Easily the best salon Ive ever been to. First time in my life i decided to change how i look and get my hair bleeched. From dark brown to silver :) Excellent service, everything was done highly professional and great.

The most rudest receptionist from the Philippines. Absolute disgrace! Not worth the money. She makes you feel frustrated after your treatment. You can get way better service and u wont feel frustrated by the receptionist elsewhere ! Another customer before me had the same issue with her. Never going back !

Had an appointment and came in before time and wasn’t able to get in even till 20 minutes after the appointment with a total of 35 minutes of waiting I left without a shave.The nice receptionist did offer us coffee and refreshments while we wait and even in a desperate attempt to mend the situation suggested that instead of getting the service with one barber as per my booking (attached) I should split the shave between two guys that would juggle me. SERIOUSLY!!!I spoke to the manager and I informed her I would never comeback again after 6 years of being your customer since the first branch in JBR then the Grove and API in addition to Dubai Mall.... and some history was there, not all pleasant... and I have had enough! and the fact that even during the lengthy call I had with the manager there wasn’t “anyone” to accommodate my appointment. She offered compensation but I wasn’t looking for one anymore. Executive grooming, rightfully, should be on time!!! And normally above average in price, quality and experience; out of which I found only the price to be the only thing above average today and hence I would never comeback. If it were all three I wouldn’t mind paying for quality and experience.I came to feel refreshed and left frustrated and as per the manager “upset for a few minutes of waiting”.Thank you, but no, thank you!

Service was very rushed. Literally did haircut and beard in 10mins because the barber had another person waiting. Not a premium service at all. You can get better haircut at your local barber shop.

Best Mens Salon hands down.Very professional with great services from Manicure and Pedicure to massages and hair cuts.Prices are reasonable for such treatments and they do offer packages.I have tried the Bambo massage. Much recommended.

Pure BLISS! My first visit took me through manicure, pedicure and a hair and beard trim. From the minute I entered, the warm welcome made me feel at home.The professional care Tony and Choel gave to my hands and feet was extremely accurate and left them soft and nourished. Alex, the Syrian boy who groomed my hair and beard, was another discovery. He is professional and stylish. The conversation was pleasurable, without ever getting annoying.To sum it up, I will certainly get back to their attentive care and strongly recommend 1847 to any resident in Dubai.P.S.: The espresso they gave me was one of the best I drunk during my visit of the city.

Absolutely amazing experience in 1847 Dubai Mall. It was my first time and the whole team really looked after me. Alex is such a skilled barber and so pleasant to chat to. The salon is extremely comfortable too. I decided to get a manicure while I was there and that was no issue, I was accommodated straight away and I couldnt be happier with how I was looked after. I highly recommend everyone pay them a visit, you wont be disappointed. Found my new regular salon!

1847 in Dubai Mall is by far the best salon Ive been to. I tried many salons in Dubai but I will keep going to this one. Alex knows exactly whats best for your hair, so I definitely recommend booking him for your next haircut.

Dubai is very well supplied with barbers - even Dubai Mall already has a a large number of barber shops on the ground floor. 1847 is however in a different lane providing a different client proposition with its focus on ‘executive grooming’. It’s not a fairly opaque phrase but you can sure that it targets corporate clientele and, of course, with a price list to match.Placed within the extended Fashion Ave area of Dubai Mall, 1847 curates a sophisticated atmosphere with darker wood panels, nostalgic European style barber chairs, the leather aprons adorned by the barbers and a separate treatment room for manicures, waxing etc. You could easily mistake the location for a higher end hotel or resort elsewhere within Dubai instead of being flanked by restaurants and luxury boutiques in a large shopping mall.And with this lies the core proposition difference with 1847 vs other barbers even within the mall - they are selling an experience as much as they are trying to sell you a treatment or haircut. The staff here are friendly and engaging; the appointments start on time, the barbers want to consult with you thoroughly before treatments.Take a simple bread trim and save: hot towels are prepared in advance for your face, refreshing fragranced face sprays, oil treatments to soften your beard and skin, straight edge razors are used slowly (unlike some shaves I endures where it was a sprint to the finish resulting in a butchery course where I was the lamb) and there is post treatment with cold towels and creams to soothe.Would I come back? 1847 in General is good destination for grooming services. Not this branch though!I had an appointment to cut my hair and wax my armpits, but I was late because of the Dubai mall parking for like 10 mins.I walk into the branch and the barber who was standing outside doing nothing refused to serve me saying that he has other appointments. So they suggested I do my armpits and reschedule my haircut, and I complied.I ended up waiting for 20 mins for the waxing therapist!So for some weird reason they cant wait if youre late, buy you should wait of they are?🤔

All over i think there service is great but today in dubai mall branch African lady didnt give me change of 1000 dhirams which was 200 dhirams and she prepare a fake witness as well which was that barbar i want my money back that time there was no senior i want to complaint against them is this is your service she think may be its night so the people are drunk so steel the money from them shame on her I want my money My 200 dhiram

I normally never write reviews but i found the service so bad that i had to. The salon looks beautiful and smells nice, clean, front desk very attentive. But the service itself was not good. I asked for a skin fade, i told every barber most know what that means but the guy that cut my hair didnt. The result is a messy half way through skin fade, i am not sure if he knows how to use the scissors properly. I almost forgot to mention that the washing experience is not even existent, i had water all over my face and i had to asked him to use conditioner on my hair. I thought going to a posh salon in the Dubai mall the standards would be high...but they are not!

A loyal costumer to 1847...the best men grooming service...for myself i never do get a hair cut/trim except there, and especially with the great experienced groomer “Med....very well trained...light hands...understanding...speaks fluent Arabic, English, french...and a a bit of Spanish...Highly Recommended both the Place and the Barber.
