In this era of emails, it was plesant to see the tradiitonal mailbox at this Emirates Post (World Trade Centre). That birngs back old memories of the letter writting days.

1 Star reviews are all correct,They told me it will be delivered with in 3 days and nothing happened, i called next day they said we will deliver it tomorrow between 9 am to 4 pm, still no one came today very poor service.

Horrible, absolutely horrible service, I had sent my passport to the UK for renewal... it has been 4 weeks, passport is no where to be found, customer care cannot help, The Branch manager of DWTC should take a few lessons on Customer Service and actually being available in the branch she is managing.

I am trying to get my item delivered in hand, one week (plus one more week in emails). Poor communication, when calling to cust.service i get reply that it will be delivered 9 am to 16 pm today, it is already 3rd day in a row like this.Tacking number 1000007733440! I am writing here, because already 3rd email i have sent to cust.service is left without response. Poor, poor arrangement.

Temporarily closed in October 2017 due to renovation work (expected to be closed 3 months, until end of 2017). Alternatively option in nearby Trade Center Tower, which is a short walk away. Attaching photo of notification placed outside of office location.This particular Emirates Post Office has previously held stock of commemorative stamps. Uses these limited edition stamps can add a differentiated touch to your posted item; or to add to your philatelic collection.

A new, easy access and less crowded Emirates Post outlet at the exhibition and convention centre.
