Dear West Zone,Im having complain with the PRO, one of your employee is finish his contract last 14th of August we are following up the copy of Residence Visa Cancellation until now but no one is responding to us even the reception and HR.Please note that new company is requesting the copy of Residence Visa Cancellation for them to give his new Visa, we are rushing of days/time cause his grace period will be over next week.Please consider my request.

Westzone in MBK have the worst and rude assistant manager as he calls himself as he does not deserve that title ever his name is vindu .he talks to clients rudely and arrogantly.its embarasaing having such a person to head the other staff as he cant be a role model for supermarket team.

I just wanted to come into your knowledge that your online shopping app reduces your consumer preferences, I was once an avid customer of one of your supermarket in WZ tecom, unfortunately no more order over the phone, our office used to order 1000+ aed for office supplies in a week or 2, now we shifted to small supermarket they are friendly and caring customer service oriented.

Im seeing a lot of negative comments here. If you dont know know anyone personally working in westzone then i completely understand where your coming from. My cousin is working here and i know how many hours he works per day(unbelievable) and how low their salary is. Go and work in west zone and im sure that you will regret all the negative comments and feedback you’re giving towards the employees instead you will feel them (thats if you’re not too proud enough to own your beinf judgemental) put yourselves in their shoes and experience what theyve been going through.

I need this issue raise and see by the management im complaining the managerWESTZONE. Here in Boulevard down town DubaiIts really inappropriate to talk to his client that i cannot understand them because they have too much customer and tell me if i want to have dinner i should call earlier i called they delivery did not arrived and when i called them again thats the time they sent my order its always happening u need to remind them to your order and then thats the time they will send ur order and the manager was really unprofessional

Close Barsha South Arjan branch.Manager is not competent and staff has no experience of FMCG.Delivery of near expired bread.Poor quality of vegetable.Items are on application but out of stock.Better close the branch❗❗❗❗
