Terrible experience adding a VIP tag to an existing company account. No one knows what to do and everyone is right except of course the customer....Make it difficult enough and customers will opt out however when you have a monopoly then customer service is less important.

But instead one of the representative states We changed our mind, we cant help, apply again I lost their trust at start. If i apply again, the same thing will occur. I dont recommend this company.
