1 stars for response which is the only thing I could see better. price per unit is too high and they also increase current reading with multiple factor of (so called )pressure of gas which doesnt make sense because it increases actual no. of units at least 35%. I got their billing department no. and when I called the representative and asked for the solution of having actual 1:1 meter reading without this multiple factor. Without being a bit polite , his very first response was Disconnect the gas connection. I got surprised with that non professional response and asked what kind of solution is this then he just ignored and said we will see and then they didnt come back. It shows, the only solution they have, is to get rid of the customers so that they cant complain.

The worst service I ever had. They can’t even make an appointment properly. Never on time. And the call center is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t even listen when you talk. They think you have to stay at home one week and wait when they can come. I wish I had other options like other companies to dealt with.Extremely disappointed. I would poor less then one star if I could.

Extremely disappointed with the service & customer care. My account was not updated in their system & after five months they came with a bill asking 15 dirhams x 5 mnth as admin fee for the meter reading & very overpriced billl (high gas price compared to other suppliers). Again they never came to my home in 5 mnths even after complaining to the care taker of my building & putting the blame on me that i was not at home . By seeing many comments here it seems its their usual tactics.

I would give them a ZERO! Absolutely disappointing. I was charged extra 40AED for admin fee by mistake. They promised they will give it back once I moved out. When I did move out they REFUSED to give it back to me. Then the guy that came to disconnect my gas didn’t bring the machine to count my last bill, instead he made an APPROXIMATE amount and charged me that. I usually pay max 40AED, and this guy charged me 70! Telling me that the prices went up. I know he lied. After arguing, I just got tired (BECAUSE I’M 8 MONTHS PREGNANT) and gave him 30AED (he returned 470aed of my deposit) to pay for final bill.Again, very unprofessional. People living in Plaza Residence JVC, BEWARE OF THE SCAM!!!!!

The worst company of gas in the UAE, absolute crooks, first they were charging 10DHS for admin fees, 20DHS for maintenance charges, and now that i left the apartment and want to switch accounts they are charging 150DHS for disconnection and 150DHS for re-connection, i told them i might not have my contract paper with me as i have done the connection years back, they said i will have to make a new contract and pay another deposit, we are living in the 21st century and everything now is systematic and smart, nobody keeps papers anymore. I wish i can give a zero instead of 1, not recommended.

I already close my account and got the final bill and paid it, I also got my clearance but until now they dont give my deposit.i spoke to a guy named Osman and i asked him to send the location of the office but he did not send it and he was so rude.He even told me if im rich no need to get the cash deposit!!!!!i asked him if he can deposited it in my bank account and he said not allowed!!!! and i told him why they did not deduct that deposit in my final bill???????why i have to bother myself to go to your office to take it!!!! cant your really do some consideration to your customer?????? very rude and so unprofessional service at all!!! unacceptable!!!Please terminate Osman,he is not good Model of your company.

Horrible customer service! I wish i can give you a zero, not one star.How many days does one need to connect a gas? Every time you call you are told they will call you back. Nothing happens, they dont call and no one comes. The most ridiculous service provider ever, not sure why would JVC pick these guys to serve the area! Get your stuff sorted out people, you sound so unprofessional giving the same update and having people wait for 9 minutes on hold.

Worst experience they keep rescheduling the timing for gaz connection without informing they dont bother themselves at all. for the 3rd time I was waiting and no one show up I called again and no surprise RESCHEDULED what a poor service !!! and you get paid almost 500aed for this!!! not professional I give zero you dont deserve even 1 star

I Couldn’t open my gas cylinder. So, They came the next day, and they offered to replace the gas cylinder and gas as if they’re new. Great service.Edit: They even upgraded the purity of the gas for free as a gesture of good will! Amazing.

The personnels on DUBAI branch have the WORST customer service. I have been in contact for months now just to get and pay my bill and I didnt get a clear answer. always pointing to one another and when you call or message them, very late response or no response at all. I am now in contact to this MUEED guy and his service is SO BAD or WORST.

Payment by cash is a bit of a hassle now as many do not use cash. It is a standard practice for any company to settle the payment through credit card or a bank transfer.I am sure Brother Gas has an active corporate bank account and it is possible to make payment through direct online transfer. Why that option is not exercised cannot be understood.The person coming to take the reading takes only cash and if we do not have cash in hand it is a bit embarrassing.It would be good if the system of payment has the option to pay by credit card as well as bank transfer.

Worst service.... Different price for different customers in same building.... I paid 115aed for five years when my neighbour was giving only 95aed.... And now I came to know many people in my community are paying only 80/85 aed when I am paying 100. Adnoc is charging only 68 aed for same cylinder and their cylinder last more... I raised a complaint with brother gas and if they dont call me with a solution I will switch to other companies...

If I could give this company less than one star, I would happily do it. I moved out of a building in JVC on August 4th, and gas was disconnected on the same day. They were supposed to inform me when my security deposit would be ready for refund, which they never did. I had to start chasing them. They have been extremely inflexible and rude with me, they asked me to drive from Jebel Ali to Al Qusais (and be there before 5pm, while I also have a 9-6 job) to pick up the deposit, because they want the original contract back. They would not accept it sent by mail, they would not do a bank transfer, they would not send it by courier, they would not send it with one of their drivers. Inexistent customer service.

The worst expeience i had in Dubai ever, if you have no option but this company get your self electric oven better.Awful experience with customer service trying to make new connection for 5 days so far and no one can help get the job done... Alot of false promises and appoinments... I am ruuning between customer service team and supervisors... Enginers.. Technician.. I cobtact them all myself... And the connection isnt installed yet.

I will never use this company again, first they tried to charge me more than we agreed, then they messed up my order and said they can deliver it the day AFTER the party when I need it, then after arguing with them they agreed to send the part they are missing and they said it will be delivered by 7:30pm so I waited at work after I have finished and they didnt deliver the part until 8:15pm! I was waiting at work from 7pm till 8:15pm for them to deliver their mistake. Absolute joke. And it would also help if the people they send to do the payments and orders spoke English so we arent standing for two hours trying to figure out why the price is wrong and why theres a piece missing. TWO HOURS they took to take the payment. NEVER AGAIN

Great service, but the current collection process still has room for improvement. I hope you can implement online billing and payment so that we dont have to wait for the collectors. I am a residential customer from Dot Com Apartments and sometimes the collector comes when there is nobody in the house. And for some reason the collector is offended if I ask how much without any pleasantries. What I suggest is that the invoice can be sent to our email address or left with the building security if the customers are not in their flats. Then we can pay online.

This is the most frustrating company in Dubai! They never respond to payments. I paid the full bill of AED 71 on April 20th and on May 20th they knock on my door with a bill of AED 537. How is that even possible? To make matters worse, they don’t respond to any messages and I’m stuck with a bill that is clearly off!!!
