Amazing food.The zaatar manakish was excellent. The Arabic chicken shawarma was tasty and juicy. Tried the kunafa with cheese and the one with cream, loved both.Good service. nice and neat ambience.

Good destination for kunafa and such arabic sweets and snacks. Had ordered cheesy fine kunafa via talabat. It was superb, juicy and rich with pistachios on top. They supplied sugar syrup and lot of cutleries. Definitely worth the money. Would love to back for a different bite

I ordered classic kunafah for delivery and it was yummy so I decided to visit the shop a few days later.I was there around 10ish and the shop looked deserted and the female staff looked ignorant so I thought the shop was still close but she said it was open. I looked around but only few selections of dessert were displayed and kunafah was nowhere to be found.Staff said shop opened at 8am and only desserts were ready and kunafah would be ready around 11 or so. She didn’t seem to care and made me feel like I was disturbing her for being there too early.Well, I’ve never been to this place so I didn’t have a clue that things would be ready quite late in the morning. If shop is open at 8 then I would expect to get some food at 8 like any other shops.Very bad experience and even yummy kunafah could not get me back there ever again. I prefer another shop nearby that has more variety of sweets, yummy kunafah and better customer service at better price.

I have rated this one before I think, the cheese of the Kunafa is too salty , I didn’t liked it.

My opinion will not make big difference because as known Feraas is the best ever, I ate from most of branches Ajman, Sharja, Dubai and for me ( person who don’t like sweets) I found it’s amazing cause they made person like me don’t like sweets to eat and order more and more specially” Konafa cheese “ 😋amazing

Feraas sweets are so delicious 😋 and i am loving it .. especially i like the labnah with Vegetable .. and the price is also affordable..

The sweets are nice. However cup of green tea - Lipton - is 11AED.....even in Costa it is 9.5aed.. Tea is completely overpriced for the place , and service.

Came here with a bunch of friends. Were totally ignored by the staff as we had to set up tables for 10 of us. None of the waiters came till after we had set up 5 tables for us to sit in. Pretty much ruined everything for me then.I ordered one Cheese Manakeesh with Hotdog. Basically just cheese on Manakeesh with a few pieces of Chicken Hot Dog. Mediocre.My friends ordered Kunafa. Which they said tasted good.Not the place for me. 2/5.

The quality is low. Cleanliness is few. Often you do not always find kunafeh ready. I noticed that they do not clean the trays automatically, but rather manually.
