I am a regular customer for Tips & Toes but yesterday night I was doing my Mani, pedi and I asked if they do *foot reflexology* and 4 team members confirmed that they do have so I booked after my pedi to have a reflexology to notice that its a normal foot massage not even close to a good one... If they told me they dont have I would do another service like gel polish but why to lie about service that you dont have!!! Why I have to pay 105 for service I didnt want!!!!! And when I spoke to the receptionist and all what she said was Sorry.... Not even any discount to cover the lie I am really disappointed as I kept asking even the lady was doing massage as she pretend (or she cant hear) not hearing me!!!This is really not acceptable...!!!! Not professional at all

Previous Employee, I worked as a cashier/ Receptionist and I started in this branch. Company is good. But senior staff, the Trainor I worked with this branch is the worst staff I worked with in Dubai. Her name is Jennifer, the supervisor of this branch as well that time. Very rude attitude. Very unprofessional. Company should be aware in this kind of employee. Most of the technicians also have attitude.

Visited the the salon last week for a toner touch up and a fringe cut and I have to say Sabina did a great job at it and I absolutely love her service everytime ! She is my go to hair stylist and one of the best in town ! ☺️

Lovely girls - always able to get a walk in appointment or call 30 mins before to book. Handy that spinneys is there to grab groceries after. Get the extra neck and back massage with your mani pedi, you wont regret it. They take emirates platinum card discount.

I went in to have full set of lashes done. I usually go to another branch of Tips&Toes to have them done but that branch is far away. So I decided to try doing them at this branch. I did a full set, and told the technician exactly what I wanted. Usually my lashes stay on for a good 3 weeks. However the treatment for this branch was sooo bad, my lashes started falling after a week and a half! I also asked for volume, not length, but the technician didn’t give a damn about what I wanted. Terrible experience for 500 Dirhams. 👍🙄

Definitely recommend - as this is my Favorite salon in DUBAI💕 Love all the services , body Massages and Facial are amazing here.They are professional with Nails/ extensions/manicure & Pedicure etc ..The artists are talented, and friendly .. Every time I go, im satisfied with the Quality of Products, hygiene, great customer services they provide & hassle free quick appointment.Cant wait to go back! 💕

Nail technician wasnt the friendliest and when I asked her questions she felt annoyed and ignored me. Such a shame as this used to be a great location.

I came here for the first time on recommendation how ever Im disappointed.The whole experience in the spa was okay - the technicians were friendly if not a little fast.However they really dug into my cuticles to the point that they bled and became painful and since leaving the spa my nail beds have become unbearably itchy and irritated. One of my toes is swollen around the cuticle and another is very red and still bleeding.I will not be returning and I will not be recommending the spa to others.UPDATE:After going to the doctor, I was informed I now have an infection around my toenails on 3 toes. The rest are still intensely itchy!

What a wonderful cozy place, great service, great stuff, made me feel so comfortable and specially made my lashes exactly like I wanted, I just cant wait to try others things

I usually do my meni padi here and massage. Good services but a bit over priced good on offers they usually do monthly offers which I prefer to go with. Massage is good. The only thing that I hate about tips and toes is the parking One more thing who ever is working on your meni padi they will keep taking taking taking with each others, non stop.There is no free parking in all of their branches in the country 😞.

I would recommend itI am a customer of this branch for yearsPreviously, I was a customer of the Alfardan branch for years.Reception, welcome, hospitality, dealing, serviceThe whole workers are lovely ...This is especially the opinion of the girlfriends of the other branches and the workers are divided into classes and each one has her own work ..There is no talk on the phone or mobile phones and this reflects the level of control and management ...My visit will always be for nail services especially acrylics and colors of the gel and they have all the colors and normal and all grades and grades and every season you find new colors ...The most important tools clean and each customer has their tools in a bag opens in front of her no chaos or blood and scary thinking 🙄🤔My presence and his 😉😅😅😅.

Bad experience, I said, I try the eyelashes right for two weeks, so I can relax my eyes from the mascara. Gabo alone, the poor thing is not known to fill
