Very bad.... I need the medicine for home delivery. But they told me that medicine is not available in any branch. I checked with aster abushagara they have medicine. This type of unprofessional peoples spoil the organisation .Still they are not called me. My medicine name. Neomet 1000 and Glim 3mg. Need urgent.Details already send to watsup to Annie.

Worst system and service. Last day I visited Aster Al Nahadha Sharjah Branch at 9 o clock with my son. he had a breathing problem and I was the first customer.So at 9 I went but I got to consult GP is at 9:15, And after that I had to consult Pediatricians but the insurance got approved after 1 hour because clinic staff send request to insurance after 50 minutes and insurance was approved immediately.After that doctor wrote for blood test, x-ray and nebulisation. But because of not sending request insurance not approved. after 2 hour’s waiting I called aster customer care and complained then after they send request to Insuranse and got approval on same time. regarding this much delay I check with insurance they are told to me clinic not send request on time they are send request after one hours .And upon doctors special request nebuliastion was done without the approval of insurance. But approval was received again after 1 hour.Morning 9 I was there in hospital but all the procedures were completed by 1 pm which is not accepted at all as the situation of my child was bad. He had chest infection.So the ignorance like this from the medical team is not appropriate as every situation may not be similar always and that too in the case of small children’s.Every time they are doing same things. before Aster system is good they acted correctly.Unfortunately last few months we are getting response like this .

They cant fix their website and you expect them to fix humans.

It was a nice experience for me there in aster corporate office. I just unbox my youtube silver play button inside their pantry area.The corporate office is located in the first floor of Ansar gallery. Ansar gallery is just a walkable distance of 200 meters form the Burjuman Metro station
