The worst service I have ever had, if I can I wouldn’t even give 1 star! It’s been almost 10days, no one came to pick up the passport, made several complaints, still not solved! Everyday was told by tomorrow, tomorrow never dies, the problem is still pending! Unbelievable! Customer service was the same guy every time I called, he blamed me for the address I gave or why did I update the address which i followed link they sent me twice. i highly recommended not to use their service, rather pay more to get visa stamp in the immigration office! Don’t understand why they have contract with such a bad company, no words for it!

From 3 days i am waiting zajel personal to collect passport. They Dont keep their promise about the passport collection date. Not professional at all. I will not recommend this courier service if you need to send urgent documents.Status on 1st September: today is the 8th day of waiting. I have raised official complaint 24 hours back still they didnt came to collect my passport. Very depressing

Every time I deal with Zajel I get disappointment.I call them on 16-09-2021about passport receiving they told me somebody will come in 3 working days, nobody come to receive passport . Then I make complain on 22-09-2021 complain number#202188. Emirates post services is much better then Zajel my Ajman visa passport I sent on 20-09-21Monday and they delivered on Wednesday 22-09-21. I hope dubai GDRFA will consider this review.

Hello,They are working with government facilities for Visa & Residency application. Unfortunately, after three days still they did not collect the passport of my new born. Even worst, the customer care is putting the errors on your shoulders & they are not looking to solve the issue & dispute. Bad experience overall - what a shame because it was very efficient, professional & smooth with government facilities..Update 03/06 - they promised collection today before 4pm. Did not happen. Process if visa is delayed by another two days. I’ve tried to highlight this to their customer care team but unfortunately they do not value my requests properly. Same for sharing feedbacks to their team about the proposed services.Update 05/06 - as confirmed by other users, better to go yourself deliver the passport. Two wrong promises of pick up and they do not even let you know they are late by phone. It is simply a joke. By the way, at their HQ they just do not care about the service they offer.

Unbelievable! My spouses passport was delivered to a wrong person! Went to the their office to pickup the passport in person after it was delayed and was told it was already delivered to a random person. When questioned the agent lied at first, then got rude and unprofessional. Totally mismanaged!!! Only the delivery person apologized and accepted the mistake after they finally delivered. The customer agent at counter 2 in the office was unprofessional to the core

Not a good experience with them. They basically never pick up passport for visa stamping. Visa is already approved but they haven’t contacted yet for passport collection (And after reading the comments here I am pretty sure they will never contact). So I went to their office today with passport and electronic application in my email (since I received e-copy of application) they refused to accept soft copy and asking to bring printout. Requested them that I can email to them and take a print out but they don’t do that also. Very disappointed with customer service!!

Need to follow up a lot to get your documents collected once the Airway bill is out. They take almost 7 to 8 days to collect your documents.Returning the documents is fast enough.

Poor Service,Arranged a pick up and delivery, received E-Visa already still after 4 days no pick up service, went personally to their office to submit passport, hassle free and fast collection if you go and submit, but the delivery is still not done, its been 5 working days and the staff at the counter had mentioned 2 to 3 working days it will be delivered, still the status says in transit, usually within 1 day visa is stamped after you get your e-visa. but here still Im waiting, no update.

ZAJEL courier services works little slow actually. Very important document related to passport they collect from us and get it stamped from immigration and return back to us it can be company related or individuals, for this we also pay some nominal charge aed 20/- for services. They always delay in collection but fast delivery after visa stamping so, The best way to over come and make your work done faster for passport visa stamping better go the ZAJEL Office directly in abuhail head office in Emirates POST building and submit your immigration application and passport. Then these ZAJEL people will get it stamped in 2-3 days and deliver to us directly to our mentioned residences or offices.

As most of the reviews, once you submit your document to be delivered, it will take few days to have your documents back. Overall experience was good, many parking spaces, 2 minutes to submit your shipment, another 2 minutes to receive SMS confirmation. good services in general

Taking forever to collect the Passports and every time we call them they ask for our details from the very beginning and they keep on losing our data and mixing our address. Furthermore, every call they promise to send their personnel within 3 business days, which never occurs. Completely frustrating !!

I have a good and a bad experience with Zajel Courier Services. Myself submitted my daughters passport at their desk for stamping and after 3 days upon confirmation, I have collected the same back. If you are expecting a fast service, please go by yourself. That will make things very easy😁. But if you wait for their turn, I am really sorry to say that it would be a total mess. Bad experience is my wife had almost lost one of her documents from the same place. So think twice before you wait for it 😀.

AWB was created in Wednesday, on Thursday nobody contacted and customer service promised that pick up arranged for Saturday. On Saturday nobody came for passport collection, customer service promised it happens on Sunday. On Sunday happened exactly the same story. On Monday afternoon decided to bring passport myself to their office. Completely dissatisfied

Their customer service is rude.I have to edit my post.. you deserve lower that 1 negative star if possible.. all passport collection recently takes at least 1 month to be collected.after multiple calls and emails nothing happens.. until you give up and just wait for who knows when for the passport to be collected.you even tried to insist that you collected but package is not available.. not sure how that is possible when the passport is always at the reception.request a call back and nobody calls.its a good thing that you remove fast and reliable in your website and call introduction since obviously its not..

I gave again the adress, after 5 working day nobody came to pick up . This is literally the worst company I’ve dealt with so far! For one simple inquiry I had to speak to 7 different people and each person made me wait two days waiting promising me there will be a guy coming to collect my order. When the guy didn’t show up, After every two days I had to call them and every time a different person made the same promise with the same dialogue “sorry for the inconvenience I have raised a complain your delivery guy will be coming within two days time. I spoke to 7 people after every 2 days and still nothing !! this company is a joke!!!!

I got a call on 10th june 2021 , where they confirmed me with the location for my wifes passport pick up inorder to paste the visa . Today is date 19th there is no update, no call , no response. What a lousy way to deal with the visa stamping process. Imagine god forbid we have to fly for emergency who will take the responsibility of being not be able to. Since 21-5-2021 Im chasing for someone to pick up the passports for visa stamping.Call to the customer service never get connected. IVR says customers time and satisfaction is important and it gets disconnected.I had to chat on the website where in they said with in 3 working days someone from zajel will pick up the passport but it never happened.I personally walked into the Zajel office at Al Qiyada near to the airport on Wednersday, Service guy Imran scanned the application, after he scanned I tried to explain the situations, the guy next to Imran (at counter 3 I guess) said that he will raise a complain and send someone by tomorrow (27-5-2021) withour fail. The guy was so so cunning and arrogant as when I showed him that I was trying to raise a ticket but nothing was happening when I click on submit at Zajel portal, he simply said that is related to IT and not me.While all this was happening there were two complain were raised 102244, 102247 and finally when I reached the customer care on 04 2084000 Justin answered my call on Thursday (27-5-2021) and said complains were already been closed as in Zajel system my passports are received. This happened because Zajel front desk guy Imran has already scanned the applications to receive the passports but didnt cancelled it as he didnt collected the passports.Again when I insisted Justin to transfer the call to his supervisor he straightaway denied saying Supervisor is busy and will call me back.Its already more than 3 days but no call from Supervisor is been received yet.so basically if the visa stamping application is typed as normal its Zajel who has to pick up the passport, get the visa stamped and deliver it but* they dont answer the call to get the pickup confirmed* they dont give any acknowledgement message if its confirmed via chat* customer care is not reachable 9 out of 10 times* the staff doesnt handle situations being Zajel staff and try to get rid of it by blaming other departments* if complain is raised, they will close it by themselves without confirming if the issue is fixedit was last Saturday (22-5-2021) I reached them first time and untill today things are at the same place.Again customer service guy Justin said he will arrange someone on Saturdays which didnt happen ever.Finally the visas has been stamped on the passports and we got the passports in hand today i.e. 2/6/2021.Just happened to see the other reviews aswell. almost everyone has a similer concern.A humble advice to Zajel,Not sure if these reviewes impacts your business however fix your selfs or let others in the market have an opportunity how carries a better level of professionalism and dedication.Dont ask me to contact care or call some xyz number.Just review the incident (which forsure you are not going to do) and try to fix things as its not just me who faced such issues.

We were following wth Zajel team to come and collect the passports to submit for visa stamping. We were following up with them on daily basis and there is no proper response from their end. Everyday we used to hear from the customer service, that it will be getting collected today and the issue is been escalated to the concerned department. We are not sure, if there is any supervisor or concerned department is available to take care off such issues. to make a complaint thru their call center also NO VALUE.

Pathetic service from a courier company. Inspite of repeated calls and messages the passport is not collected after one week of creating the AWB. Everytime you call you get the same message that you will get a call from courier and will be collected today but this today never comes!!!They are exploiting the situation that we have no other option except to go through Zajel for passport collection and delivery.I wish we had an option to choose another courier company or get the document stamped directly from GDRFA.

To be frank you guys dont deserve any star, 😡😡 one of th worst and unprofessional courier company, called them to collect a Passport from our office, more than 3 days have passed and still following up and requesting them if they can send someone but all my tries were unsuccessful😔😔😔.There is no proper answer nor they provide you an exact time of collection as they want you to wait for a complete whole day doing nothing, when they dont appear you call them for an answer, the one and only answer, our team will be in touch very shortly in real they will never call if you wait for 1 month as they are not bothered to).Usually our Manager of the company delivers the Passport to them to avoid all this hassles but unfortunately he is out of country as ZAJEL does not accpet documents from anyother staff except the owner or P.R.O otherwise we would have delivered it to them to save their petrol and time as they only charge us for doing nothing.For sure i will find a way on how to complain in GDRFA so they can find another courier company who are faster and more reliable.

Very poor telephonic response. Whenever u call them it goes on IVR & after giving some info phone just disconnects. Usually they will not for weeks to pick up passport for stamping. But there courier guys are really fast once they collect ur passport it will be delivered within 2 days back to you.

My husband submitted a request for visa stamping for his mother on 22-April-2021 and nobody called nor came to collect the passport until now. Its just waste of time to use ZAJEL services, I complete my family visa renewal last Saturday and typer asked me if I want urgent or ZAJEL! Urgent can go by my self and get passport stamped and it cost AED 100 extra get it in 1 hour,. Called in the morning for my passport pickup , given a schedule for 3 PM pickup same day, surprisingly when called at 5 PM to check was told there is no schedule for this and i have to wait for 2-3 days . Very bad service after one month waiting them to pick the passport then many calls and reminders they ask me to drop them the passport how bad is this. First time i see in Dubai this kind of unorganized place

Tried calling the customer service, and the lady was not very accomodating. Very poor customer service. We were calling to inquire and she said the waiting time for our inquiry shall be 1.5 hours and ask them can it be 10 minutes and she just said you can find another courier company . Just wow!

Super fast service. Very less waiting time. Staff is very courteous and customer focused.

Very bad service as to compare DHL services , I made booking on 25th April 2021 and today is 29th April 2021 no one yet contacted yet for pickup, continuously i called to helpline and i was requesting to make a complaint but response was you cannot make any complaint-DHL is the best service

Very poor service, wrong commitments , fake promises. They project their services as world class but there is nothing to be even rating 1 out of 5.Not recommended to use. They are not fast, not reliable, not customer centric.

Very upset 😡 this courier service.3 week fellow to helping took my passport for staping.after they get and stamped visa after my wife same happening then I bring my wife passport subimt zajel courier office.we pay and fellow they give us work good courier service.

No call received for passport collection even after 4 days of receiving AB number, I called today then representative told me that it will be collected by evening 4 pm..Still no call and no one came to collect. First they promised for Thursday then Saturday, Very poor service, very poor commitment

Very bad service. After 43 days I came to the office and give them the passport for visa stamping.. their job is to pickup the passport and deliver it, they said i have to call them.. REALLY!!!

If you cannot do your job properly, please stop and dont give hard time for other companies. Are you all aware that you are causing delayed by work for for other companies? we are waiting for your collection team for a week now but no one is coming to collect the passports of our staff and some of them are going for vacation. do you want us to deliver these passports to your office? just let us know so that we can help you folks.

Its been almost a month, following it up everyday and until now, my documents and passport still here. I even go ahead of my schedule time of duty for today just to meet them and this courier guy couldnt wait for ten minutes and left the area. Very ineffective and inefficient service. Greatly dissapointed!!!! How did you get acreditted for a service courier company. You should step down immediately and give it to other much better deserving group!!!!!!!

Really inefficient and always late. Despite lodging complaints, they are still unable to pickup on time .Wish we didnt have to go through them for visa services

I have been very patient with this courier company. They sent me a message requesting for the address to pick up the passports last September, I followed up after a few weeks since I have not received any call or update from them. Until now, they have not picked up the passports yet. I also have to call them every single day to follow up. Call waiting time is approximately 10-20 minutes! On top of that, I was told by one of the agent that if I cant wait, why dont I just drop my passport to their office! Come on, you claim to be the fastest most reliable courier service and here I am reading similar experiences. I hope that Consumer Protection Agency will be notified of the services being offered by Zajel.

Pathetic service , I called them After waiting 3 weeks to collect my passport and they knew who I am as the request is already with them so stated that they dont have my full address...? So why they didnt call? no answer ? why we wasted 3 weeks? No one knows...

I dont have option to give them 0 rating, very very poor service, least bother about their customers. Not recommended at all!!

FAST? RELIABLE? TIME SENSITIVE?i believe they should feel shame to address their company like this. as they are very slow. Actually not slow. they are not moving at all. Reliable? in disappointing people. Time sensitive? yeah on when is the end of the month to collect their salary. They will just sit and do nothing.For the one responding to the reviews. You are reading all the reviews and yet you still suggest us to email and call? A lot of people complained for a long time. And yet the service still the same. People are wasting their time to call for passport collection and delivery and no one does. You think your management will take action if we send an email or complain?Take some action! its not a new issue. and no changes in your very bad service.

I am waiting for 17th of may for my passport collection, I went there office ,call them many time but still today no one came to collet the passport

So poor service!!!!My court sessions were delay 2 times because courier did not deliver the notification letter. The call center agent was very unprofessional.
