Dear Dubai Optical Team,I was feeling some issues with my eye sight and I consulted a doctor. After examination of my Eyes, doctor has advised for power glasses 1.5 Left and 1.5 Right.I visited your stores at Al Khaleej Center – Dubai and got my glasses done. This was happen in 2017/18.I have two sets of glasses and use any of them. When I use glasses purchased from your stores, I feel uncomfortable at right eye and even little headache.Now I came to know the glasses were provided wrong. They have provided me 1.5 Left and 1.75 for Right.Can someone please explain me why this has happen?Your sales lady sometimes says the machine is wrong, sometime she says the doctor who has made this glasses is already left the company.how can you use wrong machine in your shop.Can someone please call me to explain how you can provide wrong glasses for such critical organ which is EYE.I have sent you 3 emails and called to landline numbers, and still waiting for your reply.
