You don’t answer me call or email to give me the rest of my claim money back from my car insurance, but when I make the deal with you, you answer so fast not because your service is good , just to collect the my money. Your service is under zero

If possible without star this is what this insurance deserves. Very worst insurance, had to deal with them due to the faulty car insured with them.. They cause us physical and mental stress... They made us run behind them and even Do the search for our car part. Very unprofessional customer service in the claim department and the no one wants to provide proper information... Quite literally the most incompetent ‘organisation’ (if you can call it that) I’ve ever dealt with. Had an incident 4 months ago which I wasn’t to blame for (green slip). Still haven’t been paid out - not through objection, but they’re complete lack of process, common sense and care. They won’t fight your corner whatsoever, have done everything including dealing with the insurance authority myself. They never return calls, absolute nightmare to deal with. Expressed my frustration to a senior manager in person. Promised to call me back and didn’t as usual... Avoid at all costs and use someone reputable!Edit: If you find yourself reading this after making a claim and wishing you’d checked earlier - I’d advise speaking to Arif in the head office. He’s the only person in four months to genuinely try to help 👍

The worst insurance experience I’ve ever had in UAE along 7 years in the beautiful country, the worst insurance company you can ever deal with, my car had a minor accident, waiting in the agency for 5 days without starting repairing it as the Adamjee account is blocked in my agency as they don’t pay them !!! Called the insurance company many times to get the problem sorted out and yet none follows or even cares about the customer who’s car is blocked with their account.. accordingly I’ll never renew my insurance with them and I don’t recommend them to anyone who would like to get a proper car insurance in UAE.

My experience with Adamj insurance is not good . Start from the phone calls , the customer service is not helpful , whenever I called , it takes time to reach them and they said called me back , they never call me back .sencond , regarding repair my car, it took more than 20 days .and rent a car is only for 10 days , in the beginning, they promise the car will be fixed in 10 days , after 10 days , I called them every day to ask if it is done or no ,still it took 21 days with seat belt not fixed , after some days , I have to drop the car there for two days to fix the seat belt, and they said 24 hours it will be back . Anyway, it is not good experience.

I wish I did check these reviews before deciding to go with this insurance company and not get tempted by their lowest prices in the market! Tried to reach several times via emails or phone number. Never ever successful! I would think this company doesnt exist if not a comments I found here! I would give a MINUS 5 stars only for this! Its silly to expect a good service I assume if there is no way even to get in touch with any representative :(

McDonalds would be a better insurance company than yall. Work ethic is terrible and you dont even know the basics of proper follow up with your clients. If you are reading this and looking to sign up with Adamjee, do yourself a favor and stay away! The only way youll get them to respond is if you drag them to the Insurance Authority.

Worst customer service ever! Call center doesn’t have a clue about your claims or even your details. No follow up calls, you have to call Insurance Authority to get your request done.I don’t recommend anyone to get insured by them.

I sincerely regret buying an insurance policy from this company without checking the reviews, their customer service is in a totally different place than the actual company and they cant do any thing but say that they will escalate and send an email to company employees who do not respond to anything!

I had a long journey with this insurance company to be honest it’s not that good neither that bad , i know they never answer calls if you want to just ask for something you have to visit the place just for the question, and the process of how things works can be better and save a-lot of time, the process with cheques can be be handle in a better and a quicker ways, even my bank told be why does this company like to complicate stuff ,if u need help ask for Arif his a professional and will help u for sure.

Dont ever think for a second to deal with them. I have a full insurance with them however they refused to give me service when my car was involved in an accident. They asked me to show the broker receipt . When I told them this is not a proper procedure because I already have the insurance and it doesnt say anywhere in the it paper that I have to show them a receipt for them to initiate the service they just replied oh we have issues with the broker and he didnt pay us. I reported them to the insurance authority . Avoid them at all cost.

One of the worst insurance companies I ever seen. None of them pick up the calls and they dont have courtesy even to reply my mail. I am following for a small claim more than a month but till date, I couldnt even reach the concerned person. Was the biggest mistake in my life. Avoid that insurance. Worst customer service. No one pick up the phone. Long waiting in theirs office as all people has to visit the small and badly organized office. I wonder how such a company can make customers in UAE.

We were supposed to renew our car insurance. No one was picking up the phone despite several times that I called. I tried calling everyday as my car insurance was near the expiration date!So I googled and went to the office. And OMG! To my dismay the lady receptionist was just browsing on her mobile. When I asked her why no one was picking the phone she just shrugged. So I just asked her to whom shall I talk to, then she just pointed 1 of the employees.I dont really understand why there are employees who are not doing their jobs when there were tens of thousands unemployed people!I just hope that their head will take cognizance of their employees.To wrap it up, I went to another insurance company! 😉I will never recommend this insurance agency to anyone. On top of their policies are way too expensive!

Dont think they serve a very decent nor professional way. I had myself experience to claim my own car insurance after an accident. In dubai it was my first bad experiance from an insurance company who is not taken any responsibility to their customers. They care only if it is their income . And we have to run behind them to cliam and repair a car .No recommendations at all from my side

This is the worst place ever! I had an accident and tried to call them many times with no response. Its like a big maze ! I really thought this was a scam. So i had to go there by myself. Its in some tower in business bay and u need to pay 10 aed per hour for parking. Once u step inside their office. Its so crowded and noisy. And most of them are so rude. U would think u stepped into stock market. Stay away from these ppl.

Tried to reach their abudhabi office and dubai office more than 20 times since morning , very poor response from abudhabi agent, he is not answering the calls or calling me back after collecting the documents from me.( given all the details on 13th July).no wonder, dubai office agent is not even picking up the calls, Operator is forwarding my calls to the agent.. but he is not picking up the calls, finally operator given me the number of the agent... but still .......

I wonder how could others have the consciousness to put more than 1 star because the only reason why I put One is that there is no Zero Star as an option. I believe the authority has to take legal action about companies with bad customer services because its directly linked with the public interest, for example if somebody has a claim and gets no answer.

I do a Biggest mistake by purchasing insurance policy for my car from Adamjee, however the policy doesnt appear on line on MOI app for more than three days,then they cancel the old policy and issue new one, again the same problem appear,i am tried to call them for all numbers more than 100 times, to no avail , no one pick up my call,my car now without insurance, and i cant use itMy advice to any one will do insurance for his cardont search for cheapest offer, on the contrarysearch for the honor and good reputation companiesunfortunately I rate it one star in order to be display my comments, actually the truth rate is less than even one star.
