One of the best Thai massages I have had in Dubai. The Palm Jumeirah branch is a hidden gem. The receptionist was hospitable and my therapist Fern was amazing. I would highly recommend the 90 minute aromatherapy massage.The decor is very basic just as you would find in one of street spas in Thailand. Thank you team Feet Lounge🙏

Feet lounge has been my go-to for years. I used to go to this one in Business Bay but since I moved to the Marina I’ve been going to their branch at the Palm. I highly recommend Penn from Thailand if you want an authentic Thai massage. All of the techniques she uses are the ones you can experience in Thailand. Stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques help relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation. I experience lower back pain from time to time and after a 90 minute session, I feel brand new. Cliché I know. Anyhow, I do occasionally love the pampering session from higher-end spas, but if I need to just get “fixed” I go here. No frills, does the job, and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Feet Lounge is a simple massage parlor in the neighborhood that offers various massages at a good price. I had a 90-minute head, shoulder & foot massage and it was very similar to the ones I had in Bangkok. The masseuse used her finger pressure a lot and stretched me at the end. The facility is rather sparsely furnished with a futon placed on the floor instead of a massage table as normal for traditional thai massage. If you want an authentic Thai massage, feet lounge is definitely a good option.

A horribly rude receptionist. I go here every week with a friend as it is right next door. Mostly I don’t talk to her more than necessary which is always unpleasant, but yday, there was a glitch in booking from their side but she has her way (always!!!!!) to tell me that I can only do what she tells me to do. It really messed up our day cuz we changed other bookings for the day to make it work for the massage as she told me. But when we called back in 2 mins (while my friend was on the phone to change other bookings) she said no, it is gone. We tried to talk to her but after getting her usual attitude, my friend got upset and confronted her. But her attitude was... Oh my gosh... I have never been treated like that in 6 years in Dubai.Here are things about how she treats repeated customers like us. She’s never interested in listening, constantly speaks while we try to talk to her, hang up on us several times, doesn’t answer the phone.Yday, after all this above, we asked to speak to a manager (cuz she does NOT listen!!!) she said ok, hung up on us again and never got back to us... we gave up and ended up with other salon.I always prepare a cash tip for the ladies who give massage as I was told to. When I forget, I run to the ATM to bring some, btw, it was her to tell me ‘there is an ATM nearby.’ when I forgot the tip first time and I ran just to show my gratitude to the masseuse.I have never been disrespectful cuz I really appreciate these hardworking masseuse and their services.But this receptionist really needs to learn how to treat others. I never had to confront anyone for 6 years in Dubai but she really has her way to push someone like me.

Really amazing service. The people were friendly and the massage was superb! I booked a very much needed massage service due to my constant back pain and selected their 2 hour traditional Thai massage with herb ball and came out feeling very much relieved and relaxed. I will definitely come back and try their other services.

My wife got me a voucher for 90 minutes to this place. After trying for about 2 months to find a booking that fits my tight schedule I found a booking for 1 hour only. The lady refused to split my voucher into a 60 minute session + a 30 minute session for a later date. I dont understand why she would refuse my reasonable request. I regularly buy spa gifts for friends and couples. All this does is discourage me from doing it at this venue.

This place is amazing! I usually go there for oil massages and the quality of the service is great - it is a small business but it has the capacity to make you feel in another calm and relaxing place. Bad reviews come from unreasonable people and it is totally unfair (dont listen to them) as massages like these in Dubai, few...

On arrival was warmly greeted by the staff. I chose to do a 60 minute Oil Body Massage. So they have flat beds on the floor which is a definite plus, and very mild soothing music in the background. The therapist YaYa did a fabulous job, as post massage I felt totally refreshed & all the pain that had build up from routine exercise had gone. I am surely going there again for a 90 minute next time.

Rude customer service....Tried making an appointment and the receptionist was impolite. After reading other reviews on here im glad i did not come here. Ill happily pay a kind masseuse to come to my home and provide me with a better massage at a lower price. I highly recommend future customers of this business do the same.

Live in the same building where this spa is located.They have the WORST customer service you will ever experience.I came 5 minutes late for my reservation, and the lady at the reception gave my booking away immediately, told me there was no more bookings, its my problem I cam late, and did not even attempt to try to offer me another booking on any other. Then, she actually told me shes busy and asked me to leave!!! Ive never been treated by any place with such disrespect. I would to speak the manager or owner of this place about this incident if you are reading this.

Great parlour. Youre best advised to call and book an appointment as slots fill fast onwards from the late afternoon. EK platinum will get you a 20% discount. At current pricing that basically gives you an hour for the cost of 30 mins!

Most these positive reviews are from friends/family members...I went here and the women working here barely speak English...Ill take my money somewhere else..Walls are thin and service is what you pay for...rushed and below average. I bet this place goes out of business even though they opened a second one in the palm.
