If you ever want to lease an office unit, then not here. Building rules arent friendly. Security ans building admin has way too many unnecessary processes. We had a complete move in, move out documents but they still need to wait for an email from the management which caused us delay in our move in.Lift is slow, building is old. Staff are unhelpful. They are trained to negate you not to help you in a seamless move in. They make things difficult.

This review is not for the building but for the pickup and drop off outside the building. They constructed such a big building but hardly any place for the vehicles that come for a pickup and drop off. Always busy and congested.

Nice building... Excellent facilities to the visitors with clean and neat pantry..spacious office space...The only disadvantage is the lift... Too much constraints and need to wait for long during peak hours..

Towers lift system is the worst of all the business tower i have ever visited. You literally have to wair for 20-30 min at times just to get the lift. One can reach home in that time :D plus like any and every sales person have access to the building and you will have several unwanted visitors all the time.

A building where you can have a great view

Great place, the building is calm and well maintained. The security guard and workers are always present and checking and maintaining the premises clean. You have most of the things that you might need near you and its quite near to the metro station (15 min walking). No parking for outsiders thought, you gotta pay for some underground parking.

From business bay metro station, u need to walk straight until u reached the stop light,if kfc is on ur left side u need to cross the street and u will see sandwichy,u need to be on masari drive side,while waiting at the stop light look up facing sandwichy and u will see a building that have big round flat plate on the top and that is citadel tower,and it will be easier for u to locate the building u just need to walk all the way up the street(masari drive).but also u can take taxi if ur not familiar with the place but taxi will go the opposite way bec.they cant make u turn on the metro side but its just also min.12aed fare..This is the view from 38th flr. And u will see lots of button on the lift just be patience on waiting for the lift as only 5persons on each lift following the protocol due to covid.(i wonder why the photos i took cant be seen full view)🤔

Great location with budget restaurants - Arabic Mandi Restaurant, Indian & Chinese Restaurant, small grocery in ground floor where you can get Karak Tea just by 1 Dhs..😘😘 ..Office furniture shop, stationary, spa are available in building.It is 10 -12 minutes walking distance from Business Bay Metro. Beautiful Canal View behind the building😍😍

Building has a nice view.Quick elevatorsPaid parking (AED 10 onwards) even for 1/2 hr.

The parking here is great even though it is paid. However, it is also very one of lowest in Business Bay Area. The building is also very well maintained and clean. The only problem here is the lift. One has to wait a long time to get into an already cramped lift.There are few eateries behind the building facing the canal and Tiba restaurant has one of the best Mandi I have ever tasted.

Need better parking options for Visitors

One year ago I visit the clinic and now I so happy because Dr.Rami and Dr.May done great job with with my teeth, ( alignment, veneers and 2 implants ) and now I’m do not hesitate to smile any more .

Nice tower for all kind of office

The building is good with fast elevators but I dont like the fact that the parking isnt free for visitors even for an hour or two.

Its got my fav restaurant and free parking. Thats all we need in life ♡

The Citadel Tower is located in Business Bay. My head office is on the 35th floor. From here you have to enjoy the beauty of Dubai City. Its an experience

Nice office building with some pretty nice views from the higher floors. However, the elevators are very slow.

Nice location amd view but this building has a big issue with its 7 lifts and the service is worst. You must be lucky to get the lift on time. Mostly you have to wait for 10 minutes to get it. No parking place for visitors. Paid parking only.

Parking is charged here at Aed 5+ vat, other than that its a cool office tower with nice view of business bay.
