Their Telephone Customer Support is HIGHLY unprofessional and rude.Past two weeks Ive been calling to raise a complaint bout my furniture.First, they assured theyll send a technician the next day and no one showed up, when I called asking where is my technician, very casually they informed they forgot to send someone as the technician didnt report to his supervisor.Second, Now that the technician has already checked everything, he assured that someone will come to replace the furniture in 2-3 days. So after one week I called IKEA to ask where is the technician, I cant remember her name BUT SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. Im asking her questions but she has no answer to this. It was funny to me how rudely , casually and so laid back she was and it shows how the organisation works too.It is so disappointing that IKEA runs such an organisation, and its more disappointing as Ive been a loyal consumer.

Waiting for the delivery already 3 weeks. Customer care representative not professional and toll-free numbers are busy all the times. Not satisfied
