I have placed a order on 20th June 2021, thought online & 1 item due to stock zero it has been cancelled and i received email from SSS saying that amount will be rivet bank in 7-14 day, as of today 08-07-2021 i didnt received amount and fed up by calling call center no response. very very bad service. i dont prefer it to buy.

Misleading, inattentive and troublesome! Last time I will ever purchase anything from Sun and Sand! Dont fall for any of their online sales, refunds are a pain! Expect a DED complainIncompetent customer service who responds like an idiot. They dont care about feedback but im putting it here as a warning

Had a worse experience with them while shopping online. I have ordered a few times, after paying for the complete order they send an email saying the items in your ordered are not available. They dont even have the courtesy to inform me on a phone. They ‘shut me up’ by saying ‘we will refund you’. That’s not how it works!Seems like the organization is being run by some unprofessional people.

What a horrendous experience shopping here. I used their online portal last November for the first time and its been the worst shopping experience of my entire life.Firstly, I cancelled the order and they sent it to me anyways. The courier would not take it back with him so I had to arrange for a return service which took 2-3 calls to their customer service team. After returning the parcel, I havent had a single message or email from them confirming the same. Moreover, its been 3 months and I havent received my refund. The emails to their customer service team dont get answered and their customer service team make false promises on the phone. Literally, have lost count of how many times I have called them.I dont know if this is their strategy to keep their business afloat, to either pay staff less or not have enough staff so theyre overworked and dont care or simply to just not refund their customers.Ridiculous organisation. Should not be allowed to operate at all.

Before i share my experience heres a PRO TIP!Before ordering online, download the DUBAI CONSUMER app as you might need to complain them. Trust me.I ordered an item from them and was charged shipping but they sent the WRONG size. I asked for refund but they refunded only the item value which is not right because they are the one at fault. I have an on going complaint against them (via the mentioned app) to refund the shipping charge and everyone should be aware that you can refund shipping charge if they are at fault. (I will post the result once resolved.)Miserable experience but it is as expected. You can even ask their employees in their shops what they think about their online stores.I ordered 1 item and it has to be replaced twice for not getting the size right. I ordered womens size but they are sending mens size of the same number thinking those are just the same.EDIT: As promised, here is the refund I got with the help of DED and their app. Should you encounter the same problem, just file a complaint in the app.

HORRID experience shopping online- I wouldve given them a zero star if possible. Ive returned all purchased items to the online store- most of them unopened - and am still waiting for my refund - it has been 3 months. Ive made 6 calls and written 4 emails and chatted a million times. Its extremely annoying the customer service staff absolutely offers no information and are useless - from all the reviews it seems like the company just likes to keep customers money. worst online shopping portal ever.

Reviewing my online experience:Positives: most of my order arrived within two days and well packed.Negatives: 12 days later, 5 of my items not yet delivered, no refund yet and worse call center staff seems not to have any useful information about anything , just standard reply we will send a message for concerned team, same answer after 12 days, 8 calls and 1 email.

I have never written a poor review of a company before. Most of the time I just move on from a bad experience, but I definitely feel the need to warn others.They are not able to manage their online business. They are setup for store retail and not online.The customer service though is probably the worst I have seen with any company ever and thats saying something.I ordered an item from the website (online order) and they said that they will deliver within 12-14 days. Now I have been waiting for a month without even a date when they will deliver my item. I called the call center many times and every time they said that they have sent an urgent request to the warehouse to deliver my order. I sent them many emails but no answer a part from the auto reply email that they received my email. But I am still waiting to hear when my order will be delivered. Denied access to supervisors or contact information concerning where to complain at higher levels.The reps themselves are fairly nice (apologising all the time), but its almost impossible to get someone knowledgeable, get an issue resolved, escalate to a higher tier of support etc. I am not sure why a company of this size would spend so much time and money on website, call center, marketing to their own customers, when they wont even address the issues at hand. I really do not understand how the management can get away with such a performance.

Very bad service they dont take care of the customer. They put there number but they dont answer and always leads the operator. And when we call the operator it immediately shut down. They ignore any complain. The delivery is very bad they said that we will receive it within five days but until now we havent received everyday they come up with a new excuse. I feel very bad that its a huge well known brand but have very bad bad customer service. And every employee rely on another person.

I would like to start my feedback with “worst experience ever” and will never do any shopping with this brand online or from the store, period!!!!I did an online transaction on 5th of this month & as per their tc they will deliver the item within 14 days, it has past the due daye time but i havent received my items yet.While i was waiting for my items i did numerious (email/ calls) follow ups to know the status of my shipment as i didn’t hear from them but i was never given an eta. After 18 days of doing the transaction with them i have still not received my items yet.I called their customer service number to witness the most horrible experience of my life, the representative took 29 minutes to transer the call to a supervisor and to add to the horrible experience the supervisor was also not able to give an eta on my delievery, upon asking for an email of a manager where i can seek help and assistance, in return i got deniel..I was wondering if they at all care about their customers?? and for how long will they be able to survive if they continue like this, a brand of this kind catering such a pathetic service.

I have just been at Sun and Sand in Mall of the Emirates. I had the best staff to help me choose my sports shoes and guided me through the shop to show me different styles brand and was very informative. Bless her she was walking all around the shop to show me different articles. I was in rush and this staff was very helpful with my quick shopping trip. This review is made especially for her, thank you Emilyn very much for the help. I hope this review posted on the head office gets to your manager as I could not find how to post it on the one at Mall of the Emirates.

Worst customer service ever I have a probelm since December 2020,its not solved yet, no follow up and I have to keep calling and sending messages on their website,I posted 2 complaints no one replied and I asked for a supervisor 3 times and their reply is we will submit a request and someone will call you back which didnt happen,will never order online from their website again

Worse service ever !! I bought a Kettler S6 Track at 6.500 AED and it broke completely after 3 weeks !! Impossible to reach the service center, tried 150-200 calls to reach them, once I finally had someone on the phone, they said someone was coming and never showed up. Worse service I have ever seen !!!

Hello, i have been contacting you for the past two weeks and this is very careless and irresponsible and very unprofessional really, one of the worst services i dealt with, I’m never ordering from sun and sand sports again. it’s not very hard to deliver inside the UAE and yet another inside Dubai! No customer service is helpful no one coordinates or anything really! every time someone tells me you will receive a number when your order is shipped like thats the only response i ever get!!!!!! like tell me the items are out of stock or it won’t be delivered and send me back my money. This is unacceptable and very very downgrading for you guys. I’m never dealing with you ever again and I’ll make sure to give bad reviews everywhere. i always order stuff online and international and it is decent and professional and never delay in delivery. You did not even send an apology mail regarding this much delay. you’re not just about to lose one customer, you’re losing an entire community, and ill spread it all over social media.

Terrible Online Selling Experience, NEVER AGAIN.I placed an order on 24th November with Sun and Sands online mobile app for a pair of sneakers for my daughters birthday next week and never received the order neither is there any news of refund as of today on 13 December 2018. I sent many messages through Sun and Sand mobile app weeks ago with no response to even one and have been trying to call Aramex since yesterday and no one answers after minutes waiting saying they have heavy traffic of phone calls. Also tried calling Sun and Sand customer service on 04-3149000 since last three days and also no one answers the phone. Today fortunately got through after waiting on line for 10 minutes and the guy answering the phone was least bothered saying he is unable to help. Now i have to chase them for my refund.
