets, very good quality but overpriced for some items

Walked into this favourite place of ours and the decor seems to have changed! Also new staff, one of whom was verrrry unattentive, especially towards me mind you, and NOT towards the other customers! Dont know what his issue was with me, but he just wouldnt attend/reply or answer to me! Hes got grey eyes and came across as just NOT wanting to take my order or cater to my questions about the sweets that I wanted. This is the first time Ive experienced this kinda behavior in ALL of my 48yrs in Dubai!!! If Al Sultan really wanna retain their old customers, suggest they really look into the kind of behavior this person with the grey eyes was displaying! Quality of their sweets is good, but with the bad quality (attitude) of staff, they surely gonna loose customers:(

Authentic taste of Syrian sweets, perhaps baklawa and kunafa are most popular as they are available also in Turkey and all over Levant but Syrian version is worth trying. I would suggest to those exploring to also try Arabic mix, harise, graibeh & barazek.
