Customer support line does not even work. How are customers supposed to claim their 2 years manufacturer guarantee if the manufacturer is unreachable? This is a customer ripoff scheme. Never buying their products ever again.

The high star reviews must be paid lies. I couldnt get through to anyone. All just recorded messages and wasting time. Absolute rubbish. Andy, Sid, Ajesh, Mayesh, Sylvia, and whoever else dont really care about actually doing their job. Whats the point of a telephone system if theres no one on the other end to answer it????? Technology company? Really? More like a satellite branch wasting head office money.
