Hi,First of all, I was from India so I did not feel that I was far from India bcz mostly staff from my country.. About the room and hotel every thing was perfect. They cleaned my room everyday awesome.But something I want to highlight I was there for 14days and I want to stay more but the price is very high compare to other near by hotel. Also food in the hotel is very expensive, if you know to cook then is good..Rest all is very good...wish, I can stay more..

This place is perfect .Location is great with few steps from everything i need for shopping.Front desk is helpful and friendly .Big thank you to Mr Fayez at front desk .The secuirty and house keeping also very helpful and quick.The hotel is quite at night with many families and kids so you can always enjoy a good night sleep.Also.the hotel started to have new furniture for the living room which is great..That is why i love to have my long stay with Flora creek.Thank you all.Munaa Alfazea

Nice place with good facilities. Their rooms are actually furnished apartments with full amenities. They also have meeting rooms and a simple coffee shop. Not much there. Their parking is not impressive but well designed. The employees are not impressive and some need training in common sense too.

We stayed 3 weeks in this hotel. The hotel is well located, closed to everything (restaurants, metro station, airport, Dubai city center mall, Dubai center…). Hôtel with affordable prices and excellent services. Would recommend it .

Its a home away from home.... The staffs are so good at what they do... There is this staff named Tej Man Dahal, he is really hardworking, dedicated and nice to the guest. He is prompt and accurate when you request something from the house keeping team.

The apartment hotel is comfortable, well laid out and also very good for families. It is close to shopping malls and supermarkets and the staff provide excellent service.

My stay was awesome there. The swimming pool and the entrance hall is very clean. The room have all you need in. The house keeping service one of them, tejman Dahal is very hardworking and very nice to people. The houses are kept clean. The hotel is not far from deira city center. The Air-conditioning is low and the rooms are hot. Kitchenware are small and not for group cooking. Filthy sofa and pillows, dated TV, broken electric pot, clogged sinks. Most of the times keycards are not working. Pool is full of chlorine and itchy. NOT for people who wants to enjoy and bond with families and friends as they charge every single visitor if they exceed after 9pm of stay. They charge without even giving spare blanket or towel to your visitor that they monitor through their CCTVs.

3-month stay. House staff, restaurant and front desk staff all exceptionally helpful. Particularly Sohit, Amar and Shakntula made my stay very comfortable. Location is very good for Deira city centre, local shopping and amenities, and access to metro and bus services.

I stayed in this hotel for nearly 3 months and my stay was good. The apartment is fully furnished but the sofas are filthy and they started changing them which is nice. Its location is close to Diera City Center where we can easily go and buy groceries.Booked with breakfast inclusive and was very satisfied with the meals offered. The way of serving the food is commendable, especially staff named Aviral, Saju, Riyaz, Anumullah are very nice.Room service is also good forgot his name and always greets. Overall it is a nice and comfortable stay.

Good. near to deira city centre mall and metro station. my experience with them is not memorable due to poor housekeeping services but people working here are very friendly.

We book 2 bedroom apartment, last Eid Al Adha Holiday, we experienced, AC in the living room, and master bedroom is not working no even cold and filter too dust, we came around 2pm but we check in around 4pm already and check out 12:00 as same in policy, they charges too much, if you have visitor, thick wisely before you booked, ask them regarding hotel policy.

I am currently having a wonderful stay at flora creek apartmentsThe apartment is a home away from home.The environment is clean and very modern .The room is very spacious and also cosy.The staff are very welcoming and helpful.Our room is cleaned regularly,and on requestThe manager and the housekeeping team on my floor know their jobs and I am extremely pleased with the service. They are Sabith Raj(manager) and other staff on his team include Amat and Sohit who are vey pleasant .I am having a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.The view from my balcony is also very pleasing.

We started our stay a bit hesitant. We have a 5-month-old baby, and quality of sleep is a priority. When we arrived we found out there is a mosque one block away, and the so-called creek view is blocked now with ongoing construction. Many issues with the room were quickly taken care of by the great staff. The housekeeping team goes above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. In the beginning, the room curtains were not blackout and the team found a way to make the room super dark. They fixed many issues in the kitchen, all within a day of our arrival. The cleaning team adjusted their schedule to our babys sleep pattern and that is priceless. In the end, the apartment is very quiet, and comfy thanks again to the hotel team. I would like to commend and thank Mr. Sabith Raj, Anuj Kummar, and Love Ranat for fixing everything so quickly and to Mr. Niranjav and Suman for their dedicated room make-up service and for adjusting their schedule to our baby!THANKS

Flora Creek have very nice location near city center 👌 for shopping and entertainment ....My stay in Room 111 I have very kindness from staff and Housekeeping team make my room very clean every day for more than one month forwork ...Saboth Raj great supervisor ,Andrews Mohan, Abubakar and Reception team also the breakfast is nice 👌.

Superb location! 5 minutes walk away from Deira City Center shopping mall and its adjoining metro station. Also other popular shopping centers like Day2Day & Green House are a short walk away. Several affordable restaurants in the office complex in front of the hotel.Apartment style units in the property are really spacious and well-maintained. Some of them have a superb view of the Dubai Creek.

The service was good specially housekeeping and the Floor supervisor Sabith Raj was fully understanding when it came to my old mother case and been super helpful. Highly recommending this hotel.-Ihab The receptionist An Arabic Egyptian Guy. A dear old friend of the family that always welcomed us in here.-We had some Issue with water bottles. So the hotel policy says 2 bottles of water a day is the max limit. when my grandma asked for the 2 water bottles She only got 1. And the other was coming in 20 minutes . In fact it never came. When my 65 years old grandma called the reception A guy called Fayaz. Told her you guys got 2 water bottles and we can’t give you more. got me really furious to see a receptionist guy speak to an old woman this way When she has phobia from elevator and can’t go down stairs alone. And all she asked for is her right in the hotel which is 2 bottles of water a day. Hoping for Improvements and to Stay in good lane as always. Also to get some employees behavior education. and actually appreciate the Employees customers like the most.

Very nice place! The housekeeping were respectful when I asked for the time! Front desk is also respectful and nice! The only problem is the pool guy - dark skinned guy needs reprimanding I went to the pool he starts questioning me I said I’m 16, then he starts asking over 16 or under 16 so I said over since I’m 16 and a month, he starts calling the front desk for my DOB, I’m sorry you don’t do that you believe the customer you sick fellow I was in room 206 from March 25-April 5AND DONT TELL ME THE STUPID DUBAI GOVT. TOLD YOU NOT TO BELIEVE SOMEONE! I SAID I AM 16+ AND THE POOL GUY DIDNT BELIEVE ME

Almost 3 months now the housekeeping incharged on the 10th floor are providing good services. They will ring our room every morning to clean even u wont inform the housekeeping operator who is very customer friendly. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable to stay . The services are quick . The location is very strategic and close to DCCand metro station which is very accessible to other places if we want to shop. The receptions are very customer friendly and polite with the concierges and staffs are so helpful. I would like to suggest if the breakfast must have some variations 3 to 4 times a week in menu much better although it has a lot of varieties of menus servedand choose upon. Its really a best hotel apartments to stay specizlly for longand I would strongly recommend this to other friends.

I always stay at the Flora Creek Apartments when in Dubai, primarily because of its location close to Diera City Center. Very cordial atmosphere and friendly and caring staff. Strict enforcement of COVID protocols that makes you feel safe. The F&B section and their service is top notch. A special mention for Aviral, Rini and Eldo Monci from the F&B who ensured the morning breakfast had a perfect start to each and every single day during our stay.

We often book in Flora,and this time we had a very bad experience with one of the staff, his name is Shree, a very rude one. We had 4 bookings and with his attitude and rudeness toward us, it is not acceptable…will never again book in this hotel, as long as he still works there, it is such a horrible experience this Eid.

I used to live in this hotel for 12 months and really know, what I am writing about.The staff would get 5 stars from me, all of them are very kind and helpful, whenever you need anything, they are happy to help and try their very best to make you happy.Unfortunately the management is not on the same level as their staff, the hotel is managed very poorly, when approached with concerns or problems, the management was not willing/able to give me an appropriate answer, even after giving them several deadlines.I experienced a badly maintained 5-star-deluxe hotel (in my opinion maximum 3 stars worth), that is used, dirty, loud (big street just aside) and in a bad condition. Just to give you a couple of examples:- when using the shower, the whole bathroom was a swimming pool, because all the water dripped on the floor from the top of the bathtub (angle that the water would run into the sink is not given)- the whole furniture had stain on it, even sometimes the sheets on the beds- the stove was that old or weak/used, that it took me at least 20 minutes to boil 1 litre of water- the dish washing machine was not working and even after multiple tries to repair it, they were not willing to exchange the machine- bad small in the kitchen and in the rest of the apartment from the AC was normalAdding on top, during COVID-19 the management stopped all services in the rooms (no exchange of linen, no cleaning) but didnt change the prices for the rooms. The gym and pool were closed as well, without any replacement/alternative or refund.Concluding I can only advise everyone to choose another hotel for their vacation or their living. Too expensive, badly maintained and not worth the time you spend on making the booking. If I could give zero stars, I would do it!PS: Dear management, I gave you a couple of chances to get in touch with me, you never responded, I am disappointed, that I was not worth it to get an answer, even though I paid that much for my year long stay. That says a lot about you.No need for an answer, thanks!

Excellent experience. Staff was very much cooperative. Specially Aviral, Saju, Rini, Sreejith, Riyas and Eldho.They prepared very good quality Suhur and Iftar during Ramadan.Will visit soon again inshaAllah. Highly recommended.

Can be described in 2 words. Simply awesome. Spacious and comfortable. Daily room service for cleaning on request (they wont bother you unless). Service is also great. They provide a hygienic environment. Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need for preparing food (except groceries and spices). WiFi is a lil bit slow as they mentioned its a high speed internet. Breakfast buffet is also great with verities.

We spent 18 days in this hotel from 16 Jan 2021 to 01 Feb 2021.- Hotel is in excellent location. It is close to Airport, City Centre and most importantly facing Creek.- Rooms are fairly big. Fully furnished apartments are with all the amenities like Washing Machine, Dryer, Cooking Hob, Oven, Large Refrigerator, Utensils and cutlery.- Ample space for car park on the basement and ground floor.- High speed internet with access points to cover the complete apartment.- House keeping staffs are very well mannered, very humble and excellent cleaning service. They wash even utensils, which normally other apartments do not clean .- Breakfast was fairly good. But due to Covid, the verities of food were limited. We had same menu through out 16 days, except 1 Indian dish, but the service and staffs were excellent.- Comes to the worst part, do not expect anything from the Reception staff. Reception is only for PAYMENT. Do not expect any other services from them. Despite of spending AED 7,000/- for 16 days, the counter staff was hesitating to print a color document, which was worth Dhs. 3/-. But, the Director and Admin staffs were very helpful and well qualified hoteliers. They understand the business well.- Ground and service staffs are very helpful and more informative than the counter staff.Ultimately, worth spending money.....

A good hotel from Internet images but is very dated and not maintained. There is a decent gym but all locked away and forbidden to use. A real shame as the equipment is fine. Signs of wear and no love for the fitting and decor in the hotel. Has potential but badly managed.

Excellent:We visited Dubai in January 2020, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel total of AED 1,017.46The beautiful thing of the hotel is location where you can enjoy: Mall/Metro/Main Rd..etcDubai during every year DSF in January is the best cities for families.

My daughter loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. My son liked the fact that there was a kitchen and a washing machine.The staff were nice and helpful. The location was great- close to shops and restaurants. The lifts were centrally located and were never congested. The rooms were cleaned daily.Arrived at about 5am and the bellboy came out immediately to help with our luggage from the taxi. The check in was also fast & smooth.The walls were quite thick u couldnt hear noise from guests next door. You could smell the delicious meal they were cooking though.

Used to be our go to hotel during holidays but they have Very rude front desk supervisor.Never going back

Stayed in Flora Creek Deluxe hotel for 5 days on an official hotel. The hospitality is awesome. The staffs are very welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The property is very close to Deira city centre and the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and neat. The restaurant is good and have all sort of food items ranging from Indian, Continental and Chinese. I highly recommend Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments to anyone who wishes to stay in luxury with a bunch of staffs surrounded who knows what a guest needs. Well done Flora.

Very well maintained with all Covid 19 precautionary measures.Prime location next to Deira City Centre Mall, DCC Metro and Bus Stations.Just 2min to cross the Floating bridge and 8 min far from Dubai Intl Airports 1 & 3.

Liked - Honestly, there isnt much that I like about this hotel. Price is cheap but not value for money. Location is great as it is at the city center. But definitely not recommended as you can find other hotels in the same location and value for money / services too.Disliked - There were no proper facilities when I stayed at this hotel.1) Breakfast at room service only with no proper menu, and lack of understanding from the telephone operator. Even in other hotels, it was a breakfast buffet. I personally checked and verified.2) Pools and Wellness Center were closed (despite the fact that its open all around Dubai). I personally checked and verified.3) Room cleanliness was below par. Dirty carpets.4) No daily room service. Imagine a one bedroom apartment living with a family for three nights and no daily room service? Even though the next door hotel was having a daily room service (I personally checked with them). This is ridiculous5) The locking door mechanism was found defective and the technicians were fixing in my room till mid night. Imagine that living with your family.When I met the reception, she simply said SORRY and with no compensation at all. The reason behind is that this hotel is/was not able to comply with the protocols / guidelines set by the Dubai Tourism Authority in order for them to allow/resume their service such as pool, breakfast buffet, etc. And I understand why. The services at this hotel were poor. Extremely poor. I am a verified user and I stayed in this hotel during 5th - 8th August 2020 for three nights. It was my worst Dubai staycation ever! NOT Recommended.

I stayed in this place and was very disappointed! They don’t have any customer service and they are always in denial when it comes to complaints. Instead of solving the issue they blame the customer! What kind of customer service is this! One night I saw a cockroach in the bedroom and couldn’t sleep all night, I informed the housekeeping but they didn’t care! Noting that the bedroom window was closed all the time and we couldn’t open it for any fresh air so how could insects such as a cockroach to come in the bedroom?! Can you imagine how much dust and dirt I found behind the nightstand and bed ?! Of course there will be insects ! There were flies in my room as well, when I told them they blamed it on the open window in the kitchen, fine what about the flies in the reception ?! I have never seen any hotel reception with flies ! I should’ve known that this is a sign for uncleanliness. Furthermore, the management and reception were very impolite, impatient, and have no sense of customer satisfaction. They always find an excuse for their mistakes! All they care about is the payment! Okay what about the customer who makes the payment? Shouldn’t he/she be satisfied while paying ?! Or you don’t care ? Literally I couldn’t even imagine how this hotel is called deluxe ?! I don’t recommend it at all !! I’m glade I moved from this unclean and rude environment to a great place that surpassed my expectations and made me even more furious about this place!

Very spacious and well maintained rooms. Staff are proactive and quickly respond to a request or query. Havent had any food here yet. I definitely recommend it and would come back again.
