Coz always redirecting to other tasks... At least take some time in listening to us and letting us know the proper way of completing our process....

This is most convenient and clean center especially during corona time. If you have any immigration work like visa renewal or even whole RTA work like renewal of driving license. Parking is available in surrounding. Quick solution and mostly one window operation to your problems.

Good services. In speed.Time is 8 am to 8 pm. Accessible by noor metro. Limited parking space. Token number is on sms while you go there so environment friendliness.

Govt facilities under one roof. Becarefull they are not provided MOFA approval anymore. For that you have to go to consulate area branch of MOFA

Security is the rudest I have ever seen . No manners to even talk, just to answer a simple question.Hours of wait in a standing line . No chairs. No answer to any question. Little do you know after the wait they might say documents arent complete or do this online

This office is inside the Al Manara Center where you can access almost all government services. (The location is accessible both thru taxi/private car or metro.Visited this office for Visa Stamping (new application - new born - residency visa) and it was very quick. 3 minutes waiting time (queue) and 2 minutes for the actual stamping . Just bring your copy of visa application from the typing centre.

Under renovation currently so only half centers working but really good in terms of service and speed

One stop shop for all your government work.I have been turned away for wearing shorts, which was surprising, but it these are the rules. The reception guy was nice enough to take my paperwork and complete the Visa stamping while I waited in the coffee shop. Great service.

Very supprotive and helpful staff

Went for a visa hold of my family, waited in queue for 30 mins, then went down to get cash from atm, and the staff forced me to stay in the back of the line for another 20 mins. They didnt even wanted listen to me that all i need is just make the payment. Not the most pleasant experience.

Excellent staff, very quick, i went their for stamping of visa, which i got it done in 15 minutes. Staff was very professional. many other services are being offered there related to typing, immigration etc.
