One of the go place to grab the cinnamon rolls and have your favourite coffee. They have a selection of ice cream which you can have. They have comfy sofas and you can have your office work done over here. The staff is very friendly and always supportive and smiling.

Store has limited capacity since they observe the rule and theyre full when we went there last Valentines Day. Luckily, one couple was done and were able to get our seats. Cant forget how the crew was so nice to us when we dined in at this branch. We were very pleased with her her who patiently explained different flavors before taking our orders. Food were served without any issues and happily consumed. Will really stick to their classic flavor and has been a favorite.

Staff in Cinnabon Al Ghurair Center not accomodating especially those kabayans staff,we would like to eat with my friends dine in and we got avail seat they said someone already took that seat, then another table avail and they said already reserved and they wanted us only for take out, as I seen many customer eating dine in. We dont know the reason why they wont allow us seat on the vacant table.

It is best place to have a cup of coffee with some Cinnamon cakes.It is great and we love it.

Best coffee in town. Although in a mall, it’s usually quite. One hour free WiFi which you can get as many times as you want. Staff are friendly and they have outside smoking area!! 10/10

Staff is quick and responsive, suggested promotions on coffee and cinnabon combinations and some Christmas Promotional Cookie Box offers. Wi-Fi was not available though at this outlet, love their pecanbons...

Very good café in Al Ghurair Mall

I was in the al ghurair store and i am very disappointed with staff and they treated me like a begger. They underestimated me and they want to ignore me..... i love your food.... i cant buy so much of quantity...i buy 100 AED snacks and coffee....when i am leaving from your outlet i am very sad and insulted feeling....i am not expecting that kind of service from Cinnabon Becouse your food is world class and becouse of your food i am giving you 5 star....for your staffs i have 0 💥star with me....my kind request to your management pls train them well otherwise they will repeat the same..... Dry cinnabon which was reheated initially but then we asked for a fresh one and the guy forgot his name made a fresh one with a 15 mins wait which was worth it . Thankyou for caring about your customers

As snacks goes its great. But as a branch, not soo good, because the service is slow and it doesn’t taste as it usually does. But still good if you are looking for Cinnabon.

A less busy coffee shop compared to the rest in Al Ghurair. Their staff is very helpful as well and their coffee is ok too paired with freshly made Cinnabons. They serve Seattles Best Coffee in case youre wondering.
