Very bad service and will ask for more money to deliver. Promise to deliver in 3-4 days and it would take two weeks or more to deliver.

Worst companyI never ever deal with this kind of company, Not responding the phone calls & when responding their phone so no proper response. Doesnt have delivery schedule after several follow-ups and staff behavior is also not positive.

Got my parcel after one week from Mumbai and that also it was not delivered I had to pick the parcel from there office.

There office number is switched off. No one is replying to email. Maybe the have closed. Website is still active but no response from Office.

Horrible Service.. very rarely anyone pick up call on 600522527, whoever picks up call dont have sufficient knowledge to provide information and hangs up call for hours

Worst delivery company out there, they offered us great prices so we moved to them and started using their service. Soon after we started receiving complaints from our clients regarding deliveries and it became a night mare for us. Secondly, we tried them for 1 month and we havent received cash on delivery for all the deliveries. Its been over 22 days and after calling them numerous times, mr vishnu hasnt called us back from accounts.We will be sticking to fetchr, we have been using them for past 5 years and never really had a major issue with them.

WORST courier service ever. I have been waiting for a delivery of books from my daughters school and i have got the most unprofessional response so far from operations. I do not want to name anyone but please stay clear of this courier service. i have also conveyed the same to the school and they too have the same opinion from many parents about the same person. Such a shame how some employees kill the goodwill of a company.

Getting Delayed is OK, But i called twice from today evening and you people ensured the shipment will happen today, and i was waiting for this entire time. And now i can see the status saying I REQUESTED FOR FUTURE DELIVERY. Thats a lie. This is really bad courier service.No one bother to call to my number, and without my information, how can you request for future delivery ?? I am complaining same to souq seller. Also i will do the best i can.Second time when i called around 6 PM, lady told courier guy is already in Muhaisinah he will come within a short time. and now time is 8 24 and i can see it suddenly went to arrived at delivery and then to requested for future delivery . VERY VERY BAD..

Worst service ever, the driver supposed to come to my office at 4:00 pm, i waited him till 6:00 pm and didnot came. They stated we need to postpone and after long negotitions, they arrived the shipment at 09:00 pm. The reason for being late they were busy and the driver dont know the roads in Dubai. Really terrible service, don’t ever go with them.I spent one hour in the phone with the driver to guide him to my location

Too lazy. I waited for 3days for the shipment to arrive in my office in Abu Dhabi. I finally had to collect the shipment from their office all the way to Sharjah all by myself. And those 3days, the shipment was staying ideally in their delivery facility. When checking tracking status in their website it says shipment out for delivery, but hasnt moved an inch.
