Great service at good prices.

The quality of the service for nails has dropped big time. They dont have many classic color options .Most of it is out of stock. The team lacks creative suggestions . They stick to what they know and are comfortable with. And the gelish nail paint just chips within 7 days of application Just an honest feedback

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The ladies who did my nails are super professional, polite and are really great at their jobs! I have very sensitive and thin nails/cuticles but they never accidentally hurt my nails! I feel so satisfied with the cleanliness of my nails. Will come back and use their services again for sure!

Service was good, but stuff was in a hurry while providing the service. And the parlour was hygienic. I will provide more feedback on my next visit.

I had my appointment at 4 ...it was my first one n I waited for 20mins ...for a 5 mins eyebrows ...

When i called to book they give me price 200AED when i arrived they give me 215 AED price after i finish what they agreed with 215 i surprised that they wanted me to give them 350 AED!! These customer service are unhonest as every one give me different priceI do not trust them at all and i do not recommend either

I am a frequent visitor to Tips and Toes. Their staff is super friendly and the interior decor of the salons are lovely. The service is usually great and Im left as a super satisfied customer. There is a variety of nail colors to choose from and they are from great brands (tito, essie,etc.). The last two visits were okay but not up to the usual standard but perhaps that was because I had newly joined nail artists working on my nails. However, I definitely would use Tips n Toes if I have any upcoming special occasions or if i want to do gelish safely.

The ladies at this place are amazing. Fast and very professional. They accommodate last minute requests like eyebrow threading while getting mani and pedi.

This branch’s staff is very professional and pay so much attention to my nails. I go there to get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Always of good quality and very clean

Eyebrow threading with Ganga was a breeze. Relatively painless with excellent results.

I had my shellac treatment 11 days ago and my nails are already damaged. It started to come off after 5 days. I was busy to go back. Today I called they said they don’t fix it for no charge. Not going back to this place!

I like this branch because it’s easy to make appointment, any time slot is available even without booking. Service is fast and professional. Back and shoulders massage is the best, all staff is trained to the level.

I have signed up membership but lately they have changed their staff and the receptionist is not accomodating and is very rude.

By far the worse salon in Dubai, I would not recommend or return. Receptionist moved my 8pm appointment to 8.15 but didn’t tell me, blamed me for the confusion when I arrived early. Then at 8.30 there was still no therapist, I went back to reception and she was caLling other branches to find a spare therapist. No apology throughout this and no appointment. Rescheduled for the following evening, therapist was late, untrained and hardly spoke English. Service was poor quality, salon is dirty, smells damp and has mosquitoes, managed to kill one whilst having manicure. Appalling place, managers are obviously greedy and do not invest in staff training or salon upkeep. This is a shame, years ago this place was one of the best in town

I had an appointment booked for 12:30pm only to be seen at 13:10 with now apology or even acknowledgement from the staff. It’s took an hour and a half to complete a pedicure? While I appreciate you may be busy and are renovating, don’t over book your salon. Ladies nails were being polished at the entrance? I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend or even be returning.

I did not explore the place well, i came for tip and toes but this place seems fantastic, a lot of good cafes and restaurants, very quiet place and tourists did not discover it yet, if you are looking for a cool place to have breakfast or dinner, this place is good to eat in peace

Amazing staff! Went in for my lashes and even tho it takes a bit of time , they do it exactly like u want it . And the lashes are super long lasting. Mine stayed atleast 2 months !! I would definitely go back here for my services . Very efficient and fast at booking your appointment too

My favorite place to get my nails done. Visited many salons in my travels but none ever tops this place. Very friendly staff who are properly trained at getting your nails beautifully done.

9 years in ...the girls are epic ..Ive known most of them for more than 5 years. There are numerous branches of Tips and Toes. The Greens Branch has around 10 seats, offers lashes, nail extensions, waxing, threading, and pedi/mani and messageKinda relaxed. Wish they offered eye masks and ear plugs as additional extras ...

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Felt relaxed and came out looking pretty! :) Gurlies its a place to be if you want to pamper yourself.

Awful experience! Bad attitude from staff, very poor job on nails. The polish application is untidy and terrible on the cuticles, they even hurt me and made me bleed. They have surely lost me as a customer. Don’t recommend this branch at all!

Clean place, good service. Not the best value for money but has monthly deals and membership offers that make it worthwhile if you are a Greens resident.

Two times I try to make appointment, its horrible , firts time they say to me to chek in internet price and schedule, second time answer that fully booked and close line, didnt ask what want and didnt advice another day and time . Many people complane here and zero changes.. mean very bad managment (

Awful. Don’t understand cuticle care whatsoever and rushed my paint job as well. I almost bled in three places and when she finished painting, I had bubbles all over my nails. Most overrated salon I’ve ever been to.
