Thank you..Yes, there is a problem in the elevators of the Damac main office building in Al Barsha. I was on a quick visit, although there are a lot of elevators and everyone is working, the waiting and crowding is the obvious feature.. There is wasted time for visitors and staff.. I think there is a problem with the programming and working organization of the elevators .

Worst experience to be in this building. This is an overcrowded building. Do not rent an office in this building if you own a business. The staff here uses the lift with their own keys and when they do so, the lift doesnt stop anywhere. we ended up waiting literally 25 minutes. The queue to get in the lift goes all the way outside of the building.Worst management ever.

Structure and decoration inside building is nice and pleasant, but service, commitment not up to the mark. My advise before doing any business OR making BOOKUNG payment kindly carefully read, understand all term and condition before signing agreement.

Worst developer ever. Their company is just scam I will advise everyone to not buy from them. They will not handover your units. Please be careful. The building was dirty and unprofessional, elevators were over packed and I had to squeeze in an elevator with maybe 6 people! talking about social distancing! reception procedure almost non! It says a lot about the company, not sure I would buy a Damac property versus going to an Emaar office!

This is the super bad company in Dubai. Sure!!!!I buy townhouse, must take handover in March, now May and I am still haven’t any documents and can’t move in my house. Nobody not answer what is the problem, all only told - we will call you back.I am with all my family stay in rent apartment, can’t stay longer.They don’t want give money back 40% and can’t explain why happened this terrible situation, why this company have so bad service without any normal attitude for customers.Really I 1 million time I told - this is big mistake take anything in Damac!

They need more elevators in that building. Too many people suffer to go up or down in the building. No distance in between people inside the elevator.

I am writing to express my unhappiness at the way the Damac Collections Team fails to respond to queries especially after they have received their payments. I have been chasing up Since Nov 2020 for a rebate they offered in writing upon early payment through a bank loan of my instalments. However, to date, I am being shunted between different people with commitments of call backs, responses etc. However, to no avail. This morning, I told the agent over the phone that I will write on the social media as I have no recourse to any escalation to speak to someone senior. It does look like they neither care to keep their commitments or worry about their reputation.

Beautiful community, just bought 2 bedroom flat, however, the service is poor at the level of facility management and it need major improvement only then this community will be the best in dubai. The flats are beautiful and the view is amazing. I hope damac will focus more on improving the facility management as some tenants and owners are suffering from this. My flat was fully furnished and it came wit a TV that was set up for hotel use and not for domestic use, I hope damac will replace it so I can use a functional TV. I will update the review once my request is been attended as Im struggling to reach someone for this matter.

A nicely designed office building, however the lifts remained too crowded during working hours. While if youre visiting you must request to your host to book a visitors parking for you.

The elevator.... OMG! It takes like ages to come to desired floor, no theyre not slow, its just that theyre not enough.

Horrible customer service. Horrible investors treatment. When you walk in to buy, they literally sweet talk you the whole time. After you buy, they dont even pick up your calls! I can tell you all about my experience in details. We have wasted millions invested into their low quality finishing, late delivery 100% on almost all their properties. Watch out for their 1sided contracts of which only damac benefits from, and their rental pool agreements screwed us over big time. Im definitely suing them! Dont be fooled by their lavish cars and offices. Image does wonders. Go for Emaar or Meraas.

DAMAC has Extremely poor customer care service and the worst ever investor treatment. When you walk in to buy, they sweet talk to you all the time. When you sign the contract / SPA with them, their treatment will be the worst. I have lost my money, time, energy and health with this disgusting company. We bought several units and discovered that they sold better units in the same building in higher floors with cheaper prices and better payment plans. Some units with the same pricing and area came without parking and they forced us to pay extra for parkings to get our title deeds. After completing the building and paying the units price fully and paying in advance the service charge for one year, they did not give us our title deeds due to VAT issue and they claimed that the delays was from the Dubai Land Department. After almost 6 months of this delay, I visited the Dubai Land Department and discovered that all the DELAYS was from DAMAC side. Dubai Land Department can easily process any transaction within few days maximum.I never ever faced such issue with other developers that I have bought from such as Emaar, Nshama, Azizi and AlDar in Abu Dhabi. If you want to invest in Dubai go to Emaar or Nshama because they have good customer care and they try their utmost to resolve any issues that you may have in your long term real estate investments and all their service charges are justified and reasonable for the service that they provide.

Its a nice building but very busy hence u need to really wait for the lift and lift is always full 🙂They had a big reception before but now only a small desk.On the 6th floor is damac client services office and also Loams office (luxury facilities management).Parking for damac clients, there is valet service but to find the parking entrance is a bit tricky as u need to really go round n round to find it.Damac crm only meet with prior office.Good luck 🤘

Not professional at all , delay in everything. I don’t advise to buy in off plan projects, because you will buy something but you will get something else .I bought 2 hotel apartments for 1 million Dirhams each which is high price just because it’s hotel apartment, but I got shocked when I found that it’s not as described in the sales and purchase agreement, it’s furnished apartment.In addition to that the space area we found is 8% less than what was agreed , but they compensate me for only 3% as per the law .So why you buy from this company and why you buy off plan units under construction?

I work in this building... 23 floors of work space & 8 floors of parking ( 5 upper & 3 basement ).. Getting a lift on time can be bit tight from 8.15am to 8.45am... So be 15 min early for the meeting.. :)cheers!...

Awesome place in the Heart of Tecom. Great parking facility and vallet services. Tower is cleanly maintained. Employees are provided with free good quality food and they offer free Gym and Pool facilities. Best and luxurious place to meet people.

Be careful guys, behind the smiles are careless people, who sell you overprice properties, that bank don t want to finance, valuation coming 30%lower than the price, no customer service, they will screw you even more at handover, they will ask for a full year service charge ahead, of course no one would tell you that, while other developper give you years for free... their sales will even laught at your face telling you that you should buy from resale market! A commercial property that houses DAMAC head office on the 6th floor. The bulding is designed nicly, attended a meeting there, visitors parking system is not efficient. The DAMAC representative was not on time for our meeting, even though we booked an appointment in advance before heading there,thought he was polite, freindly and well informed.

Beware of their delivery timelines/quality of construction/actual home sizes delivered before investment. Check with previous owners. The agent is chasing you to close for a reason.

Nice building, elevators are a bit busy even during non peak hours of other than 830 to 930 or 4:30 to 530 but if you go for an Official Damac Meeting you can get a pretty sweet free valet service which is great for the area in Tecom/ Barsha Heights. Not sure what Id do if I worked in this building, it has a couple of restaurants and shops. Ohh also all of Damac Customer Relationship Management team sits here, as well as Legal, so if you are getting a damac handover in 2018, then this will be the place you will come to get the final approvals before you collect the keys.

Was called for an interview .. Reached and there was no one at the reception to attend to me and later after waiting for nearly 20mins or so ..a lady walks in, not even interested to ask me why i am here or who am i waiting for.. She just went n sat on her seat at the reception. I walked up n said i have an interview scheduled today, which she didnt pay attention to, and asked me to repeat, i did n then she says who asked you to come ? Evryone has left for the day !!! The hr who scheduled my interview didnt even have the courtesy to inform me that people are not available and or apologise for wasting my time.

Damac headquarters. Dont ever make the mistake of buying anything from Damac. You will lose money at best. Shop for real estate somewhere else. This is a very honest and first hand experience with this company. Just stay clear of them, and dont let the fancy ads, sweet words and flashy showrooms fool you.

Its very difficult to reach your floor,lifts very busy and when you finally get the lift it will stop almost in every single floor so to reach 10th floor it will take for you around 15-20 minutes,also problem with visitors parking which is not for free ,very disappointed with this building 🤨

There are no clear directions how to get to parking . its a pain you have to go around the block a couple of times to figure out how to get to parking . once in the building took 12 mins for the lift to come .

Damac tower is the actually a bussiness hub,lot of offices work in this tower.Even Damac itself one of the leading construction company in Dubai.

I spend a total of about 40 minutes each day waiting for lifts. Total joke system - the worst by a very large margin.Building management are pretty lazy.
