Great telecom company in Dubai

Mall of branch is a rip off I am shocked I let them convince me I was getting a good price on a Lens cover for iPhone 12 Pro Max ., what costs 15 dhs on Amazon was sold to me at 70 dhs. A Transparent cover that costs 10 dhs on Amazon was sold to me at 60 .. I will never buy from that place again or recommend them to anyone as this is fraud

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM MALL OF THE EMIRATES BRANCH. THE SALES AGENT OFFERED ME A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR MY NEW PHONE. THE SALES AGENT SAID THAT THERE IF WARRANTY IF THE SCREEEN PROTECTOR IS REMOVED. AND YES, IT WAS REMOVED IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. I RETURNED IT TO MALL OF THE EMIRATES BRANCH AND THE BRANCH IN CHARGE SAID THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE WARRANTY FOR REPLACEMENT. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE SAYING THERE IS WARRANTY IN THEIR PRODUCTS.

I visited the shop in Al Ghurair branch on behalf of my friend to return the item but the employee named Anne Virginia was very rude on me to the point that she was already shouting and threatening to call the police. The issue was raised to the higher management but there was no action made. I do not recommend this shop aside from poor quality of their item their employees are very rude on dealing the customers. They are only nice when u purchase an item with them for their sales incentives but they refused to deal with their defective items and put the blame on the customers.

Very bad experience to work with them as a retail staff 10 hours straight duty sometime 12 hours work pressure single penny didn’t pay as i work as traine don’t go if they offer you retail staff ....very bad experience.

Bad Customer service in Al Ghurair Branch named Anne Virginia. She was very rude and unapologetic with our return item issue. This is the first time that we have experienced a bad customer service in Dubai. We are hoping that the company will make a necessary action regarding this matter.
